the pool on the rooftop is just next level

check in complicated and not well explained at all, with little fixes could done a lot, like a better check in explanation. also finding the place and its entrance (through the garage ?) is complicated. Also it was a bit dirty and for a hostel the community feeling was not there

Cleaning and such a peaceful environment is a very good place to stay

The pool was nice when it was open. Comfortable mattresses. Nice balcony.

Shower head was broken on the handheld shower. Bathroom was really dirty and rundown - cupboards need replacing, dirt around the bottom of the shower pan, hairs on the mattress, kettle was broken in our room. The unit itself has about eight beds in it, which feels VERY cramped when there is only one bathroom so way too many people. The actual high rise it is in has a nice courtyard, but the overall area felt quite dodgy. Especially at night so would really not recommend for solo female travellers. Passive aggressive notes on the fridge about fridge usage.

ESTAFA Nada, sin soluciones, me mintieron con que tenían problemas con la luz en el edificio, cancelandome a media noche con unas pocas horas antes de la llegada, me quedé en el mismo edificio y nadie tenía problemas de luz, me trataron mal al decir que eso no se hacía, uno va programando con el viaje y te cambian las cosas a última hora por un beneficio de ellos, el precio sale económico pero te lo suben con el impuesto de limpieza una gran estafa

Access was very poor to get a key with no help from the management , took me 30 minutes going here and there asking for info. The landlord did not respond my call. No locker key. Not given a bed number and then they complained I was in the wrong bed although it was the only one available. Don't go there , pay a little more

Não existe regras na casa e o barulho das pessoas na cozinha vai até as 3 da manhã. Os dias que passei neste lugar foram pedidos porque tinha que dormir até o meio dia para conseguir recuperar o sono. Também não tem cozinha, sem chances se você quiser cozinhar ao menos um ovo.

11 euros les 2 nuits en dortoir pour 2 mais faut lire les petites lignes à la fin de la réservation, tu payes 38 euros. C'est juste du vol. Il y a pour les mêmes prix des appartements individuels. Et la femme pas du tout agréable.

The swimming pool

Hard to find the apartment, you enter through a parking lot. They charge a cleaning fee, but in 3 days I didn’t see anyone cleaning — they just sprayed perfume. I had disrespectful roommates who slept during the day and were noisy at night (making loud calls at 1 a.m. inside the room). The apartment stank.

The infinity pool on 37 made everything worth it, and the lovely restaurant on 36!

The Apartments Kirchen was very badly equipped and there were cockroaches. Also the tap in the kitchen did not work and the owner did not seem to care. The bathroom needed a floor squeegee or a separation screen. The floormats were totally broken. The sofa totally dented. The balcony we cleaned ourselves.

吉隆坡的booking.com很賊，他在網頁上會寫，還會增加費用，連宿舍房也要支付每天10令吉旅游税、10令吉仲介服務費用、還有清潔費10令吉，還有一種稅VAT8%，booking訂是房費24令吉，結果信用卡扣下去才發現平均每晚房價是55令吉，真的很誇張。我覺得其他國家都是看到的就是你該付的金額，這樣有點欺騙消費者，真的不應該。

Very far from the center. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. No staff, just security and very confusing to check in and communicate. It's like an apartment for a lot of people. Very random selection of people. Didn't feel safe

The shower was good and clean. The rooms are clean and quite from 12 am.

Dear bro because of unsaficient facility I quit the hostel in next day morning only one day I stayed there there is no fan mosquito bit entire night and I was dllotted upper bed I found very difficult to claimup konwing that I sm aged64 how you allotted upper bed .as my stay itself is not good how van continue there so vocared please kindly arrange to refund the money I paid advance for 28 days deducting one day rent please refund balance 27days money to me back be honest you were failed to provide me smininmum facilities but you failed it is your responsibility to refund my money honestly I have sent you you three email messages you didn't reply to me what is afruadulent act is this be a honest people this is functioning based on trust but you breached my trust please refund my money immediately ok I hope you wiill do needful

Nice little hostel with the possibility to use a pool on the 37th floor of the skyscraper, which is amazing for that price. Everything was as expected. There is everything you need.

Not their fault, but there is no real pedestrian access to the building. You need to walk or through the garage or through the car access. It's not really a big deal.

Really cool location (apartment complex, looks very bougie), not too far from the tube. Gym and pool in apartment complex not far from room.

The check in procedure was a nightmare: Can’t check in till 3, when we got there there was nobody around to help, a storm blowing in on us, and worst of all no WiFi. (And the check in details are sent on WhatsApp). This was a self check in so we had no idea who to contact and waited for 1.5 hours for someone to turn up. When we finally got into the room the tenant staying there was rude and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were intruding on his space. It seemed he was staying there for a prolonged period of time. Another couple was staying in our room and had the exact same experience as us (with check in and the other guest).

Johny was great all around. Check in was easy and quick. Security was pretty good and there are big lockers in the room, albeit flimsy. It is walkable to Sunway Putra, which is on the metro line, so that is the best thing about this location, and the onetime view from the 37th floor pool.

First to note is that this hostel uses multiple names and listings for the same hostel on Booking.com, which is deceptive and probably goes against Booking.com policy. Unfortunately, the shared space in the kitchen/livingroom, although it has an AC unit, it’s never turned on and the remote is missing. The toilet spigot/sprayer in the bathroom leaks, unless you turn the source of the water off. There are almost no glasses or cups available and very few plates. The light in my bed didn’t work. The infinity pool on 37 is fine for once or twice, but too crowded and run down for much more than that. There are only 4 elevators per block, but these buildings should have had 6 per block, in A block right now, one elevator has been broken for a week and still is. My last day and night, the AC in the room was leaking. Johny fixed it, but took several attempts over a period of about 8 hours.

Very nice hostel. Feels like a shared apartment. Owner is super friendly. Easy check in instructions beforehand through whatsapp. Beautiful building with access to facilities such as a gym (very basic though, not much free weights) and the rooftop pool. Really enjoyed my stay!

Great facilities- the building is equipped with two swimming pools, restaurant and gym! The rooftop pool overlooks the patronas. The hostel has a balcony and kitchen!

I love the fact that the complex has everything, you don't even need to go elsewhere and of course the pool is amazing.

Its a mission impossible to understand how to get the keys and there was no assurance or anyone to talk to.

The sky pool is really great

A couple moved out after a day since they had bed bugs, after I checked my bed there were also signs of bed bugs. I told the owner that I want to move out the next days since I’m really sensitive with this kind of stuff. My bed was given away the same day as I moved out so he had no lose of money, but refuses to give back the leftover days, so he gets a double payment. Check the mattress if you go there, there are many other hostels in the building which have better priced and facilities. The sky pool/gym etc is available for all bookings in the building.
