Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location of the home unit building is located just a short walking distance to the KK Main Market and other attractions along Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen. The view was stunningly beautiful. The amenities provided were applaudable. The management was very helpful and always on the toes reminding me all important details I should adhere and obey to.
The lift service was a bit tight-chested to talk about especially the waiting time to go up and down the building though we occupied the unit on the 8th floor.

1. 더 쇼어 호텔과는 다른 아파트 동의 객실이었습니다. 같은 로비를 사용할뿐 전혀 다른 시설이라는 부분이 컸습니다. 2. 엘리베이터가 4대나 있음에도 올라가고 내려갈때 매우 느려 불편했습니다. 3. 수영장 기대가 컸는데, 수질이 거의 관리되지 않은 것 같았습니다. 물속에 쓰레기들이 둥둥 떠다녔습니다. 바로 옆 호텔 수영장과 매우 비교되는 수질이었습니다.

Our apartment (they have many different apartments) was sparsely furnished and very basic; beds were (cheap) mattresses on the ground with cheap bed linen. The accommodation is presented as a hotel but in reality it's a number of apartments in a large building. There is no permanent reception. There is a paid luggage storage in one of the shops on the ground floor. Lift capacity is not sufficient for the building. The pool is in the shadow most of the day and has just a few beds.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026受付カウンターはなかったけど、常時メッセージでやりとりができとても安心できた。赤ちゃん連れで早めのチェックインをお願いすると快く準備をしてくれた。また空港までのタクシーも呼んでくれてサービスもしてくれた。対面ではないがとても安心できた。買い物にも便利。ホテルを出るとすぐにレストランや24時間開いているショップもあり、屋台も楽しめた。プールも清潔で子連れにはよかった。とにかくおすすめです！！

The bed layout was poor, the pillows very hard, the overhead fan was extremely dirty. Communication was poor. I'm glad we only stayed one night.

Arrivée en totale autonomie, assez simple, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Hôtel bien situé, en face du night market. La piscine est grande et est très agréable après une journée où il a fait très chaud.
Pas de rideau de douche et vitre qui ne ferme pas en totalité donc l’eau coule dans la salle de bain. Peu de débit d’eau. Dommage qu’on me relance 4-5 fois par message whatsapp pour donner une note de 5 étoiles en échange d’un cadeau !

Reviewed May 11, 2026We really enjoyed our stay here. The homestay was clean, comfortable, and felt very cozy. Communication was easy and the owner/person in charge was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again.

And thank you for giving them the best experience they could ever have love it.. define book again this school break coming ..

We appreciated his willingness to assist immediately when we noticed a strong smell coming from the toilet upon arrival. He identified the issue as coming from the floor trap in the shower area and offered to find a neighbour to help. One thing that made me slightly uneasy was that my phone number was shared with the neighbour without prior permission, though I understand he was trying to help. As we were very tired from travelling, we chose to rest instead. The apartment is comfortable for four people, though the sofa may not be ideal for a fifth guest. The bathroom is on the smaller side, and the shower only has a partial glass divider, so the floor can get quite wet. The location is convenient, but the lift waiting time can be long due to the number of residents.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026The place is really nice and as it appears in the photos, the staff kept our luggages while we’ve been around the city waiting for check in time. They also allowed us to late check out. The place is really clean and with a nice view of the mountain. Really central place as you get out of the building you are in front of the main markets and the area is really close to whatever you could want to do in the center of the city.
The bathroom is nice but quite small and if you’re really tall the wc isn’t super comfy but they couldn’t make any better so is not something bad but just something to be aware of. The shower is fantastic
