3階の部屋に泊まりました。 花をあしらった内装がとても素敵です！ バスタブがあるのが嬉しいです。 プロジェクターも使えました。 ウォーターサーバーやアイロン、ドライヤーが揃っていて、簡単な調理も可能です。 宿の周りにはカフェが多く、のんびりするには最高です。 スタッフとはWhatsAppを通じてやり取りしましたが、困った時もレスポンスが早くとても親切でした！

エレベーターがないので階段を使うのですが、階段が狭くてスーツケースをぶつけてしまいます。 バスルームは最初に嫌な匂いがしました。一度シャワーを使ったら解消しました。 支払いは現金のみです。

Cozy with artistic decor

The owner is a helpful person, not only we booked an apartment but also he organized a pick up service from the airport and bike rent service. The place itself is very clean, cozy, equipped with all the necessary things. There are a lot of cafes nearby.

Great place in a nice neighbourhood. Spent two weeks there and enjoyed it. The owner is nice and it was possible to approach him with any concerns or wishes I had, be it transfer from and to the airport or the need for a single envelope for a letter. He organized everything with a joyful attitude. I felt very welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. I appreciated having a fridge and bowls, plates and cutlery. There is a small cooking station as well but I never used it. The Beamer above the bed and the Netflix access were very nice as well.

A very kind and welcoming host who shared helpful tips. The location is nicely away from the busy crowds, but still close to many cafés and restaurants. The studio is comfortable, well furnished, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

Check-in was easy, communication was great and the accommodation had everything I needed for 15 nights. This is a great self-contained studio apartment in a nice little area of Hanoi with lots of lovely local cafés - my favourite being 101 Cafe, which was located in a quieter alley. As a vegetarian it was a bit harder to find places to eat nearby, however, there is a fantastic vegan restaurant called Tỉnh Thức Chay about 10 minutes walk away and another called Wabi Sabi Vegetarian & Tea about 15 minutes walk. Akiba Curry, just around the corner from the accommodation, also had a vegetarian option. From a bus stop on one of the main roads, Đ. Nguyễn Chí Thanh, you can take the E07 bus, which stops close to all the main historic sights in Hanoi and also loops around the southern end eastern edges of the Old Quarter.

The light above the fridge/cooking area was a little bit bit dull, which made this area of the accommodation quite dark. Also the bath could have been cleaner. The duvet on the bed when I arrived was too thick and heavy for me, but fortunately there was a lighter thinner one in the wardrobe so I was able to change this myself (so perhaps this as a positive point...)

friendly guy, reliable and fast responses via whatsapp, great english. he was able to solve some problems for me. the room was fantastic. i think, every item has been chosen with love for detail. very nice. i had a bath tub, video projector, netflix, couch, AC, heater... even a xmas tree was in my room 😍

Cozy

Nous avons adorés le quartier. La décoration de l’appartement est très chaleureuse, le petit balcon est top. Nous avons eu l’occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire qui nous a apporté un petit sapin de Noël pour qu’on puisse fêter Noël dans l’appartement. Il était adorable et aux petits soins.

La cuisine n’est pas vraiment pratique, juste pour dépanner un soir ou deux mais pas pour cuisiner tous les jours selon moi. Mauvaises odeurs dans le hall.

Nice wide comfortable bed. Clean linen. Good sized studio with a decent sized balcony. Projector with netflix was cinema like. Super responsive and extremely helpful host.

The owner is very kind, has an artistic sense, and made me feel comfortable. The bed and bed linens were very clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience local life in Hanoi.

Cozy apartment situated in a calmer area with local cafes and restaurants nearby. The interior is charming with much attention to details. The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

Lacking soundproofing in the apartment which can be unfortunate if the other guests are loud.

Loved this apartment hotel! Super cozy, homey, and seriously stylish. The host is really friendly and helpful — always available if you need anything. Self check-in is easy: they send you a door code and a locker code for the key. The room has everything you need — stove, AC, projector, fridge. And the free goodies were such a nice touch: water, Coke, chips, and noodles :) AND THE STYLE! SO MUCH STYLE IN EVERY LITTLE DETAIL! Totally recommend it, and I’m definitely coming back!

Great landlord, simply the best honestly. He quickly reacted to all of our needs and concerns. Been travelling around for a while and he's the best host I've ever encountered. The flat itself is really cozy and I liked the atmosphere a lot. I slept like a baby there. The location is great: a lot of cafés around, the city centre can be reached even by foot. Lots to do in the area. Couldn't dream for a better place in Hanoi. Also the light there is pretty tangible: you can switch whatever type of light you prefer.
