St. Lucia Safari Lodge

Tres bon emplacement. proche de toutes commodités et de lieux d'intérêt de la ville.

Juste dommage qu'il ne propose pas de petit déjeuner ou meme de soupé.

Very friendly reception and clean room. Daily towel changes and room cleaning.

Very limited parking behind the security gates. The property is a little bit neglected. Many of the lights along the pathways are not working, making nighttime walking difficult. The washbasin had no plug, and the aircon cannot be switched off. The swimming pool was full of leaves and dirt.

Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly snd helpful

A group of ladies in the room next door were too loud and partied way into early hours of the morning. Reception waz closed and we could not find anyone to assist. Beds were hard.

Cutlery was broken and shower was leaking flooding every time someone had a bath

The place is clean

The swimming was dirty on arrival even the following day not cleaned

Cleaningness perfect

Everything was good

Affordable, comfortable, clean

Curtains need blackout. Too much light comes in

The location was perfect!! We could walk to all the restaurants and shops.

We had a 4 sleeper and for us it was very small. Very tight squeeze! The pool area with the bar, pool table etc. would have been amazing if it was properly maintained. It is completely run down and that is such a pity cause it's such a nice area for guests to use. Parking is another thing that needs to be sorted. If you have a big vehicle (and there are so many people nowadays that have 4x4 or double cabs), you are almost having to park your vehicle on the stoep where your braai area is and you park right in front of your door!

It was convenient to all recreational activities.

The cleanliness of the unit was lacking. The bathroom was filthy. The windows were full of cobwebs. The staff who came in to clean did not clean properly. They swept and mopped around all the things on the floor and swept the dirt under the mat. They didn't wash the bathroom properly. There was dirt around the taps. The same for the kitchen. The cutlery and crockery were very dirty. The bedding is not changed daily. The outside area was not cleaned. There were cobwebs and spiders on the tables on chairs outside.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms and bathrooms very clean

Front door was dragging when opening and closing. Making a big noise.

Very spacious

Shower in no 20 bed and breakfast not working properly

Everything

It’s centrally located

The rooms are small , they are not well organized or fitted after 5pm there is no reception services

Quietness

Parking

Cleanliness

One chair in the room and is not comfortable

The pool area

I love the big pool en entertainment area was perfect. The location was walking distance to main street. Very clean place with all the necessities.

We struggle with the shower not draining for 4 days before they fixed it. The parking is a tight fit, but I was more concerned about the people passing by that might scratch my car. The patio area was also quite small with the cars surrounding it. The washing machine leaked water.

It's not value for money Parking is very bad Kitchen an bedroom should not be open plan Place needs to be upgraded for the rates been paid

peaceful beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

second shower water pressure was low.

The location was great, close to everything we needed, walking distance to all restaurants. The pool was lovely. The house was clean and neat.

The stove was rusty and the caddy in the shower. Maybe the bathroom needs a slight upgrade.

Location

Parking space. Pool table was broken. No kids entertainment facilities

La piscine et l’emplacement

La voiture garée devant là terrasse

Quite central, so one could walk to shops, restaurants etc

Aircon that was not sufficient, parking on stoep was definitely not on, linnen such as sheets and towels needs replacing, Tiles on stoep braai area broken, rough face brick walls in bedroom not on, i grazed myself plenty of times, toaster not working, etc etc etc

Outstanding breakfast. A fresh fruit or two may make a nice difference

Everything was exceptional. We have no suggestions. We asked for spoons and pudding bowls cause we wanted to eat ice cream, it was happily granted. Only problem was the parking. No allocated parking spaces for rooms 19-24. We had to park behind others and had to move our cars around as space was available. LOVED the bed. It was such a lovely experience, and the pillows.

Management tried to resovle our issues

We stayed at Safari Lodge Before and we where happy. This time it all went wrong, 1. our cellphone was stolen out of our room by housekeeping. 2. The windows were broken (fixed by management after reported by us) 3. Toilet seat broken (not fixed) 4. 1 aircon in the whole unit which is undersized. 5. Fan not working (Management gave us a free standing fan after we reported it) 6. Internet was so slow netflix could not load. This is a problem with kids had to piggy back off my cellphone. We try our best to go to St Lucia every year, We paid just over 20k and we did not feel we got what we paid for. Will not book at Safari Lodge again.

Room was clean, neat and presentable

The aircon did not work The ceiling fan light could not switch off No cold water during power outage Request for additional assistance went unanswered

The parking is a problem and staff should tell people how to park. People get parked in quite often.

Nothing

Upon arrival, asked about the pool bar, apparently it was closed during covid. Asked if we could play pool, apparently the pool table doesn't work....onto the room....we were given unit 2 which is closest to the street and the open plan patio is not ideal if you have small kids. The bathroom light was not working...then noticed mice crap on one of the beds. After asking about it l, it was dusted off and I was advised the cleaners will change the linen the following morning as it was late. After returning from supper we noticed the dresser was messed with mice crap....a lot of it....seemed to have fallen from the ceiling . After reporting to the manager, I was told that I can only be moved to another unit the following day....so I was expected to stay the night in that condition with 2 small kids in the unit. I must however add that after negotiating for a refund I was given one but was also asked to leave the premises at that time, around 9pm.....had to drive around looking for accomodation after travelling for 10hours. Pathetic!

Its centrally located, conveniently close to restuarants and is a walking distance to amenities.

We had booked a 2 bedroom chalet, the unit we got was a 1 bedroom with 3 beds that sleep 4 people. The owners need to clarify that in the description of the property.

Pool was amazing. Good location. Good facilities. Lovely beach getaway. Amazingly comfy beds!!

Small parking but manageable

Place was clean nd loving

None

The way rooms are divided

Zimmer ok, eher klein.

Parfait !

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my booking, despite having a confirmed reservation. This led to a delay of over 40 minutes as staff used my personal phone to call multiple people to verify the booking, which was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I raised a concern about the poor handling of the situation, Khanyi Zikhali, the staff member on duty, responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. She stated that it was not her problem and showed no willingness to assist or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Her behavior was unacceptable, especially as someone representing the establishment. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope appropriate steps will be taken to improve staff training and customer service.

Muy cómodo, fácil llegar y aparcar, habitación muy cómoda,. Todo ok

The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was generous. This served well as a base to visit other places in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Prachtige accommodatie. Gelegen bij het centrum. Mooie ruimte en prima bedden met een uitstekend ontbijt.

The property is well kept, the rooms had a beautiful airoma.

What I didn’t like was the fact that we had to go all the way around to enter on the other side of the property whereas we could have entered on the reception side as we were closer to reception. It was mind boggling how we had to go all around just to come back where we were. The lady at reception wasn’t welcoming at all, it’s like she had to be there. In hospitality you welcome your guests with a smile and help where you should. Maybe it’s because we were black because I highly doubt that’s how she treats white guests.

Your place is imanzi we really appreciate ❤️ hope we will visit again

Nice and clean

I love everything about st lucia even the place was so lover fresh air even the bed 🛌 was so lover 😍

Nice location

I Stayed in Room 21 which is part of the B&B section. Very noisy. Eventually turned the TV on so I didn't have to listen to the neighbours Parking was VERY limited

Great location

The shower door is incorrectly positioned

Quiet location Close to restaurants

The rooms were clean, and smelled so good. The pool was clean. Staff was friendly.

The lodge manager managed to sort out our problem, that what I liked about the place.

Booking 2 rooms for 4 Adults from booking.com, and being given 1 room with 3 beds but the caretaker of the night was helpful and sorted out our problem. Booking.com or the lodge need to sort that out, because couples can't share a space like that.

Pool

No back power

The area it is situated in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool area and the pool was dirty. We had no hot water for the duration of the stay. Imagine taking a cold shower in the morning for a 5am game drive.

The location was good

The parking was rather cramped.

The room was clean and the rest of the property was well maintained

I would of loved to have bar and breakfast

Pool

Nothing

Location, beds cleans and comfortable and the friendliness of the staff

Beds were uncomfortable No aircon or fan in 2nd bedroom Bathroom very cramped Room 9 was very dusty, unfortunately no pics to prove The white doors separating the 2 bedrooms has thick dust. Rooms not cleaned properly Was just bad Pool had alot of leaves, we had to clean it ourselves to use the pool. We've stayed 5 times at the lodge prior to this and this was the worst ever. Very disappointed 😞
