Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på denna underbara riad! ❤️ Personalen var otroligt professionell, vänlig och hjälpsam, och man märkte verkligen att de bryr sig genuint om sina gäster. Från första stund kände vi oss välkomna och fick en härlig känsla av att vara hemma. Frukosten var både varierande och utsökt, med något för alla smaker. Vi testade även deras tajine, som var supergod och verkligen smakade genuint marockanskt. Riaden var dessutom väldigt ren och välskött, med ett tydligt fokus på städning och detaljer. Överlag var detta en helt fantastisk upplevelse från början till slut. Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka! ❤️🇲🇦

L'établissement est d'un intérieur propre et raffiné mais le personnel semble planer a 10000 limite de l'escroquerie.

Vous demande deux boissons le soir on vous rend pas la monnaie sur 200 dirham. Le jour de votre départ on veux vous faire payer a nouveau le massage que vous avez déjà réglé. On vous retient et on fait mine de pas comprendre au point qu'on vous fait rater votre transport.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely well taken care of. The Riad is beautiful, peaceful, and has a lovely traditional Moroccan atmosphere that made our experience even more special. A very special mention goes to Amine, who is an absolutely wonderful person. He was incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always present whenever we needed anything. He helped us so much throughout our stay and was always available to answer our questions, give us advice, or simply make sure everything was going well. His kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference to our experience. All of the staff were also extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome and treated us with genuine warmth and hospitality. It is clear that they truly care about their guests and want them to have the best possible experience. We are very grateful to Amine and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily return to this Riad on our next visit to Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument génial au Riad Citrus à Marrakech. Le riad est magnifique, très agréable et parfaitement situé. Tout était propre, confortable et l’ambiance était vraiment chaleureuse. Un énorme merci à Abdelghani, qui a été un véritable amour du début à la fin. Il a été adorable, attentionné, disponible et toujours prêt à nous aider. Sa gentillesse a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons adoré notre expérience et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % pour un séjour à Marrakech.

Niet in alle kamers stopcontact naast het bed om telefoon op te laden. Regelmatig vertrekken er mensen vroeg in de ochtend naar het vliegveld en dan als die niet heel stil zijn wordt je daar wakker van.

All our interactions with the staff were outstanding, and they were proactive in making our stay easier with our baby. The riad is a little oasis in Marrakech. The breakfast is a table for princes.

Le riad est un peu éloigné du centre de Marrackech un peu contraignant pour sortir le soir, mais Abdou nous a accompagné à la rue des taxis vraiment très gentil !

This riad is so stunningly beautiful. The rooms, the pool area, the rooftop, everything was so beautifully furnished and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The location is very good too. Thank you for an amazing stay in Marrakech!

Ils sont poli, aimable et attentionné. Le décor est magnifique et le calme y règne. Nous avons même annulé l’une de nos chambre au retour de notre séjour pour y retourner. Very disappointing experience. The area was congested, the pathway smelled unpleasant, and we decided not to stay. Although Amin promised not to charge us, we were charged more than the Booking.com price. I would not recommend this place.

The hosts and the overall atmosphere were not suitable for tourists.

The breakfast was amazing with local fresh ingredients. Very calm place close to the historical center and the medinas. The facilities were clean and the staff was extremely nice, specially Amine who was an amazing host. Decoration was beautiful... i really felt at home and would definitely recommend.

There was nothing specific I didnt like about it, possibly to find the Riad you have to walk through some dodgy looking street (about 2 mins walk) as it is not in the main road and the cars dont have direct access. At first it can look a bit scary but everyone is nice and would consider Marrakesh a safe city so you quickly get used to it.

Le riad est très joli, propre (une bonne odeur consentante), un bon emplacement aux portes de la Medina, (ce qui facilite les prise en charge en taxis). Très calme. Je recommande. Je souligne également le sentiment de sécurité en tant que femme seule.

For us, this was the best riad in Marrakech. The whole team was genuinely friendly and helpful. Amine deserves a special mention though, he was always kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that guests had a great stay. The riad has a great atmosphere, the rooms were clean, and the pool was definitely a highlight after a day in the city. A wonderful stay from start to finish. Would happily come back.

L’accueil d’Amine ! Absolument aux petits soins pour nous. Ils anticipaient nos demandes. Le riad est très mignon, parfaitement décoré ! Un havre de paix après l’énergie intense du souk. Le hammam est formidable ! Un vrai moment où l’on prends soin de soi.

2 points à améliorer : Nous avons un tajine poulet olives trop salé. La durée du massage n’est pas respectée, et n’a rien d’exceptionnel.

The place was spotless. Exceptionally clean even better than a number of 4-5 stars hotels that we tried in Morocco. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially the man at the reception, very polite and helpful.

The Wifi wasn’t working initially until it was fixed. The location is not bad but you need 20 minutes walk to the centre.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Riad Citrus. Toute l'équipe a été aux petits soins, avec une mention particulière pour Amine, qui est allé bien au-delà de ses fonctions pour m'aider dans l'organisation de la suite de mon voyage. Il a toujours été disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, y compris pendant l'Aïd, période habituellement consacrée à la famille. Le Riad est très agréable et aussi beau que sur les photos. Sa piscine aux magnifiques tons vert émeraude est un vrai bonheur après une longue journée à arpenter les ruelles de Marrakech. La chambre était confortable et très agréable. Les repas servis sur place sont excellents, préparés avec soin, et leur délicieuse odeur met l'eau à la bouche avant même de passer à table. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon et copieux. La localisation est peut-être un peu plus excentrée que certains hébergements situés à proximité immédiate de la place Jemaa el-Fna, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et ne m'a jamais empêchée de profiter pleinement de Marrakech. Je recommande ce Riad sans aucune réserve à tous les voyageurs de passage à Marrakech et je conserve précieusement son adresse pour un prochain séjour si mes pas me ramènent un jour dans la ville rouge.

The manager, Amin, was one of the friendliest and nicest people I’ve ever met! He was always happy and energetic. He made us feel like we were VIPs at home and with our best friends. Whenever we needed something, he would go out of his way and make sure that we received it. He’d either go to the store and pick it up or tell us where we could get it for the best price. If it was for services he’d make it available to us ASAP. The dining room was beautiful with a beautiful pool right next to it and the staff served us like we were at a high end restaurant. Very attentive. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive this Riad was, it was a jewel in the rough. Our room and everything there was a good setting for a photograph. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and clients.

Une véritable relation humaine s'est créée au fil des jours, ce qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus précieuse. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et beaucoup d'émotion. Der Besitzer Amine hat uns von vorne bis hinten verwöhnt und umsorgt. Tolles Angebot an Speisen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Liebevolles Ambiente und sehr gute Sauberkeit im gesamten Riad.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Riad Citrus. Le riad est un véritable havre de paix au sein du quarier des palais. Très bel établissement entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et décoré avec goût. Nous avons dîné un soir sur place et la nourriture était vraiment délicieuse! Le personnel est aux petits soins - merci à l'accueil très chaleureux d'Amine!

L’accueil chaleureux et l’hôtel est super beau et propre! Les petits déjeuner traditionnel était bien. Nous n’avons pas essayé les autres repas puisque je les trouvais un peu trop dispendieux comparativement à ce que l’on trouve dans la médina pour des repas traditionnel. Le personnel est super gentil, la chambre de la terrasse est belle et propre, très tranquille et j’ai aimé me ressourcer au soleil dehors et pouvoir y travailler. Ma fille et moi avant bien aimé la petite piscine pour pouvoir se faire des bains de soleil aussi. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de l’eau chaude. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, c’était super!

J’ai trouvé le Riad un peu éloigné du centre Jamal Efna, c’est un bon 15-20 minutes de marche. Le début de la médina avec le souk des épices est plus proche et on peut y magasiner quand même sans devoir aller au centre complètement. C’est bien quand même, je l’ai fait en taxi moto à quelques reprises pour éviter de marcher avec ma fille. Autrement mon seul commentaire négatif concerne les oreillers, j’ai trouvé les oreillers en rembourrage de peluche « ordinaire » et moins hygiénique, en voulant dire que les cheveux de tout le monde reste dans le rembourrage. Je les ai donc recouvert de nos foulard en soie pour dormir. Mais bon c’est peut-être moi qui est un peu difficile sur cet aspect. 😅 Je retournerais quand même y séjourner!

Our stay here was exceptional. It’s a beautiful place to stay but what really made it special was the staff - in particular, Amine. He was so kind to us and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with recommendations for places to dine, visit and just generally taking great care of us. Thank you, Amine!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in May and were simply overwhelmed by the welcoming staff, comfortable facilities and excellent food. From the moment Amine collected us from the airport taxi we knew we'd made the right choice as at the end of the narrow streets leading to Riad Citrus is a peaceful, immaculately maintained base from which to explore Marrakech. The building itself has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the bedroom was spotless and very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed eating the copious breakfasts and tasty evening meals next to the beautiful pool at the centre of the hotel. With just six bedrooms the riad maintains a calming atmosphere, just what was required after the bustle of the souks and the Médina. In fact we enjoyed relaxing so much at the riad that we spent less time exploring the tourist sights than normal, and more time just winding down in this fabulous location. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Riad Citrus and are already planning to revisit with our teenage daughters in the future. Many thanks to Amine and the team for helping make this a wonderful stay in Marrakech

Very good accommodation, highly recommend. Was shocked from the outside of the Riad how it looks as I was first time in Marakesh, but inside is really amazing, cozy, clean, vibrant, super great service and hospitality, amazing breakfast, greatly helped with taxi and tourist advices. Go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Citrus. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with a lovely pool and authentic Moroccan design that made the experience feel special. This is by far one of the cleanest Riad plus it was in walking distance to everywhere if you wanted tl get out. The host was amazing and super cool. He always made sure my wife and I was good.

Virkelig en smuk Riad. Rent og pænt. Lokalt, roligt og stille område. Der var fint lydtæt på værelserne. Meget meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. Vi skulle tidligt afsted med fly og de havde sørget for der alligevel var morgenmad. Virkelig lækkert. De sørgede også for transport til lufthavnen ☺️

Intet. Hvis man skal sige noget, ligger det et stykke fra centrum og ingen udsigt fra tagterrassen. Det virkelig petitesse ting. Vi vil i hvert fald til enhver tid anbefale andre at bor der.

We had an amazing time staying at the Riad! It was in a quiet area but only a short walk to all the main attractions. All the staff were so kind to us especially Abdelghani who walked us from our taxi to the Riad every night to make us feel extra safe! The room was lovely and clean, also the breakfast & dinners were amazing!

We loved this beautiful Riad, in a quiet and safe area within walking distance of important places to visit. The hammam massage is very much worth every Dirham!! And I am so grateful for Amine, who was extremely helpful and welcoming! I would very much recommend this place!

The riad is really beautiful, it has everything you need to relax and have a nice stay in Marrakech. The staff is also very nice and helpful, they offer you all the comfort you need. Amine especially is always there to help you with booking transfers, spa sessions or tips for going out in the city. Staying here is really worth it.
