La connessione. Nonostante fossimo in centro a Lisbona (e a Lisbona prende pure in metro sotto terra e sul Cristo Rei a 120mt), in camera nostra (camera 6) non prendeva ne wi-fi ne connessione dati

Nepretržitý hluk, v kopci pri križovatke 3 ciest, hlučné zatváranie vchodových dverí, samí prevadzkari tušili noční kľud dlho do noci. Pri pokazenej klíme má chceli po tom čo som sa sťažovala vyhodiť s vážnym zranením na ulicu o 11tej večer, že keď sa mi nepáči... ešte 3 dní som sa nevyspala a potom som šla inde kde bolo pekne, milí ľudia a bežný ruch veľkomesta. Toto ubytovanie bola nočná mora môjho pobytu v Lisabone!!! Ešte v celom objekte sa nevetralo takže hnusný vzduch bol ako bonus

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Posizione eccellente. Ottimo avere il climatizzatore in stanza ed un frigo in cucina comune . Personale reagisce in modo molto tempestivo ai messaggi . Bagno se pur in comune sempre libero complice il fatto che sono 2 .
Mi son tagliato un dito con il lucchetto della porta del bagno . Fa un po' fatica a chiudersi e serve fare molta forza per farlo slittare . Per fortuna l'altro bagno aveva una chiave a serratura . La porta della cabina doccia di un bagno fa un po' fatica a chiudersi e restare chiusa quindi si rischia un po' di fare un lago . Tralasciando queste piccolezze la cosa un po' che mi ha lasciato perplesso è la presenza di una macchia color marroncino vicino il poggia testa del letto e le prese di corrente leggermente scardinate dal muro. Ci tengo a precisare che però la stanza era pulita così come lenzuola e cuscini . Se si fa una giornata al mare non si ha uno spazio apposito per stendere gli indumenti umidi Il letto era un po' duro ma quello va a preferenze personali .se vi piace dormire su un fianco lo sconsiglio .

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Todo muy limpio y organizado. Buen sistema en el refrigerador y muy cómodo la entrada con código. La ubicación tiene en positivo que quedaba a 15 minutos andando de la plaza de comercio, el centro, etc, y que se puede encontrar parking cerca, pero no es gratuito. Muy amables los caseros, y al final aunque hay varias habitaciones, no coincides con las demás personas en la cocina o en el lavabo porque hay varios. Muy atentos, nos han cambiado las sábanas y puesto toallas limpias y siempre han estado a la orden.
Lo más próximo que encuentras en la zona es bastante chungo, y el colchón era un poco incómodo, se le sentían los resortes.

U opisu smještaja je navedena mogućnost parkinga. Nije naglašeno kako se zapravo radi o gradskom parkingu, a ne nužno od objekta. Svakako, u blizini je nekoliko parkinga te nije teško pronaći parking mjesto.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Estaba muy bien conectado. A tan solo 5 minutos del metro. Y se podía llegar caminando a lugares céntricos. Además, la habitación disponía de aire acondicionado, cosa que en verano se agradece bastante, y el baño individual disponía de todo lo necesario.
El colchón era un poco incómodo, pero para un par de días está bastante bien.

La ausencia total de nadie de staff. No había con quien interactuar e incluso si contactabas por mail, la comunicación era pésima También me hubiera gustado que tuviese algún servicio para dejar las maletas antes o después del check-in/out

La struttura in sé per sé si vede che è stata ordinata con cura, nonostante ciò c’erano dei segni di muffa. Inoltre i muri non erano spessissimi, perciò si sentivano bene i rumori dall’esterno.

Some people even came back so late at night and were talking and you can hear everything so it’s impossible to sleep. It’s ok only for one or two nights max

There were towels by a previous guest in the wardrobe, and the fresh ones were heavily stained. The house gets really hot and the air is really stiff since there aren't any windows.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The location was perfect. It takes around 30 min to walk downtown, or you can take the Metro. The room was small but perfect for me. Everything was spot clean. It was good for me to be able to cook a meal, because I cannot eat much outside in restaurants. The house was quiet and the coffee bar across the street perfect for the coffene start of the day. I will return.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026They texted me all the important information early and without me even asking. So getting in when i did from the train station, and being exhausted, being able to easy get to my room and soon after a shower, was wonderful.
I was surprised when on my first day the shower soap was empty. I just couldn’t imagine that happening in one day.

La ubicación de noche parece muy turbia, mejor no salir. Basura por las calles vecinas y gente no tan bien. El olor en ambos baños es inaguantable y llenos de humedad. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR.

It was dirty, had A LOT of humidity problems. The kitchen had cockroaches, the restroom was always very dirty, the walls had mold too. The area at night is dangerous and feels unwelcoming.

Nous avons pris la chambre double avec "balcon" (qui est une blague soit dit en passant). Le lit est une planche de bois, on peut compter chaque ressort. Un lit premier prix alors que c'est précisément la seule chose qu'on vient utiliser ici. Salles de bains propres mais pleines de moisissure car aucune possibilité d'aération. Insonorisation inexistante, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles car la rue est extrêmement bruyante. Le voisin du dessus a tendance à mettre la musique très fort. Le rapport qualité prix n'est même pas si bon que ça. Avec autant de chambres, un investissement pourrait être fait pour améliorer les équipements.

Chambre bruyante, et avec beaucoup de luminosité notamment parce que les spots ne s'éteignent pas complétement. Le matelas est très mauvais. Les salles de bains communes ne sont pas lavées, il n'y avait plus de papier toilette, les tapis de bain engorgés d'eau et pas de ventilation donc des moisissures partout sur les murs, c'était un calvaire d'aller faire sa toilette.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Todo, un piso muy equipado, mi habitación tenía el aire acondicionado instalado así como calefacción instalada, he estado en habitaciones en otros lugares y casi ninguno dispone de eso así que es algo excelente cocina muy bien equipada con vitro y todo lo necesario así como cubiertos, excelente relación calidad precio y muy céntrico, prácticamente al lado, a unos 7 minutos andando de Rossio.

После ночного перелёта и дороги с тяжёлым чемоданом возможность заселиться как можно раньше была для меня приоритетной. Не смотря на то что проживание было не индивидуальным, было все достаточно чисто и уютно. Многие пишут про неудобные подушки или матрасы- я не столкнулась с такой проблемой.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Mir hat gefallen, dass ich mein Zimmer abschließen konnte, was mir ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage sehr angenehm, besonders bei den warmen Temperaturen. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und in Ordnung.
Leider habe ich mich während meines Aufenthalts durch andere Gäste oft gestört gefühlt. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen, insbesondere in der Küche und den Badezimmern, war es häufig nicht sauber. Es lagen teilweise schmutzige oder noch nasse Gegenstände herum, und die Toiletten waren oft in keinem guten Zustand. Zudem wurde auf Ruhezeiten wenig Rücksicht genommen, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Auch die Türen in der Unterkunft waren sehr laut und ließen sich nur mit mehr Kraft schließen, wodurch es schwierig war, leise ins Zimmer zu gehen oder es zu verlassen. Da mein Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstür lag, war es besonders störend, wenn andere Gäste ein- und ausgegangen sind. Zusätzlich war die Abdichtung der Türen nicht optimal – Licht aus dem Flur war im Zimmer sichtbar, und auch die Zimmerbeleuchtung ließ sich nicht vollständig ausschalten, was den Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat.

El aroma del baño siempre estuvo limpio pero había mucha humedad. Se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera del cuarto, y es una calle muy solitaria y hay muchas personas durmiendo en la calle en la noche.

It was somewhat noisy in the building and in the surrounding area but the bed was absolutely awful, and I spoke to other people who said that their beds were equally bad. Also, the pillow was uncomfortable. By the end of my four nights, my neck and back were very painful. All side of the room was a bit chilly, and I couldn't get there hating to work.

Really poor quality mattresses. Even a fellow guest asked me about my mattress when we met in the hall because hers was so bad and wanted to check if it was just hers. I had a horrible sleep both nights with the coils digging into me. Please invest in mattress toppers at least.
