Location, staff friendly, comfortable beds, smart TV, cute set up.

Power had to be started when we arrived. Table was a bit dirty upon check in, shower products not the best.

Accessibility to shops, restaurant and tourist places.

I like the location and proximity to Uptown Mall, Misukoshi, BGC High street, Mandaluyong and Makati. It’s very convenient.

The entrance is on the second or third floor, so you’ll need to climb the stairs. Unfortunately, this is likely due to the property’s design, which might be challenging if you have difficulty with stairs.

Balcony, Accessibility to malls, restaurants and supermarkets

The host was easy to talk to and provided very clear instructions for check in. The unit has 2 a/c to cool the room. It was very clean and location is excellent

These are suggestions to make the place almost perfect: Seats in the balcony Shower curtains in the bathroom so the splatters are contained in the showet area Microwave in the kitchen

The host made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very nice and clean. Kitchen is fully set with utensils needed to cook, a stove, oven, rice cooker and electric jug.We love cooking our own meals. Free wifi available, a smart TV with Netflix to chill. The location is 5min walk to the St Michael' the Archangel catholic church and uptown mall for groceries.

The main bed (double bed) and the sofa bed are slightly firm, as a tourist who is out the entire day, a goodnight sleep is what you need.

I like the location, it is right at the centre of Mall. Everything is accessible right from the shops, restaurants to attractions within walking distance.

It seems the building isn't on Google Maps yet, because when I told the taxi driver, he didn’t know where it was and dropped us off at the wrong building. We had to walk another block to find the building. There was no elevator; we had to manually carry our big, heavy luggage up the stairs at the entrance- not very good.

The apartment is more thoughtfully appointed than others in the BGC area. It includes mini-bar (pay by GCash), umbrella (useful as heavy rain during stay), games etc. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The property was excellent, the only problem is the area has lots of air pollution.

Clean, cozy, and quiet. Amenities were complete inside the unit. Whatever I need was there, from kitchen tools to bathroom supplies. Walkable to alot of establishments. The owner was approachable and also kind enough to let us stay longer. Would definitely book again.

The unit is excellent, very well kept and in a great location. There's also a pool and a gym in the building which is an added bonus. Candy, the contact for the unit, was super kind and helpful, giving recommendations of places I should see around the area and generally being very available to any question i had. I only stayed for a night but wish I stayed more, highly recommend!
