La struttura è un pò datata e alcune cose, come ad esempio le tendine correvoli, dovrebbero essere riparate.

There is a handrail only on two of the three parts of the stairs and there were a few maintenance issues. However these were quickly corrected, and communication was good.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We didn't have water because of pump off. I don't know why. To recover it, we needed to call the host but at first they didn't answer it. It took more than one hour to recover it. After recovering it, we had one more no water. That was terrible.

Todo el apartamento está dejado, falta de mantenimiento por todos lados, le falta una remodelación grande. Armarios que no cierran, la campaña se cae a trozos, hay alguna ventanita sin cristal... Falta mantenimiento en todos los aspectos

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026It was clean, centrally situated to everything, and definitely value for money, the staff were always friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the units being cleaned daily even though it was a public holiday, and the staff were so accommodating.
The size of the garage, I think most of the guests struggled with this, where their cars were not able to fit into the garage hence the reason most cars were parked outside "no parking" spots, We were fortunate that our car just fitted but getting into the garage was a problem because of the other cars being parked in the way.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026We were a large family group from Australia and would highly recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the area. The manager Cyndi was welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful with things from once we had made the booking right through to our eventual stay. The apartments were big, spacious, spotless and comfortable. The pool was perfect after a day in the sun and on the hippo boat tour. The complex was secure and a safe and easy stroll into town and all the restaurants. We were very happy to have stayed here and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Very neat, clean and well maintained house. has everything necessary to cook. Beds are comfortable. lovely white bedding and towels. The property also offers kids play areas that were wonderful for the kids and a lovely big pool with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The WIFI was a little slow at times or didn't want to connect.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The accommodation was fairly clean besides the cockroachs in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and clean, decent size apartment with all cutlery and utensils for self catering.
Wifi did not work at all, the DSTV channels were none existent, only 2 channels worked. The neighboring apartment were extremely noisy and had loud music which took away from the experience of st Lucia. The accommodation did not have any basic items like tea, coffee etc (this is usually still included in self catering units). The images on booking website did not corrospond with the actual accommodation.

Le samedi matin, j ai reçu un mail me disant que je devais arriver avant midi car le samedi la réception fermait à midi. Impossible car vol interne prévu... Après plusieurs échanges de mails, la personne a trouvé une solution pour me laisser la chambre ouverte ... ce fut long et angoissant... pour le reste, c était très bien. nous avions l appartement 1 parfaitement bien placé ( la plus grande terrasse) . Le logement était très grand, cuisine au top. La piscine et sa terrasse au top aussi. Emplacement idéal. Je recommande

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung, die Möglichkeit der täglichen Reinigung, DSTV und schnelles Internet. Ist aufgrund des schlechten Wetters aber zweimal ausgefallen. Cyndi in der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Der Aussengrill war etwas unpraktisch. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee, Tee, Seife, Poolhandtücher wären schön gewesen
