This was our 2nd stay at Grianan. Once again we loved the house the location and the views. We would happily stay there again.

Fantastic location, walk to the town center.

Hard to fault to be fair. Microwave would have been great and a proper table and chairs forl the balcony. The balcony was small but plenty of potential. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend

The property had a stunning view over the harbor, especially from the balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. It was clean, comfortable, and making it feel like a home. The location was perfect for exploring Cobh and its charming surroundings.

Beautiful place to stay would..

I couldn't go because booking.com would not send me confirmation number to my other email address as I lost my phone and was locked out of my account. I rang 3 times and was told I would get a call back from them and not once did they receive a call from them. So they took my money but wouldn't give me the details so I could go.

It was big, modern and spacious and a good base for a quite trip and visiting Cork! Liked that there was a tv with Netflix and a good range of Channels!

There was slight touch ups that could of been done to excell at the cleanliness but over all was really clean!

The view was lovely & location very good.

The bathroom door handle is broken. A Socket in one of the bedrooms very doggy & dangerous. And the smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment very bad. There are ants in the living room. No microwave & need a good frying pan.

Minor comments really as we really enjoyed our stay! Maybe a couple of cosy blankets to snuggle up on the sofa on the cooler nights (while kids in bed asleep). And kids needed lower pillows. Also, oven smoked a lot when cooking.

We loved everything about this property, location is excellent, it’s so warm and cosy, with wonderful views.. I’d highly recommend..

Lovely view from the living room, Jouliett was a pleasure to deal with. Good supply of hot water. The property was ideal for our requirements

If I am being picky, the toilet wasn't working/flushing that well

This house has great potential but we did not feel comfortable, there is no space to put our stuff as the cupboards are full of personal stuff. The toilet does not flush properly and the shower feels very dirty with mould in it.

Super location with amazing view over spike Island. We had a great stay and everything we needed was in there. Loved the furniture in the apartment.

The location was perfect! Beautiful views of the sea and a very short walk to the main street. Right opposite the side of the beautiful St. Coleman's cathedral. I loved the sound of the bells throughout the day. Juliette was very responsive and helpful. The balcony was a real bonus!

The pillows were really high. Everyone had a bad sleep due to large pillows.

Great property right in town with beautiful views. 2 comfy double beds and lovely and clean. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Cobh.

The location is very good, beautiful views across Cobh harbour

We couldn't unpack ( family of 5) as no wardrobes or even drawers. The windows and doors have no covering at all so everyone can see right in. Not one tea bag or coffee provided. A washing machine there but not even a clothes airer to put the clothes on to dry. The balcony was untidy and had chairs that had definitely seen better days and a rusty table. The shower had mould around it and a mouldy laundry basket there also

Location is excellent, 2 mins walk to the centre of town & just opposite the cathedral. View is spectacular. Nice spacious apartment with excellent facilities eg. Toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer box, oven, airfryer and plenty of delph, utensils etc for self catering. Beds are comfy and the place was spotless.

everything was clean, nothing unnecessary and everything you needed was in the house. The view is gorgeous. The instructions are very clear.

The Windows at the front could of done with net/blind or something, people always looking in and have to watch that you cover up walking about. Also as we were only there two nights would of been nice to have complimentry coffee/tea etc. Otherwise everything was great.

Centrality of the accommodation was beneficial to our requirements due to the close proximity to fota resort. Immaculate inside and out with amazing views from the balcony. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. 👌A+++

Lovely house .. good location.. clean and roomy

Could be a issue with parking .. we were lucky it was a bank holiday so didn’t need to pay and got a space. I think it would be good to get rid of the tables and chairs in the dining living area and put some nice ones in.. it’s such a lovely house but these items of furniture take the look off a bit

lovely view of the harbour. the place is large, comfy and easy to access. we found (paid) parking right outside the house. it's a 2 minute walk to the seafront and all bars, restaurants.

there's a Chinese restaurant below the balcony with an old rickety AC fan going 24/7. taste dependant, this could affect your sleep 😉

My experience exceeds any expectations! Juliette is a wonderful host and the house is amazing. The location is perfect, close to the shops, restaurants, Spike island ferry and also within 10 minute walk to the train station. The house itself is spotless clean with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable and clear instructions on how to use everything. Our stay was amazing! The kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook for yourself, the living room has smart TV, the bed is very comfortable, the heating regulated for each room individually and Wi-Fi working perfectly. I wish I could give more than 10 to rate this property.

The beds were poor Mattresses were very thin and lumpy Duvets weren’t big enough for the beds Pillows were lumpy and only one per person

Everything was superb. Fantastic little spot. Close to everything and the views are insane!! Very clean, decorated well. Host was available when needed. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.
