Struttura meravigliosa a 15 minuti dall’aeroporto. Stanza pulitissima e molto grande, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato subito risolto dallo staff. Piscina bellissima, molto pulita, immersa in un giardino curato nei minimi dettagli Abbiamo cenato in struttura tutto ottimo Colazione eccezionale

L’endroit est très beau et bon service. La propreté des toilettes ou la piscine laissait à désirer le premier jour seulement. La chambre était grande et très belle ! La piscine très belle aussi mais nécessite des petits travaux d’entretien. Tout était parfait quand même !

Un petit frigo dans la chambre surtout en cette période de canicule aurait été le bienvenu.

Le personnel était gentil et le cadre intérieur de l’établissement était très beau. Le ménage dans les chambres était fait quotidiennement avec beaucoup d’attention aux détails.

La route qui mène à l’hôtel peut être difficile pour les taxis, qui sont le seul moyen de se rendre au centre ville de Marrakech.

Nous avons tellement aimé , l'accueil chaleureux de Morad nous sommes arrive , morad a été tres disponible dessuite ,morad nous a accompagné tout le long de se séjour, nous avons eu des difficultés pour une excursion morad a dessuite pris les choses en main parfois nous sommes rentrée tres tard et morad s’assure que sa clientèle soit bien rentrée morad est toujours tres souriant et a l'écoute de nos besoin , alors mention spéciale pour morad nous reviendront a bientôt

De locatie is heerlijk rustig en geeft een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Met de taxi ben binnen 20 min. in de stad. Het personeel is zeer attent. O.a. Murad zorgde ervoor dat het ons aan niets ontbrak.

The room was stunning and well priced for the amount of luxury, pool area was incredible with so much seating, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating, room very clean and was cleaned multiple times during our stay, breakfast and all other food was excellent and varied every day

Location was quite a long way out of the city centre and was located in the middle of a building sited but taxi’s are cheap and was still quite accessible

Geweldige villa, uit de drukte van het stadscentrum. De foto’s laten de werkelijke rust en schoonheid van de locatie niet goed zien want het was fantastisch. Bedden waren geweldig, personeel rent letterlijk voor je. Eten was heerlijk, service top. Als je de drukte van Marrakech wil ontsnappen maar binnen 15 minuten in de stad wil zijn dan is dit een dikke aanrader. In het speciaal mijn dank naar Mourad, Mourad heeft ons geweldig geholpen en ook goede adviezen gegeven om onze tijd in Marokko speciaal te maken.

Leider doch sehr außerhalb gelegen, in einem Neubaugebiet, ohne Restaurants oder Supermärkte. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Taxi. Der Pool könnte sauberer sein.

Service heel goed. We moesten vroeg vliegen en men (Morad) deed speciaal voor ons ontbijt eerder regelen. Na reis van twee weken door Marokko was dit een super relax hotel.

Persoonlijk had ik graag paar fitness toestellen gewild. Niet veel maar dan kan je tussen het relaxen nog een workout doen.

Prachtig verblijf met mooie kamer en super fijn zwembad met ligweide. Personeel (Morad) extreem aardig. Binnen 20 minuutjes met taxi ben je in het centrum van Marrakech.

In de buurt is nog alles in aanbouw (dat hoor je ook) en is nog niets te beleven. Hier kies je voor maar goed om te realiseren dat je overal een taxi voor moet nemen.

It’s beautifully decorated and very clean and welcoming. Stunning villa and pool area.

It’s a little far out of the centre of the city and in a developing neighbourhood so lots of construction going on around it. May be tricky to find upon first arrival.

L’eau ne coulait plus du tout en soirée et l’équipement était désuet. Le petit déjeuner ne se présentait pas comme sur la photo. Très mal positionné loin du centre ville.

C'est endroit est magnifique, je ne peux pas le décrire autrement !! Très paisible, calme, la déco est vraiment jolie, le lit super confortable et c'est rare dans les hôtels.. la piscine est propre et d'ailleurs tout l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, la nourriture est délicieuse, l'accueil et le personnel chaleureux.. bref on y reviendra dès que l'occasion se présente.

Tout était bien. J'espère vraiment qu'ils vont garder la même qualité et le même service.

It is a bit far from anywhere, would need to get a taxi to any nearby restaurants. You can have dinner in the hotel which is lovely but expensive and it was a bit of a quiet atmosphere as we were the only ones eating there that night!! It was perfect it for a rest day at the end of our Morocco trip but if you want to explore Marrakech would highly recommend staying in the Medina.

First of all the person in reception ismail is a very friendly, once i booked in booking he directly contacted me via WhatsApp and share property location. The place is calm clean and i would recommend it to anyone seeking for calm stay. The price is a little bit high but well deserved if you are looking for calm and tranquility.

De service was abnormaal goed! Zelden zo een lieve mensen ontmoet. Ik werd letterlijk onthaald als een koning door Murat. Hele lieve man, die altijd voor je klaarstaat, heel beleefd, heel goed gekleed. Heel aangename man!

We wanted a place outside of the main hustle and bustle and close to the airport. The entire area is under construction with new developments but you don’t notice on-site. It’s a lovely spot with oversized rooms, great outdoor space, and very kind and helpful staff.

Very small things like the sink not being aligned with the faucet so it leaked every time it was tuned off or how loud the air was when it was running (sounded like a dryer was on).

Absolutely beautiful - a stunning house. Rooms were very nice with a massive balcony. Huge grounds and pool. We would definitely go back. Morad was fantastic - from the minute we arrived to preparing our evening meal and a very enjoyable breakfast. He was a 10/10 host

The location was excellent and our host, Morad was amazing! He attended to us like we were the most important people in the world, and that was the best welcome to Morocco, especially as it was our first day on the country. Our dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, and the lightening show we had for dinner was also amazing.

There is nothing that we were disappointed with.

Stayed at L’Orientale by La Siredrah and honestly the best place I’ve stayed in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived everything just felt calm, clean and really well looked after. The whole place is beautiful, proper Moroccan style but done in a really modern, classy way. Rooms were spotless, spacious and just felt high quality. It’s also in a quieter area which made it perfect to actually relax after being out in the busy parts of the city. But the main thing that made this stay stand out was the service, especially Morad. Morad the manager was genuinely amazing. I don’t say that lightly. He couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish. Every little thing we needed, he sorted straight away. Nothing was too much trouble at all. You can tell he really cares about the guests having a good experience, not just doing his job. He made everything smooth, easy and stress free, and honestly he’s a massive reason why the stay felt so good. The food was also really good, fresh and well made, and the whole place just had a really relaxed, premium feel without being over the top. If you’re coming to Marrakech and want somewhere that’s clean, peaceful, well designed and has genuinely top level service, this is the place. And if Morad is there looking after you, you’re in very good hands.

Kambariai tvarkingi, švarūs ir jaukūs, jautėmės labai komfortiškai. Visa teritorija prižiūrėta ir estetiška, sukurianti tikrai malonią atmosferą. Ypatingai norime padėkoti darbuotojui Morad – jo dėmesingumas, profesionalumas ir šiltas bendravimas paliko didžiausią įspūdį. Jis tikrai prisidėjo prie to, kad mūsų viešnagė būtų dar malonesnė.!

De kamer was fantastisch, maar het personeel en dan vooral Morad, waren de ziel van deze accommodatie. Niks was te veel voor deze jongen, die het je heel erg graag naar de zin wilde maken. Het eten was ook heerlijk en met liefde gemaakt!

The property is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. It is a very quiet area, so you can enjoy a restful holiday. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, meeting all our requests and demands. Special mention of Zakaria who went above and beyond for us, always with a smile on his face!

The food was great, but maybe not restaurant-great, like any hotel in all fairness!

The bedroom is large and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom is very spacious. There is also a big terrace with a stunning view over the garden and the pool, it was absolutely beautiful. The villa itself is incredible, even more beautiful than in the pictures. The garden is huge and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax and fully enjoy the sun. We also loved that there is a tennis court, which made the stay even more fun and special. The staff is truly adorable and takes such great care of the guests. A special thank you to Zakaria, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect. There are many constructions in the area. We weren’t disturbed by the constructions but we can imagine that within a year or two it might be more crowded or loud.
