Riad AL FIDAN

Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. L’emplacement est parfait.

Il n’y a rien que nous n’ayons pas aimé.

Niente in particolare. Nella categoria Riad credo che sia davvero eccellente, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile sempre.

Sehr hübsches und modernes Riad, mit hervorragendem Personal und besonders leckerem Frühstück, welches auf der tollen Dachterasse mit Ausblick serviert wird. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt ums Eck von Jam El-fnaa Platz und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Habe mich in der Nachbarschaft zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt, auch als alleinreisende junge Frau. Hanna, Kassim und die nette Dame mit dem hübschen funkelnden Kopftuch haben meinen Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht durch ihren dezenten und super freundlichen Service!

Das Wasser in der Dusche war lauwarm bis meistens kalt und der Wasserdruck war nur bei eiskaltem Wasser halbwegs ok. Abends gab es immer Schauer und Gewitter, wodurch die Zimmerluft total feucht wurde, sehr unangenehm zum schlafen. (Denke aufgrund der Baustelle die im 2. Stockwerk ist, kam überall die Feuchte gut durch). Für den sehr hohen Preis erwarte ich dann schon warmes Wasser und ein fertig gebautes Riad. Im März vielleicht zu viel erwartet, aber auf der Dachterasse gäbe es einen Pool, der leider außer Betrieb war, ich hätte ihn gerne genutzt.

El desayuno

Hay mucha humedad , habitaciones sin ventilar , ventanas- puertas que no abren , precio demasiado alto para lo que es .

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi , çok yardımcı oldular. Odanın içi çok güzel ve temizdi. Yemeklerini de çok beğendim , değişik ve güzel yemekler denedim. Kesinlikle birdaha geleceğim.

Sevmediğim bir şey yok .

We had an incredible experience at this riad. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful escape from the lively medina. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful. Every detail, from the architecture to the decor, is refined and thoughtfully curated. It’s spotlessly clean, with a fresh scent throughout that added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the host—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, serene, and welcoming place to stay in Marrakech, this riad is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We were hoping for and better view from the terrace, but it was cozy and intimate.

La ubicación, a 2’ de la Palza Jemaa el-Fna

No puedo decir que no me haya gustado. Simplemente decir que se trata de un alojamiento con unas instalaciones muy sencillas, ( baño muy básico y con mala iluminación. Desayuno sencillo ). Era nuestra primera estancia en Marrakech, y quizás sea algo normal, pero en mi opinión, lo que más desalineado está es la relación calidad precio. Siendo uno de los Riads más caros de la ciudad, tendría que ofrecer otro tipo de servicios. Cierto es que estamos en Marrakech, pero Por 235€ noche, me esperaba mucho más. Me sorprende la valoración tan alta que tiene.

Nos encantó TODO del Riad, lo moderno pero con el toque antiguo Arabe y lo tranquilo que se estaba. El personal super atento y dispuestos para ayudarte siempre.

The host was very kindful, they made them best. The hotel was smaller as we think but we totally loved it. Very stylish, clean and modern with a traditional motives. Room size was perfect. The location is very useful because its almost in the middle of the main squre and very close to the meeting points if you want to go outdoor programs. Was personal but the bed was a little bit tough for us but they inmediatelly solved our problem and we could sleep very well after that.

This Riad was the best accomodation we were in during our whole stay in Morocco. It was during our firsts days of the trip and it completly exceeded our expectations. The staff was also very nice and helpfull. A delocious breakfast in the terrace was also inluded.

Un endroit incroyable, le riad est très luxueux et terriblement beau, on a vraiment trop aimé. Tout a été parfait : les repas pris sur le rooftop, la soirée avec les danseuses et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel. Des vacances de rêve. Une mention spéciale à Maryam, fabuleuse danseuse qui nous a envoûtés

Staff are very kind, supportive and friendly. The location of this RIAD is convenient because it is close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and bus stops.

Perfect location to explore Marrakesh. Nicely decorated with perfect breakfast and amazingly helpful staff. Highly recommend

stunning riad everything new & modern whilst keeping with tradition extremely well run & in a prime position just a few metres from the main square tucked away down a small alley so quiet & serene ample breakfast to set you up for the day all freshly made & well presented terrace with beds & seating to catch the sun or just chill food & drink menu available (take your own alcohol) completely secure the entrance is locked but manned 24/7 to gain entry I would suggest another light over the mirror in the bathroom as it was difficult to do hair & makeup the rooms are beautifully decorated & comfortable, however, be sure to check the room size to suit your occupancy as space is limited

Riad de qualité, belle, moderne, avec beaucoup de charme, tranquille et centrale. Hahane et Mohamed étaient toujours à disposition pour nous reseigner ou servir un thé.

Cleaning, close to jemaa el Fnaa. The staff were very attentive.

Rooms are small, the shower box is so impractical that it's impossible to take a shower without water running all over the bathroom.

The riad has a fabulous location, right in the middle of Medina, meters away from famous Jemaa al Fnaa. The decorations (walls, doors, floors, furniture) are amazing, you feel like in a fairy tale, yet all the amenities are new and state of the art and the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and available on the top floor. Last but not least, Hanna and Mohomed are perfect hosts, being all the time there for you. We will return to Marrakesh, and for sure, we will return to Al Fidan!

I loved staying at Riad Al Fidan!! The service and staff were nothing but kind and sweet. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great location and wonderful staff

This was our first time staying in the Riad and we enjoyed it very much. It felt like staying at home. Location was great, 2 min walk the main square. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Excellent Riad ( Alfidan) ! Staff are so friendly and helpful. The riad is situated in the centre of the old town , only a few steps to cafes, souks ,bars, shops etc …. great location . Would definitely recommend !!!!!
