Deux de nos serviettes étaient assez sales encore . Tâches et traces de ricil maquillage Un bruit incessant dans la salle de bain a rendu le sommeil très entrecoupé, je pense que cela était peut être dû au fait que l eau de l évier ne s écoulait pas bien , du coup une pompe se mettait en route sans cesse ..? Ou peut être que cette pompe est toujours active et cela nous a été un peu difficile

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Goede locatie in een rustige buurt, dichtbij diverse Europese Unie gebouwen. Mooi karakteristiek pand met een fijne sfeer. Vriendelijke host, die je via een camera toegang geeft. Behulpzame andere bewoners, om mijn locker te kunnen openen.
Het bed in mijn kamer was een beetje doorgezakt. Ik rolde naar het midden. Maar dat zal vast snel worden opgelost.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Heel fijne kamer op een fijne plek met een gezellige sfeer. Er is een keuken beneden. Hoewel we een koude douche hadden (waar de accomodatie niets aan kon doen), bleven ze heel vriendelijk via de berichten en kreeg ik een deel van de prijs terug. Heel netjes!
Het was een erg warme kamer, geen AC. Geen personeel aanwezig, maar wel heel behulpzaam en snel reageren via de berichten.

De kamers hebben geen airconditioning. Wij verbleven hier op een warme dag, het werd erg heet in de kamer en er waren geen opties om dit te verhelpen. Er was geen warm water, en de gootsteen liep niet goed door.

Wir hatten die Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes kein warmes Wasser...Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht und konnten ihn deshalb kaum nutzen. Seife beim Lavabo zu haben wäre auch schön und etwas gegen den Mückenschwarm am Zimmereingang zu unternehmen, wäre auch im Sinne des Gastes. In unserem Fall stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis leider überhaupt nicht.

La stanza non ha neppure un piccolo tavolo per poter lavorare al computer. Visto che ero a Bruxelles per lavoro lo avrei apprezzato.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Schöne, alte renovierte Villa mit kleinem Garten. In der unteren Etage ist ein großer Aufenthaltsraum Wir hatten eine kleine, süße Dachterasse an unserem Zimmer auf der man sitzen konnte! Selfcheck in ging Problemlos. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
Das nahegelegene Parkhaus ist etwas gruselig. Man kommt nur rein mit Anruf und muss dann die Auffahrt hochlaufen, Fahrstühle funktionieren nicht! Im Hotel ist es schade das ein paar Details bei der Renovierung den Gesamteibdruck ein wenig schmälern. Z.B. lieblos, abgeklebte Deckenlampe. Schlecht gemalerte Decke im Bad.

Sauna werkte niet en ook de jets van het bubbelbad werkte niet. Gemeld bij de accommodatie, maar zij kwamen met een oplossing op afstand wat niet werkte en daarna reageerden ze niet meer op 2 volgende berichten. Dus speciaal een kamer met wellness geboekt, maar hier maar beperkt tot niet van kunnen genieten. Kamer kent geen airco en was erg bedompt en vochtig. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Enorm vriendelijk personeel. Onze kamer was mooi en het bed was fijn. Het hotel was 25 minuten wandelen vanaf het centrum en er was voor 25 euro een prima parkeergarage bij.
Er was wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het hotel. Bepaalde plekken (bijvoorbeeld op de spiegel in de kamer) lag heel veel stof. Ik heb €145 euro betaald voor één nacht en dat vind ik naar verhouding toch vrij prijzig.

Unfortunately we did come into a few issues with our night here none of the plug sockets worked in the room or lights so we had to charge are phones in the bathroom all night. Light switches didn’t work either also had a plac on the wall stating due to how old the building is there is no lights! Wich I find abit frustrating. Pillow were extremely hard and struggle to sleep on. Location is far out 30-40 min walk from the grand palace so we had to get a taxi.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Very beautiful old mansion (even palace but actually more a mansion......). Wonderful decorations in the hall/rooms, feels really special. Of course, it has the lay-out of a house so the entrance is just a small hallway.
When I went down at night for a question, no one was there (logic for a small boutique hotel, but akward stare by a young guy instead of asking what I needed, perhaps a language barrier, my French is not optimal....). Overall all good though!

J’ai apprécié qu’on me contacte. De même j’ai demandé la facture par mail après coup et je l’ai reçue très vite. Donc j’ai apprécié la réactivité du personnel
Il manquait les rideaux occultants à une des fenêtres de ma chambre.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026It is a little oasis in the middle of row houses. The service was outstanding from ?Cais? (the gentleman who took care of our room) was very polite and professional. The spa facilities worked very well and the dimmer in that area is an added bonus.
It was unfortunate that there were no slippers, dimmers in the room and one of the twels had a stain on it. It was washed, but the stain had not been removed, it happens and I didn't make too big of a deal out of it.
