Lovely spacious room , air con worked which was lovely , comfy beds and brilliant location for the arena

The toilet and shower room were seperate but there was no hand sink in the toilet ! Or even hand sanitiser

Dan ,who cooked my Breakfast to perfection,the porched eggs ,where beautifully made.The Breakfasts. Was alot of choose and I called them Posh Breakfast's.Dan was friendly but not overly Friendly,his C/Servises was very Good.Nathan the Black Guy with Glasses was Great Access to ur Business ,his C/Services waa not over the top but Great at the same time,he even asked it I wanted help to get up the 2 flights of Stairs ,which was a Caring thing to ask,I declined because my God Daughter was with So I thought we can manage,He also jumped anyway from serving on the Bar and Said he will ,put an Iron and board outside my door,He was So Kind and Attentive,A Credit to ur Business,I alo like the fact that ,there was a Bar on the premises.I would stay again.

Location was spot on, we were going to the O2, 10 minute walk. The Scottish gentleman that greeted us, and served us, really lovely chap. Very friendly and helpful

Room was a bit tight for space, but did the job

The place had a very quirky feel and the room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request for an early check-in as we had to be at the O2 early. The location for the O2 is excellent and is only a 10-minute walk away. The food was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in any hotel. Would highly recommend this place!

Super clean, the rooms were stylish and had everything you could need. Service was great and there was a great choice for breakfast in the morning. Will absolutely stay again.

very minor point the room was a little small but honestly it is a very minor point for a one or two night stay it was absolutely fine.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, quirky but attractive room, quality bathroom, efficient air conditioning. Very comfortable mattress, but, slight problem with bed frame.

Only issue, is that even though mattress very comfortable, the wood surround all the way around the bed is very uncomfortable when getting in and out of bed. Really hard!

As soon as I walked into the room I was happy. I had the captains cabin. There was air con, it was comfortable, great amenities, the breakfast was lovely, the staff were great, close to the o2. The food was wonderful. A fun boutique hotel in a gorgeous building

The coffee pod machines could do with a bit of extra cleaning and some of the breakfast to be covered up to stop flies as it’s so hot in the UK at the moment and they’re everywhere

I loved the location walking distance to The O2 and the character of the Pub looks amazing

It was quite hot the air-conditioning was lovely however it would’ve been nice to have opened the window but also had some sort of blind there not just the curtains and also the breakfast was not as good as I would’ve expected

The bedrooms were beautiful, the bed very comfy and perfect location for the O2

Mirror in bedroom is in the wrong location, no plugs near by so unable to use the mirror for drying hair etc.

Location to O2 and it is an old building compared with the newer hotels in that location

We liked everything - only small request would be to ask what type of eggs would you like with your breakfast. My husband ordered the full English and got two hard fried eggs which were disappointing but the rest of the breakfast was very good.

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The check in was easy and Lamar particularly was very welcoming and helpful. Location is great within walking distance of the O2 and North Greenwich ferry port. Fantastic choice at breakfast, with a great cooked English breakfast and helpful waiting staff.

Would have liked a tiny fridge to put a cold drink and milk in, instead of a music / docking unit…if that’s what it was ? Couldn’t figure it out 🤣 The rain shower head needs taking down and pinholes re-aligned or a new one fitted….water goes in all directions, so had to switch to the hand held shower which just swivels the spray toward the wall. The shower unit would have been better positioned on the opposite end of the wall and then would have allowed easier access and eliminated water spray into the room.

My room was a bit small and dark, but adequate.

The stairs - my mum struggles with stairs and we were on the second floor. I should have said something when booking but just so you are aware there is no lift and half the room are up two flights of stairs

The only thing which I know is very petty but they only did sourdough bread at breakfast, which neither of us like, not sure why they don’t do normal bread, we always like toast with our full English, otherwise great breakfast and plenty to choose from

De bereikbaarheid en parking voor de deur is super handig als je met de wagen tot in Londen wil geraken. Bussen, metro en Uberboat zijn op wandelafstand. Er is een levendige pub op het gelijkvloers waar je ook kan eten, het geluid was niet te horen op de kamer (2de verdieping).

Het ontbijt was erg beperkt, voor een cappuccino moest je bijbetalen en de bediening was erg traag. De bedden waren wat te hard, het koffietoestel op de kamer functioneerde niet.

The location; conveniently close to the O2, where I was attending a concert. Breakfast excellent. Room well-equipped. Good ale!

The bed (Room 6) is rather disconcerting, because you have to clamber over it to get in and, even more awkwardly, to get out. Staff were sometimes more interested in talking to each other, rather than serving customers in a pleasant manner. Plates, cutlery and glasses left on tables for unacceptably lengthy periods, only being cleared at 'last orders.'

We were at a concert at the O2, we have eaten here before so decided to try an overnight stay. It is a five minute walk to the O2. The rate includes parking for the car and breakfast. The room is really well designed and comfortable with very effective air con, which this year is essential. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

Excellent location for 02, less then 10 min walk. Stay at Pilot was very good, room well equiped, comfy beds and aircon, which was welcomed as hot day. Had a drink and bite to eat while we waited for our room, we were early, and all good and no service charge unlike most places, so that was refreshing. Very quiet at night, breakfast very good. Would def recommend.

Location and ease of parking so convenient.

The air conditioning barely worked and as the room faced the park the sun beat into it all day and it was incredibly hot given the heatwave which made it hard to sleep. The room itself was beautiful and the bed and chairs were comfy, just the heat was unbearable.

*The carpet had a wet patch just outside of the bathroom door when we checked in - possibly from being cleaned and it did dry so no drama *Two things we reported to reception on checkout were a slow draining bathroom sink and the fan not working when in shower - both minor issues and didn't overly affect our stay

Nette Leute, gute Stimmung im Lokal; Schönes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Bettwäsche. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert und war angenehm; Qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück.

The lack of a fridge in the room

Nice decor, spacious room which you don’t really get much of in London. Free proper breakfast. Staff were helpful. Aircon was very much appreciated to escape the humid London Heat!

The room had everything you needed for a good night sleep and was in a great location for the O2. There was aircon which was a great bonus! The pub is great and breakfast was delicious!

The room we had looked over the green which was lovely but did mean the blinds needed to be shut most of the time for privacy.

Quirky little hotel, very different. Great location for the o2. Lovely bright room with a big comfortable bed. The staff were all lovely. Had dinner while we were there which was very good. Nice breakfast too.

Only that i dont think you could operate the air con yourself. Got back to the room late and it was a bit cold.

loved the whole location + the room (captains cabin) was cosy but comfortable. was also a great relief to have AC in the room to escape the london heatwave. bed was comfortable, shower was great. it was a much needed reprieve. breakfast the next day was great and i also enjoyed the little buffet selection to accompany the ordered breakfast. staff were friendly and helpful.

Smell from the kitchen

The location was perfect for the O2 just a short walk away. We had 2 parking spaces for our group and were able to park from 12.30 on our arrival day until the afternoon of our departure day, which saved the hassle a d cost of having to move the cars on our last day. Staff were very helpful and polite. We were extremely grateful for air con in the bedrooms as we stayed on the hottest days ever recorded. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options and Gluten free options are available

One very small suggestion is to provide a better gluten free bread. It is possible to get frozen rolls which heat very quickly in the oven and so there would be no waste and they taste infinitely better than the sawdust slices that so many places use.

Excellent location for the O2. Arena. We had a lovely stay in a comfortable air conditioned room with a comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom with a good shower. Sunday roast was delicious and breakfast was also excellent, varied and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all. We will return.

Les environs immédiats (immeubles moches et route très passante à proximité) qui contrastent furieusement avec le charme absolu du pub. Le tarif franchement élevé via booking (autour de 300 livres la nuit) mais bon, c’est Londres (j’avais dormi dans un taudis à peine moins cher la veille dans un autre quartier) Le pub ferme à 23h (comme tous les pubs mais j’aurais adoré y déguster une bonne pinte après le concert plutôt qu’à l’O2)

The rooms were well decorated and quiet and had everything we needed. The air con was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent!

The stairs to the bedrooms go past the kitchen which has the door open and so the stairs up to the bedrooms smell of food which was quite off putting.

A lovely find and somewhere we will definitely stay again! Perfect for the tube with a less than a 10 minute walk. The room was fantastic. Really unique and much bigger than a standard hotel room. Really nice detail in the decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a quick drink in the bar on arrival. I would have liked to have been able to stay longer and sample a drink on the terrace but we were late arriving. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice decor , great location

Quaint old style pub, rooms were themed to feel like an olde world captain’s cabin. Pub attached. Food was pretty good, staff were all lovely and helpful throughout the stay and room was clean and tidy.

You could hear other guests in adjacent rooms and anyone coming into the bedroom building. Very noisy from pub goers which is not a surprise, but no chance of an early night.
