Very nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet apartment. They were so helpful.

Well-located, well-equipped, newly built, clean, and modern apartment. Everything was provided, from a coffee machine with capsules to children’s toys and a parking space in the underground garage. Perhaps the modern kitchen could be improved with a microwave. The metro station and a large modern park are both within a little more than a 5-minute walk.

Unfortunately, the phone number listed for the key handover was incorrect, but this only caused minimal confusion because the host was already waiting for us at the garage. However, the host’s rather indifferent attitude was reflected in the fact that when I messaged to say we had left the apartment, returned the key, and said goodbye, I did not even receive a reply. Only because of this, and also due to the somewhat littered neighborhood around the house, I do not think the apartment deserves a perfect 10.

Apartament jest czysty, przestronny, łóżko duże i wygodne, łazienka wyposażona w podstawowe kosmetyki i dużą wannę. Dużej wielkości balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem. Bezpłatny podziemny parking, który jest ogromnym udogodnieniem zwłaszcza w Wiedniu.

-Brak TV w sypialni -Wyposażenie kuchni na bardzo podstawowym poziomie. -Brak mikrofalówki - Pomimo prośby nie udało się przedłużyć czasu wymeldowania

Nowoczesne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, całkiem blisko metra i przestronne

Mały minus za zasłonę w wannie, wymaga wymiany na nową

Все было отлично. Быстрое заселение, хороший контакт с хозяином. Чисто, есть вся необходимая техника и туалетные принадлежности. Мягкие, удобные кровати. Досуг.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadion. Sehr gut eingerichtet Küche, mit Kaffeemaschine inclusive Kapseln. 👍

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto: arredato con gusto e ben accessoriato, con lavatrice, stendini, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie e molto altro. Dispone di posto auto in garage privato con accesso diretto al condominio. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è comoda, a circa 10 minuti dalla metro linea U1, in un quartiere vicino allo stadio, con anche alcuni parchi giochi per bambini riservati ai condomini.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, il divano non è un vero divano letto e avremmo preferito un letto aggiuntivo per nostra figlia, ma non possiamo certo lamentarci.

洗濯機が壊れるというハプニングがありましたが、オーナーの対応がとても早く、次の日には新品になり、無事に閉じ込められた洗濯物を取り出すことができました。とても快適ですしたし、部屋に入った時も良い香りがしていました。ありがとうございました！！

The apartment was perfect for 3 of us . I think it would do well for 4 people also..neighborhood feels safe even late at night. Bed was very comfortable..love that it has window and door shades (automatic) parking was safe and in underground garage. Very appreciative of the washer in the unit. Bathroom was very roomy. For eldery people i could see problem getting in and out of bathtub shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Wifi worked very well. Fast elevators in building. Didnt hear any noise from neighbors except when windows open. The location is about 20 min walk from a Metro that will get you anywhere..love Vienna. I got quick responses to messages. There are no cafes close by but 2 supermarkets about 8 to 10 min walk.

Great location, very nice apartment. Also, location is very close to highway and metro (therefore, to the city center). Highly recommend. Parking in the garage, but if you get there early there is huge public parking in front of Austria Vienna stadium (100m) away.

Nice apartment near subway station with underground parking space.

Clean and spatious, with a fully equiped kitchen. The sofa can be slept on without any issues and it's quite comfy. The bathtub is amazing for a quick bath after walking 10+ hours!

The location is excellent. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the city center in about half an hour by bus and metro.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Apartment Wien - Favoriten. The apartment, while adequate for a single person or a couple, was completely unsuitable for a larger group. The sofa was uncomfortable and not designed for sleeping. The key situation was a major inconvenience. There was only one key, making it impossible to enter the building without waiting for someone or vice versa. This significantly limited our freedom and flexibility. The location was also a drawback. The metro station was quite a distance away, and the surrounding area was not particularly pleasant. Additionally, the balcony was littered with cigarette butts, which was both unsightly and unsanitary. Due to these significant issues, we were forced to cut our stay short, resulting in a substantial financial loss of over 800 euros. We strongly advise future guests to carefully consider these factors before booking this apartment.

Very communicative host; easy check-in and check-out as long (as you have a mobile device). Clean, bright apartment as per photos. Comfortable bed and linens. Usually very quiet in the apartment and building, and the neighbourhood at night. Clothes washing machine with two large drying racks was very useful. Efficient kitchen and appliances. Lovely large bathtub. The location suited our needs.

Two people, four nights but only one Nespresso coffee puck left. Instruction on how to use the remote powered window blinds would have been helpful. A bedside table and reading lamp, and wine glasses would be nice.

The apartment was big and very well heated. The bed was big and comfortable.

Unfortunately we stayed there when there was very windy outside and that created one small issue. The shutters on the outside of the window were very noisy. My girlfriend cant sleep with light coming from outside and I cant sleep with the noise.

Excellent flat - new, spacious, very clean. Everything you need was there. Very quiet area, close to the shops and the underground. The owner was very nice and helpful!

Spacious and comfortable, all full equipped one bedroom apartment, located in the vicinity of Generali Arena. The building has a nice coffee & breakfast place at ground floor. The apartment is very luminous, simple, pragmatic byt nicely furnished with a full equipped kitchen, a super comfortable couch and an underground parking place.

Cleaning. Definitely negligent, especially in the kitchen. Some things were not cleaned since a very long time...

Everything was perfect.

Good location. Few minutes to down town. Very nice modern accommodations. Will definitely stay again.
