It didn’t bother us, but you do carry your gear up flights of stairs.

La chambre tournée vers la mer est confortable, avec un accès à une cuisine équipée (avec thé et café à disposition) et une salle de bain. Mention spéciale pour la décoration des lieux et le confort, ainsi que le parking gratuit. La maison est située à 5 min à pieds du centre et des musées. Sam est un hôte très prévenant. Merci pour ce premier contact avec l Irlande.

The room was beautifully decorated with an amazing view. We were sharing kitchen and bathroom with another couple on our floor. Everything was clean and cozy.
Nothing really! My only regret is that I booked only one night and we arrived a bit late in Cobh so we didn't have enough time to enjoy this place!

Sam was incredibly helpful, kindly showed us around the property and provided with tips and recommendations on what to do around Cobh. The room was incredibly cozy and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. It made our stay in Cobh unforgettable and we will definitely be back. And the views are absolutely stunning!

We only discovered when we got our room details a day before we arrived we had to share a bathroom with the room next you us. We had to walk through a shared landing then kitchen through to the bathroom. If we had known this before booking, we may have thought twice. An ensuite is essential to us, but that's our choice. We were very lucky as we never saw the guy next door, we heard him snoring though lol. Also, the property is up quite a steep hill.

Ich konnte mich gar nicht satt sehen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistunsverhältnis. Gut ausgestattete Küche Inch. Tee, Kaffee und Milch
Auch wenn wir es so gebucht haben: Das geteilte Bad und die Hellhörigkeit. Für eine Familie wäre es aber ideal, da es im Grunde ein abgeschlossenes Appartement mit 2 Zimmern, Bad und Küche ist.

There really isn’t anything that we didn’t like. Just to let other travelers know that some rooms are up small staircases so if they have mobility issues that might be something to consider. There is also a shared bathroom on the top floor. It was incredibly clean and we only had to share it with one other guest, so no big deal but I know that can be something to consider for some travelers.

The view from the window was gorgeous; you could spend all day in bed staring at the sea. The host Sam welcomed us very warmly and was very helpful with everything. Nos alojamos en una habitación con dos camas muy cómodas, desde la que disfrutamos de unas vistas impresionantes de Cobh. El alojamiento está muy bien decorado y, en general, muy limpio. La cocina y el baño eran compartidos pero solo entre las dos habitaciones del segundo piso. Sam, el anfitrión, es muy amable y simpático. Si volvemos a Cobh, es un alojamiento que nos gustaría repetir, sin duda :)
¡Todo genial! Esperábamos algo más humilde y, la verdad, nos sorprendió gratamente.

The kitchen is great and the tea/coffee a really nice bonus. A shared bathroom made me nervous but it was only with one other room, so worked just fine. The view however was spectacular!

Reviewed May 18, 2026Wir wurden bereits vor der Anreise vom Vermieter kontaktiert und haben alle wichtigen Infos zur Anreise mitgeteilt bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Vermieter hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus liegt am Berg und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und der Ausblick auf den Hafen und Spike Island war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war nicht allzu groß, war aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend und der Ausblick hat die Größe des Zimmers wett gemacht. Wir haben uns das Bad mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt, das war absolut problemlos. Auf derselben Etage war eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die wir nutzen durften. Das Haus an sich ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht, ebenso der Garten.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Bili smo s prijateljima tako da su oni imali jednu sobu a mi drugu te smo dijelili zajedničku kupaonicu i kuhinju. To je zapravo jedan stan što nam je odgovaralo jer je kuhinja potpuno opremljena pa smo sami pripremali doručak. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Kuća je na prekrasnom mjestu s predivnim pogledom , blizu crkve i na pet šest minuta hoda do Titanic Experience Cobh. Parkiralište besplatno ispred kuće. Gospodin Sam ugodan i ljubazan domaćin.
Nemam primjedbi. Sve ok.

Sam est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous partagions la salle de bain avec une autre chambre mais tout s'est bien passé, propre et pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

There are beautiful pictures paintings and plants around the property. The kitchens are fully equipped and very tastefully decorated. Beds really comfortable. A beautiful haven.
