Tout, la chambre très grande, plein de confort. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire, le personnel super sympa!!!

Parfois la manque de communication à cause du langue mais heureusement que les applications existent

Çalışanların ingilizce bilgisi ve iletişim kalitesi geliştirilmeli, receptionist lerin bile ingilizce konuşamaması translater cihazını suratınıza uzatması, böyle bir otelde hayret uyandırıcı. Oda servisi menü saatleri çok yetersiz, italyan mutfağı ürünler lezzetsiz

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel’s spacious double-bed rooms with seafront views. The shower was particularly nice.

Perhaps the hotel could make an effort to remove the stains on the carpets in the room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we found it very expensive, though there is a shopping mall nearby with shops and cafes so it wasn’t a problem.

The room, breakfast menu, easy to access, friendly staff. Only a little bit of a problem in communication due to language barriers, but the staff try their best to assist us as guests.

這家飯店的位置非常方便，距離五通渡輪碼頭走路就能抵達，對於需要搭船或從碼頭移動的旅客來說十分適合。周邊環境相當安靜，沒有過多商場或人潮，可以好好休息。不過如果是喜歡逛街或想要有豐富商圈選擇的旅客，可能會覺得地點稍嫌不便。整體而言，適合想要享受寧靜、並以碼頭為主要交通據點的住客。

比較可惜的是，我們入住的房間煙味相當重。雖然飯店強調為禁菸飯店，實際入住時仍能明顯聞到煙味。向櫃檯反應後，飯店人員有立即送來空氣清淨機協助處理，但味道依然無法完全改善。 另外，由於飯店附近能選擇的餐廳非常少，因此晚餐幾乎只能在飯店附設餐廳解決。但餐廳價格偏高，餐點表現中規中矩，再加上服務人員似乎多為實習生，整體服務品質仍有加強空間。

客服人員很親切幫忙我們處理住宿中所有事務。我這次是7/13去看周杰倫演唱會所以入住，前台經理很熱心幫我處理入住的事情。酒店有提供免費大巴載我們去演唱會場，怕我們去看演唱會渴了餓了他們有準備零食以及水給我們帶著，從去會場到回酒店就看Robin很盡責的忙進忙出三天，必須給好評，大大的好評

Dining was good. Very impressed with the Japanese Restaurant Everything else was good. Concierge. Check in. (although someone did jumped my queue) . Room was excellent. Taxi was abundance awaiting

My only peeve was that someone took off his shirt in the gym, bearing his tattoo. A turn off indeed.

The location, too far away from everywhere.

The hotel is a typical conventions hotel, hence large spaces, not cozy atmosphere. But for sure a good option for who does not want to stay downtown and wishes a comfortable hotel with service level inline with top international business hotels standards.

Location with sea view, almost everything looks brand new and clean.

- bad area. Nothing close to the area except a half-empty shopping mall with sports brands. - damaged table. I had a damaged table in the room, looks like it has been used for a long time at another hotel because everything looks brand new compared to the table. - no cleaning. One of the days no one cleaned my room, I had a sign to clean the room after 4 PM. - bad service. Service overall was bad, because my passport is in the embassy and all other hotels accepted me, except the manager of THIS hotel, who created a problem and didn’t apologize. Also, every time I tried to communicate with staff, their behavior was bizarre - trying to ignore or call someone else to speak with me - I speak Chinese and have been living almost 10 years in the country. - poor management. There was no restaurant available for dinner because there was a private event. The hotel didn't deserve such a high rating and price, and definitely can’t be listed as an international service.
