Clean spacious room

Breakfast was running out of selection, there was still 45 minutes left.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed must need a new mattress. Both of us were stiff and sore in the morning.

The breakfast was not supplied properly. There was no coffee. The eggs and ham were ice cold because they were not using a warming unit. ran out of forks and clean plates. The hot water was cold. The kitchen staff did not speak english and the desk clerk didn't seem to have much interest in helping out in that area. Never did get a cup of coffee. Ended up getting one elsewhere.

The bed was very very low with a very old saggy mattress. This was a disabled accessible room. This bed was so low that I , as a disabled person, couldn't get out of it. I had to call for help to get out of the bed.

Lack of any fruit at breakfast

Room was clean and a good size. Very convenient to Meijer Gardens. Lots of storage, nice kitchenette.

Breakfast was quite limited and they didn't even have coffee or hot water. It seems their machine must have been broken. Not a good way to start our morning.

Everything was so clean & quiet. Staff were all so friendly. I would stay here again for sure!

My only complain would be that the breakfast had a hard time keeping up with the demand. They ran out of clean plates & coffee both morning we were there.

Convenient location

The location was great. The price was good for a one bedroom

They seemed short on staff. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. The breakfast did not have a lot of offerings. We were charged twice for our stay and the property did not refund our erroneous charge. We had to get booking.com to contact them. We are still waiting on the refund.

I was very impressed with the value of our room, I thought oh cheaper room must not be the greatest; I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was very accommodating, had a full-size fridge which came in handy since we were having a picnic at the zoo, room for everyone one sleep comfortably, dishwasher, tv was good with decent options. I would definitely book a room again at this location if in the area, will probably search for this property in other cities when traveling.

There was a cannabis shop right next door, which I am not opposed to just not something I would have expected in such plain site of the hotel. The shower was slippery, should have some kind of gripper on the bottom, both of my smaller children slipped and fell in the shower, thank goodness neither was hurt.

Great location for going to Meijer Gardens

Called ahead to request 2 rooms together and was told 109 and 111 were next door to each other. They were in separate wings. Mine smelt like dogs. The breakfast food was beyond awful.

Breakfast was missing yogurt (dispensing machine was broken), hard boiled eggs, bananas. Very crowded buffet space. Hard to get the room temperature right - too warm or too cool. Noisy fan

The staff didnt know what they were talking about. I had to make a complaint. They charge 100.00 deposit but do not inform you of this ahead of time.

It was in a quiet spot but close to shopping, a theatre and restaurants. The staff was friendly, kind and very service minded.

The room was excellent, very spacious, comfortable bed. Front staff was pleasant and helpful. Decided to stay an extra night in your hotel and front desk made it very smooth! It was a quiet and comfortable stay

We didn’t realize the breakfast hours changed from weekend to Monday.

Breakfast and late check in

Our room was freezing when we arrived and so I turned the thermostat up to 72. As soon as I did,the room filled with a burning dust stench. I woke up with a sore throat and now a week later,im at urgent care for a sinus infection.

It was very close to our destination, food, and shopping. The room was a comfortable size and offered great amenities.

Breakfast wasn't great. There were no guidelines on making the waffles, so it was hard to know how much batter to use. There was no regular milk, the orange juice tasted strange, and the fruit selection was small.

New, clean, comfortable, large rooms, breakfast included.

Neither of the waffle makers were working.

Nice clean rooms and public spaces, staff friendly. Liked it but would recommend to others with the caveat that there could possibly be problems with breakfast.

They were out of MOST breakfast items both days we stayed. Second day they were even out of forks. Someone wasn’t doing there job to stay ahead with ordering supplies so they don’t run out of things if there are delays in deliveries. Should give some kind of monetary discount.

It would be helpful if breakfast stayed open longer, my husband came down at 8:45 and not much left

The room, beds and shower were nice, but in the cabinets were the prior guest discarded baby stuff. Additionally, they have no quarters for laundry that only accepts quarters.

Space in the rooms, kitchenette area, and location to many things.

De locatie was voor ons perfect. Goed bereikbaar en op korte afstand van familie en vrienden. Dat was ook de reden dat we wederom dit hotel als ons verblijf verkozen hadden.

De eerste keer hadden we een kamer op de 4e verdieping. Dus geen mensen boven ons. Nu een kamer op de 3e etage. De tussen vloeren blijken van hout te zijn. Elke beweging van de gasten boven ons hoorden we. De laatste 2 nachten zaten er diverse sportploegen in het hotel in de leeftijd van 10 tot 18 jaar. Maakten enorm veel lawaai, renden over alle gangen en bonkten op de deuren. Personeel kreeg ze niet stil en rustig. Dat veranderde pas toen 2e nacht een gast uit z'n plaat ging. 2 nachten dus geen oog dicht gedaan. Verder hele week aantal apparaten bij ontbijt kapot waardoor dit zeer karig was.

We stayed 4 nites: TV streaming was not functioning. (One day ) Room cleaners changed towels, but not making up bedding? (One day) Breakfast food and coffee were bad. (Every day).

I couldn't like anything! Not after having issue after issue and being nice about it to turn around and be robbed! The facility to incidentals for nothing and I have proof but their GM is just as grimy. If you ready to be bamboozled and Robbed then go there

I didn't like that mostly everyone there had a problem and the management was not very helpful and then again being robbed having my money taken with false accusations is just absolutely absurd and ridiculous and unacceptable

I was put in a room which was not the one we paid for. The receptionist charged me another $18.54 for some reason when the room should have been paid in full. The receptionist followed me to my room to ensure the door would unlock. Then called me a few minutes later telling me I owed another $120 and asked me to come down and pay it. I didn’t. In the morning, I was awakened by hammering which occurred for at least a half hour. When leaving, I told the receptionist (someone different) all that occurred. She couldn’t find my room because I was supposed to be in room 201, but I was in 220. The date leaving on the key “folder” indicted my departure was 4/16 when it was actually 4/14. The receptionist went back to talk to the manager twice, but the manager never came to speak to me directly. I was given a business card and instructed to email the screenshot of my bank statement indicating I paid the hotel an extra $18.54.

This hotel was amazing!! It was very clean, huge rooms, very friendly staff, nice pool, the continental breakfast was amazing and it is in a wonderful location and near tons of restaurants. We have already recommended this hotel to multiple family members.

Location perfect nestled between restaurants and grocery stores. Liked simple clean decor. Excellent environmental steps to reduce human impact. Breakfast best quality ever for hotel or even restaurant. REALLY liked hold not immediately charged for possible Incidentals (it takes a 5-10 days for refund to credit on my card). THE STAFF! EXCELLENT STAFF… EMMA at front desk, breakfast host too, every employee was helpful, friendly and courteous. Well done everyone!!

HVAC unit was a bit noisy. While we love dogs, was not comfortable with them being in hotel => is it possible to book a room that never had dog or cats?

We like just about everything with Home2. Room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast had plenty of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

The OWNER offered to transfer us to a different location to accommodate our needs, because this is a newer location, however, we stayed. Wish I had known he was the owner at the time, and had taken down his information. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know his staff is treating guests HORRIBLY!

Staff and the racism we experienced during the brief stay, before we were put out at 9pm at night with nowhere to go.

Stairwell was dirty. Battery on parking entrance was dead. Couldn’t open.
