清潔できれいですてきな部屋でした。スタッフの笑顔と親切が旅をより魅力的にしてくれました。特に、Tom さんのご親切はずっと忘れられません。タクシーに置き忘れたパスポートの入った小さなバックがTomさんの的確な対応で無事に戻ってきました。

Lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely and very friendly. It is very close to the beach and about a 10min ride to the down town hustle and bustle. Breakfast is very limited definitely could be expanded but was lovely what they did have. They went out of their way to get gluten free bread for me which I really appreciated. Lovely wine bar straight across the street. The room was lovely and clean with a very comfy bed though after travelling for a month and living out of a suitcase I was looking forward to unpacking but there was no drawers or cupboards or any storage area except 2 hangers.

Unfortunately all our windows looked out on to public areas. Lying on the bed people walking down the stairs can see right in to your room as my photos show. Getting out of the shower was the same thing. Maybe some sheers and drapes instead of roller blinds.

They were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, while also taking a real interest in us and making us feel completely at home. The hotel itself is truly exceptional. The architecture and interior design are stunning, with beautiful craftsmanship and an impressive attention to detail throughout. Our room had the perfect balance of modern elegance and warmth, creating a cosy, luxurious feeling that made it especially enjoyable to retreat to while it was pouring with rain outside. What makes this place stand out is that it feels personal and authentic rather than like a standard hotel experience. If you’re looking for somewhere stylish, unique, and away from the usual mass-tourism atmosphere, Saha Casa is an absolute gem. We genuinely loved our stay and would happily return. Beautiful spacious hotel nearby to Da Nang beach, the facilities were clean and the customer service was 5-stars. Special thanks to Nathan, Tom and Lisa who helped to give me the star treatment. My room was spacious, cleaned and well maintained, with picturesque views. I also enjoyed the charm of the lobby and cafe area. 5 stars to the food and drinks served in the cafe! This hotel is amazing! I'm so happy I booked it. It's beautiful and unique. Well kept, clean and offers all the personal amenities you may need. The location is central but quiet. And the staff are so warm and wonderful. Tom, and Lisa were so very helpful and welcomed you back warmly every time you returned from a trip. Nathan, the manager definitely set the tone for the level of service, he is very professional and kind. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Saha Casa for an amazing stay.

We could not recommend this hotel more. Firstly, the staff are incredible, the kindest and most attentive people. Tracy, Tom and Tannie made us feel so at home- from recommendations and advice on things to do, to always making sure we had a bottle of water whenever we went out. It put a smile on our faces every day to be greeted by them. The room was gorgeous, clean and spacious with an incredible bed. The greenery in the hotel helps the space to feel like an oasis away from the bustle of the city. The breakfast was great and was more food than we needed every morning. We also loved spending time at the pool which had a great view from the roof also. The hotel is super close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc and a super easy drive away from anywhere you want to be in DaNang too. Honestly we couldn’t fault this place and can’t wait to go back. Thank you to the team for being so incredible and for my extra birthday treat too of balloons in my room which was a gorgeous surprise!

Lisa and all the other staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities where great. I even got a small gift when i checked out. Breakfast was also perfect. They let me have my luggage stored for the rest of the day and also let me take a shower at the shared bathroom as my flight back home was at 23:30. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed there for one night. After being 1.5 months in vietnam this is the first hotel that actually charged me via booking. I had prepared cash for the payment because i didn't know they would charge my card. That was my last night in vietnam and i had too much cash to spend on my last day. Not the hotel's fault of course, but if anyone is planning ahead they should know that.

The room is wonderful and all services are great especially the breakfast. Tom was absolutely wonderful. His service was attentive and thoughtful. He gave us some small gifts upon check‑out, which made our stay so pleasant. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

It made me feel close to nature and rooms were really luxurious. And the staff were extremely nice and helpful, Tom, Tracy, and Gary helped us in our trip to Hoi An and local sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay in Danang because of the hospitality of saha casa team.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The staff were so nice and informative (especially Tom). They done everything possible to make sure our stay was perfect. From the free rice wine bottles refilled daily to the complimentary herbal foot baths everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. Thank you again Saha Casa we can't wait to see you again.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel...I almost don't want to review it as it will be full the next time I want to go. The room is super comfortable, the breakfast options delicious, the staff kind and attentive (especially Tom and Tracey). The rooftop pool was perfect, close enough to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

This a great mid-size boutique hotel. The rooms are massive and wonderful. The bed is gigantic (and I am 178 cm tall) - super comfortable. Spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. Nice clean towels and sheets. Great location - easy to get around - to the beach and around the city. The facilities are not great (the swimming pool is tiny, no gym, and the cafe is open (so gets quote hot) - but Da Nang has so much to offer in terms of cafes and beaches that this did not concern me at all.

There was construction happening in front of our room on the first day - hardcore knocking and drilling since 7 am. We spoke to the hotel staff, and it was finished within a day, so hopefully we managed to get proper sleep and rest the next day.

We absolutely loved the hotel! While the design and location were perfect, the rooms massive and the amenities exactly as described (if not better) the thing that really stood out was the staff. From the minute we arrived, Tom took such incredible care of us, making sure every need was catered to. He handled transportation, laundry, recommendations and generally made our stay a delight. Shout out as well to Tracy for the incredible food and Tannie too for her help! The whole team was incredible—so much so we decided to cut our stay at another spot short and come back! Cannot recommend this location highly enough.

The staff were the highlight. Incredibly nice, always ready to serve, always accessible - Tom and Lily were particularly good and were always friendly and willing to give us any information or help that we needed.

This is a lovely, small boutique hotel in the heart of Danang. The location is wonderful. The staff are all brilliant too - specifically Lisa, Tracy and Tom were all so accommodating and helpful during our time there. The breakfast options were also great and have been the best we've had on our trip.

No es muy muy grande y no está en la zona donde están todos los bares, que por una parte es mejor pero tiene da coger transporte.

Bella struttura con camera spaziosa letto grande e comodo, aria condizionata funzionante anche quando non si è in camera. Piscina con acqua molto calda (quasi termale! ). Bello il verde verticale della scala centrale e il laghetto pulito con i pesci. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Se proprio devo trovare una cosa che migliorerei è trovare un modo per non lasciare la doccia aperta nel bagno in modo da non bagnare tutto. Per il resto tutto molto bene!

Un hotel a pochi passi dal centro Da Nang che risulta essere un oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nel verde, infatti non sembra nemmeno di stare in una città caotica come Da Nang. La camera ci ha lasciato senza parole, spaziosa, luminosa, accogliente e studiata nei minimi dettagli. Il servizio lavanderia davvero veloce ed efficiente e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La piscina è superlativa, sopratutto la sera con le luci della città. Lo staff è davvero il plus di questo hotel, Tracy e Lisa ci hanno supportato in ogni richiesta e suggerimento, sono state davvero eccezionali e di ottimo aiuto!

L’unica pecca è la mancanza di un ristorante interno che sicuramente, visti gli altissimi standard dell’hotel, ti permetterebbe di rilassarti senza spostarsi nel centro città.

Bardzo fajny hotel, bardzo ładnym czysty i w zasadzie nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Personel super pomocny, zrobili znacznie więcej niż musieliby za to wielki plus. Jeśli miałbym cokolwiek wpisać na minus to jedynie śniadania, nie są one w formie bufetu szwedzkiego tylko wybiera się z karty, samo jedzenie bardzo dobre ale ilość napojów typu kawa/sok powinna być zdecydowanie większa. Również ilość stolików do jedzenia mogłaby być większa - rozumiem że to przez brak powierzchni, tylko my musieliśmy się przysiadać do innych osób żeby móc zjeść. Niemniej jednak to niewielki mankament w stosunku do ogólnego wrażenia. Basen malutki ale za to byliśmy na nim przeważnie całkowicie sami co jest wielkim plusem. Hotel dość blisko plaży, jedynie okolica nie jest najlepsza - cała ulica wzdłuż wygląda jak podczas remontu choć pewności nie mam czy ktoś coś z nią robi. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel dla ludzi ceniących czystość, przestronność i uprzejmość personelu.

The details and care and consideration taken by the staff was very impressive . Lisa was soo helpful with suggestions in the area and Nathan also made our stay something special…all the staff were so kind. The property itself is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Breakfast was really good and the cafe was dreamy. I left a bag accidentally and they helped get it to me in Hoi An at no charge as a courtesy…above and beyond every step of the way.

This was hotel number 6 on our trip round Vietnam and it did not disappoint! We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was lovely and spacious with lovely toiletries and even a foot bath for us. The pool is lovely too. The breakfast was my favourite out of all the hotels, I loved the healthy smoothie bowls! We arrived late at night, around 9.30pm and Tom was there to great us and gave us recommendations on where we could get good food, booked us a table and helped us sort a taxi. Tom was always on hand to help with any recommendations on places to go and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, he is a credit to the hotel. Shout out to Nathan for helping with bags and to the waitress in the coffee bar (sorry I didn’t get her name) for good coffee and breakfast service. The staff are all wonderful. This is a unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.

A very interesting property with an abundance of green spaces. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, and the cleanliness is excellent. The reception staff—Tracy, Lisa, Tom, and Nathan—are very kind and helpful, as is the bar staff. Highly recommended!

Could not fault the SAHA Casa Boutique! Nice style to the building, open space with plenty of plants, spacious bedrooms and hearty breakfast; also easy for transportation (GRAB) and walking distance from the beach. I loved the idea of the foot bath in the room! All the staff were very helpful and attentive,specially Tom and Lisa who went above and beyond to make it the stay perfect. I definitely hope to return!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, with a unique tropical atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, close to everything while still being quiet. The best part of our stay was the staff. Tom and Lisa were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home from the first minute. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Безумно приятные отель и персонал. Отдельное спасибо Тому, очень профессиональный и отзывчивый менеджер. В отеле все очень чисто, уютно, комфортно и стильно, очень сфтные и большие порции завтраков, все в шаговой доступности. Недостатков практически нет, кроме ремонта дорог рядом, но это по всему Данангу... Отель рекомендую всем!

Der Service rund um Tom, Jazie und Lisa war hervorragend. Sie haben uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr willkommen fühlen gelassen. Würde definitiv wiederkommen.

A small hotel in a great location with an enthusiastic and friendly team of staff. The street itself was quiet through the day and night, though only a few metres away from a main tourist area. Breakfast was a small but well curated menu, prepared fresh to order including eggs and smoothies / fruit bowls

The room layout, while charming, did lack a few more practical touches. Storgae for clothes was very limited and the shower threatened to flood the whole bathroom whenever used.

We spent four nights at Saha Casa, and our stay was perfect from the very first moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby. We were welcomed with tea and fresh mango, which was a lovely way to arrive and settle in. Throughout our stay, Tom and Nathen did absolutely everything for us and seemed to read every wish from our lips. Their English was excellent, so there were no language barriers at all. The entire team, from the cleaning staff to management, is incredibly friendly and attentive. You simply feel comfortable and well taken care of. We were given great tips for spas, restaurants, and more. On our last day, when all our Grab drivers cancelled because of the long distance to our next destination, Tom spontaneously arranged a driver named Rex for us at a very fair price. And of course, Rex was wonderfully kind too! Then there was the breakfast, which was delicious. The selection ranged from yogurt bowls and porridge with fresh fruit to Vietnamese options like soup and noodles. We couldn’t be happier with Saha Casa and will absolutely recommend it to any friends planning a trip to Da Nang.

Location - if quiet and peaceful is what you want, this is 10/10 from me. Located away from the hustle and bustle. Room - Spacious, aesthetically appealing. Comfortable beds. Clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast - thoughtful menu to cater for all pallets. I especially enjoyed the chicken soup. Staff - friendly and helpful. Continued support to train staff in customer service would shift what is currently enthusiastic service to professional and efficient service. I would say the property lacks in some aspects to warrant promoting itself as five star. It has potential, and I would rate it as some of the better accommodations in Danang.

Kleines Hotel, dadurch sehr persönlich und nur freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht klein, dafür kann man sich viele Sachen frisch zubereiten lassen.

Der Poolbereich ist mit insgesamt 4 Liegen sehr klein gehalten, wir haben aber immer einen Platz bekommen.

צוות אדיב, רוצה ממש לשרת ולעזור. חדר מרווח מאוד, נקי. מקבלים צמחים מיובשים להשקיית הרגליים לפני השינה, מרגיע וכיפי. אנחנו אוכלים כשר והם יצאו מגידרם בכדי שיהיה לנו מה לאכול בבוקר.

הלובי (עם חדר האוכל) לא ממוזג ולפעמים היה חסר מזגן. לפעמים לוקח המון זמן להזמין מונית גראב.

Tracy and Tom made sure we felt comfortable and happy with everything the hotel had to offer, they had a beautiful swimming pool, breakfast and the room was so cosy and high quality. Tracy was literally there 24/7 and helped us with wanted to take the bicycles out for a ride, ordering taxis etc. they made a group chat for constant support also.

We had an amazing stay at Saha Casa Boutique Hotel. The apartment on 5th floor is a great one, with 2 big rooms, and near by to the pool which is a real gem after a hot day in Da Nang. The staff is great and really helpful, very responsive and easy to communicate. We really recommend this hotel and their services.

The service and communication were incredible. We were looked after by Tom & Lisa, and they were so accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area; they recommended wonderful places to get Pho, and a great massage! Even being able to pay to get our laundry done as well was such a life saver as well! The location is perfect, with amazing rooftop bars, beach clubs, and places to eat. Everything is in walking distance, but you can hire bicycles to ride and get around in too! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, with access to connecting my own Netflix to the smart tv was amazing. The pool was amazing to swim in after a long day. Thank you to the team at Saha Casa, you have made our first trip to Da Nang amazing🩷

If I could give this a higher score I would. This is the best place I have ever stayed at. And this was entirely down to the staff who work here and their kindness, attention to detail, courtesy and proactiveness. Every single member of staff was fantastic, going out of their way for us in every way they could. The rooms are so spacious and the beds are so comfortable. This was a really special place and I can’t recommend it enough. If you come to Da Nang you must stay here!
