Imagine property check in time is morning 11.00, even at 6.00pm rooms aren’t available and you waiting with family including kids outside their house for the previous guests to vacate the property at their own sweet time and not as per your booking time. Above all the behaviour and attitude of the property owner towards the customers is shocking.

One of the washrooms in the property does not have a geyser facility. The back door cannot be locked, and there are no hangers in the washrooms for towels. Additionally, one of the bed legs is too sharp, which caused an injury to my father.

Mr.Boopalan the owner was simply awesome. Always available to meet our expectations. The location of these RPM is just facing the Arunachaleeswaar Hill. Simply magnificent. Coffee/tea upon request was good too. Overall, my next trip to Thiruvanamalai will be in RPM Homestay again without hesitation. Thanks buddy Bhoopalan.

Located in a very calm surrounding, with an amazing view of Arunachala; only a few kilometers away from Ramana Ashram and the city.

Stay loction was pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommend for family. 4km away from Annamalaiyar temple.

The home stay was very comfortable. Boobalan was very co-operative and provided with everything what we wanted. He was also very flexible with check in time as we reached only by 12 AM. He guided us to the temple road and the Girivalam as well. He also accommodated our request for tea/ coffee even in early morning 3.30 AM. Overall Clean room with AC, clean and good washroom. Parking is available. Definitely recommended place to stay when visiting Tiruvannamalai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at RPM Home Stay Arunachala in Tiruvannamalai. It was an wonderful experience. Host & family were really supportive. We felt like visiting our home at native. Host & their family's genuine care, Warm hospitality made our stay truly special. Room was spacious, neat & clean. Personally I shall too prefer to stay here in my every visit to Tiruvanaimalai. Overall, RPM Home Stay Arunachala is Highly recommended.

The rooms were neat and spacious. All fixtures worked as expected. The bathrooms were spacious. Since no buildings around, lot of natural breeze also. Just beware of leaving footwear outside the room, some friendly bugs might find shelter. It did not bother us. Evening breeze is so nice. Did not require AC at night at all.

These are suggestions and not points of dislike actually. It would be good if wifi details were prominently displayed in the room. Water bottles had to be requested. Not really a con. But if they are inclusive in fare, it would have been good to find them in the room during check in. The toilet seat was loose and came off when kept upright to dry. Just a suggestion, please install zero watt night lamps in the room for senior citizens. Also, electrical points were joined, so some lights we couldn’t switch on independently.

Location is far off Approach road is not good.

It was a new property, slightly away from the Girivalam road with a good view of the hill. The rooms were clean and the owner was helpful. He can provide you with the local information. We were a group of 3 families and had no issues staying as the rooms were large. There is no restaurant nearby except a resort nearby which had a restaurant, which is slightly expensive. For a Home stay, this property was perfect.
