Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The homestay was clean and comfortable. Besides tea, sugar and coffee, there were lots of other snacks like biscuits and sweets too. It is also very convenient to cook as they provide a stove, pots and enough utensils. Ingredients like rice, salt, eggs etc were also provided. All basic needs are provided. There was a fridge, a washer dryer, an iron box, etc. The pool was also well maintained by the management.
One of the rooms did not have an air conditioner. YouTube has no audio available but Netflix has sound. Overall, it was a good stay.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2024Really suitable for family trip. The facilities are all there. The owner is so nice. Idk what to say anymore. It's all perfect inside! Even has coway and extra futon for bigger family. Almost like a hotel like. WiFi and TV all works well.
Just the parking need to have clear instruction. The tenants should be told beforehand that there are old (closed right now) and new one.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2023The location is not far from IIUM. You can cook n wash clothes (2in1 washer n dryer). Comfortable n super clean. Free wifi! Come with one parking lot. Easy check in n check out. I have nothing to complain.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2023All the amenities provided, internet are good. the house appliances are fully equipped that I will surely book this accomodation for my next family trip. The host are really accommodating and I able to retrieve my tumbler
The lift broke literally in front of my eyes when I first enter the condo. I was terrified at first, anyway the accomodation exceed my expectation.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2023Very cosy, feels like home. Modern n beautiful deco. Owner was very helpful and friendly. The best homestay i have ever stayed so far. Great location too. Very clear self check in and check out instructions. The best part, the house has invisible grille at the balcony and each window has grille too. For a family with small kids, these safety features help us a lot... at least can have peace of mind especially when u stay at 18th floor 😅.
Nothing. Definitely will repeat if we travel to KL again.
