The location is a bit far from the center but it is still walkable. Yet there are many nearby coffee shops and restaurants. It is 200 meters from Han River and about 2 kms from the dragon bridge.

The hotel is not noise proof. We can hear people walking, kids running in the hallways. At night sounds come from people on the street. Because bedrooms are all on the second floor which makes it hard to avoid the street noise.

The cleanliness, the staff, the laundry room and all other amenities were spot on. It was a great location as well, and everything about our stay was beyond amazing. Even the breakfast was so good!

The hotel hygiene exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and efficient, especially Nick and Hallie. I don’t know the names of the other staff, but that doesn’t take away from their excellent service. Overall, every staff member did a great job.

Делали Букинг на через Booking, и на следующий день, хотели продлить номер, но нам сообщили что свободных. Номеров нет. И продлить мы не можем. Настолько нам хотелось остаться ещё.

We were apprehensive to start as there are no lifts or swimming pool here.. But the staff made are hoilday stay here wonderful. Offering complimentary taxis to there sister hotel to use the swimming pool. The rooms were beautiful. Comfortable. And spotless. Nothing was a problem for the staff.. With free use of a washing and drying machine with free detergent was a plus. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. And with a complimentary taxi back to the airport at the end of are stay... The staff were amazing and I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave us. Thank you team. Definitely recommend. But please bare in mind there are no lifts here or swimming pool... Bit all rooms are located on the ground or first floor.... ❤️👌👌👌👌👌

If there was a concern.. I would say the lighting in the room is a little bit dark..

We had a very comfortable stay at the Village. It was a short one, yet very relaxing. The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the waterfront and a few mins away from all the good restaurants. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable!

Everything was perfect! Thank you to all of the staff who were so helpful and friendly, and especially Alice who went the extra mile to help during the check in process. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast was great and would highly recommend.

Nothing - lovely hotel!

Staff at hotel are wonderful and very helpful. Overall inside environment also is good. Room furniture is not very practical but it's ok for a couple of days' stay. Shower water pressure is great.

There is a bar opposite of street and just outside window of my room. You can hear their music and noise of their guest like no insulation. Dogs barked on the street are loud and persisted an hour or so in the early morning of my 2nd day of stay

Laundry service is free but is usually not available. 😅 nevertheless, thats a free service!

Hotel is near to airport. This hotel could easily be one of my favourite so far. The hoteliers were all very nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. It was affordable considered the number of nights we have stayed there. Amenities was top up daily and huge thumbs up that they have water dispenser and free laundry service.

Like what some mentioned, the lighting wasn't great for people who do make up or do their hair before heading out. But that could easily be overlooked by me as the room was clean and spacious. 🤭

Das Hotel überzeugt mit viel Charakter und einer angenehm ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Lage. Das Personal war stets bemüht und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch war die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen . Außerdem wurde uns ein privater Fahrer für Ausflüge vermittelt, der äußerst zuverlässig war und unsere Unternehmungen sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Hotel konnte unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllen. Das Frühstück bestand lediglich aus einem kleinen Buffet mit sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Beilagen mussten separat bestellt werden, wobei die Portionen eher klein und rationiert wirkten. Zwar konnte man weitere Portionen bestellen, allerdings entstand dabei schnell das Gefühl, unangenehm aufzufallen. Auch die Zimmeraufteilung war wenig durchdacht: Die Räume wirkten sehr eng und vermittelten ein beengendes Gefühl. Zusätzlich fehlte ein Aufzug, und die Treppen waren nur unzureichend mit Geländern ausgestattet, was den Auf- und Abstieg unbequem machte. Zwar wurde Hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten, jedoch schien dies für das Personal selbst sehr mühsam zu sein. Besonders negativ fiel außerdem auf, dass es im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen gab, wodurch der Aufenthalt insgesamt wenig komfortabel wirkte. Hinzu kam, dass die Böden – insbesondere im Speisebereich – sehr klebrig wirkten, was den Eindruck von Sauberkeit zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.

Wirklich sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unser Zimmer war wirklich schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksabgebot war auch super. Man konnte kostenlos seine Wäsche waschen & trocknen.

The hotel is clean and modern. The shower is so good! I would of booked this hotel just for the bathroom to be honest. The staff are extremely attentive and very happy to help. All the photos of facilities and rooms are up to date, which is a genuine representation of this hotel (unlike others sadly) Chilled atmosphere and lovely breakfast restaurant. Highly recommended

Nick was just amazing, really stood out as super helpful. The room was spacious and comfy, we were really grateful to have free washer and dryer provided, even laundry liquid.

The restaurant only opened for breakfast, there was no bar so no food or drink available apart from breakfast and breakfast was not particularly to our Weston taste.

Great breakfast, and a terrific breakfast box the day we went out early. Nice feel to the historic building. Washing machine and dryer (but not during sleeping hours).

Newly refurbished hotel in old building, beautifully done. Staff were really friendly. Free self laundry facilities were a bonus, also water fountain for refilling water bottles. Breakfast had good choices, if anything it was too much, as you selected a starter, main and TWO deserts for breakfast! . Bed was really comfy

No hot water for showering, barely warm. Staff said each room had it's own 15 litre tank and maybe we had used it up but it ran cool after only 15 seconds of use and the heater had been switched on all night. Water drain from shower flowed into the toilet area. Beautiful room but not keen on the ground floor location with people walking past outside.

Everything, the decor is stunning, the free laundry service, and the pleasant aroma of the room upon entering made for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff were very attentive to my needs as a solo traveler who was feeling unwell during my stay, always asking how I was and offering assistance. Even after checking out, they continued to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Excellent service and an unforgettable stay 😄. I really appreciate that. PS: This hotel is located in a quiet area and local neighborhood compared to their other chain the M Village Hotel Danang Centre, which is located in a busy tourist area. After staying at both hotels, I prefer the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Danang 🙂

This hotel is truly 5 star--the staff, the service, the interior design, the wonderful rehabilitation of a historic landmark building, the food, the original art everywhere, the flowers--all extremely tasteful. Remarkable design! And it is better than the photos! I had an upper level room across from a charming coffee house on a side street (view included with this review), which I highly recommend. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and discreet, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks but would love to have stayed longer, and certainly hope to be back. This was a city stay away from the madding crowd of the beach with a lovely library, several charming co-working spaces, delightful lounges, and free laundry!

The staff were excellent. The room overlooked the coffee shop next door on the first floor and was quiet as requested. The hotel had plenty of history you could read about. We loved the ambience and the day core and it was not far from some of the tourist activities and Grab was well priced if necessary.

For a newly opened/renovated hotel the mattresses were not of the best quality and you could feel the springs in the mattresses. It would have been great if they had a pool as the days were hot and sticky and I know it is coming into there rainy season. If there is no room for a pool they could share with another hotel that does. The breakfast was the same for the 4 nights we were there.

Very clean and confortable when you are in the big room. The regular ones are downstairs with a close view in front of a coffee (no intimacy). The big ones do not have a view, the window leads to a wall.

You do not feel very welcome by the staff. No help with the luggages even though if the team is here. They also give a very cold vibe, it feels like you are bothering them. Not a real 5 stars hotel.

The room has a nice aesthetic and you feel very comfortable right from the start. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even contacted me to see if my onward journey went smoothly and suggested places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Booked the suite but undergraded myself to another room as it was ground floor and street sided.

Location is not the best.

The hotel has an elegant environment and is conveniently located not far from the beach. Getting around is easy. The breakfast is also delicious — not a buffet, but more than enough — and the service is very attentive.

It is stunning very peaceful inside the hotel staff were amazing and could not do enough to help our stay be fantastic and having the use of washer and dryer was great especially when we are moving around the country and it is humid you don’t want pack sweaty damp clothing.

We did book this in part for the sound proofed rooms as I am a light sleeper and they are quite from noise from the hotel but not from the street we were moved rooms and the staff did everything possible but the window are single glazed and on sliders is on small wheel which means no complete seal our second room was quieter

Friendly staffs were always willing to help me, recommend good local hole in the wall places, and strike up a conversation with customers. Breakfast was exceptional with three course meals (salad, main, dessert) it is a 2floor hotel so comparatively small but it is very cozy and pretty and quite without crowds

I might accidentally turn off hot water but didn’t know how to turn it on 😅 so I had to have a cold shower but the weather was hot so okay anyway

They would even text you after checking out that day to make sure you arrived next stops safely. What a kindness! Also the breakfast is excellent! Location is close to the airport too.

The hotel is indeed cozy and clean. The rooms were well-maintained. In terms of value for the price, I found it to be very reasonable. The amenities offered were decent, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

It might get noisy early in the morning but it's more of a bike/small business problem that can not be solved by a hotel.

What a wonderful hotel in Da Nang. Very stylish, good quality and quiet at the same time. Close to everything. With nice wine bars and coffee shops close bye. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Can only recommend it.

Nice hotel with everything you need. There is a laundry. There is breakfast (the food is a bit monotonous if you live for a long time). The best service - the staff tries to solve all the problems that arise.

There is no "do not disturb" sign. For those who like to sleep, this may not be very convenient.

I liked most that I felt very safe and confortable. I also appreciated the contemporary design of the entire hotel, the attention and kindness of the staff, the good location and the overall etiquette.

The hotel staff was amazing during our entire stay. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service!

The Breakfast menu was limited and not vegetarian friendly. The second floor laundry area was extremely hot because the AC was not turned on at all.

The staff, the building and the quality of the furnishings are amazing. All of thr staff are attentive, helpful and you can tell they're so invested in the brand. Apart from no hot water on our last morning, everything about the room was superb.

The breakfast is abysmal. Honestly don't even bother, just go out and eat or order a Grab in. It's just a weird concept: a starter, main and bottomless dessert.. the two options are identical, apart from one has beans and one doesn't. Everything was super oily, one rasher of bacon, one sausage, like 7 beans, and some stale bread on the side. Oh, and you're only allowed one coffee.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is just two stories and has no elevators, they helped us with the luggages. Chloe was also trying her best to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Like other hotels with the same price range in Vietnam, the walls and doors are really thin. In our case, we woke up at 7am with some lively local music blasting from the room next door (for almost half an hour).

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to minimarts, cafés, restaurants, and attractions. The cozy, nature-inspired co-working space was ideal for getting work done, with strong WiFi. Free laundry service was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

The room felt quite small, and the window view was unimpressive. The bed sheet was a bit too hard for my comfort. Overall, I think the hotel is slightly overestimated for its normal price without promotions.

Very kind staff, friendly and efficient. The déco is pretty nice and you feel good at the first minute.

Maybe breakfast that is very good should offer more choice and change more often.

The whole flavor was just what I wanted. A two story building where you walk up one flight of stairs . No elevators. A lovely feeling of being in a beautiful old building. Window was very large and opened and had a screen with no holes. View of the street not the side of a building. Then they had a shared modern working space with lots of plug ins so we could plan our next month comfortably and without feeling like you were holding a restaurant space for too long. And the best of all, free washer and dryer and laundry detergent. I got to do my own laundry in small loads. Breakfast served in 3 courses with lots of choice, both Western and Vietnamese. The staff super friendly and helpful. Google translate helps for more complicated questions.
