After a long day on the road i got to the hotel to be told my booking was invalid because they cant take non indian guests, i asked why it didnt say this on booking .com , to which they shrugged their shoulders and then ignorefd me. No offer of help to find another hotel, this is the 3rd time this has happened this trip,. Ive told booking.com every time, but i haven't had any response from them. Because of the lack of response Ive now started using Agoda as well, and if this happens again i will switch to Agoda completely to see if it happens there above

It was budget friendly the only thing I liked

1. Rooms were smelling bad 2. bathroom smelled like shit they didn't cleaned it 3. Fan either worked at full or it doesn't 4. TV was a showpiece didn't worked 5. Staff told me that kitchen is closed but when I asked reception they told me it is open.

My parents and in-laws lodged at bsa hotel pre- and post-trip, as we orchestrated a pilgrimage spanning Ayodhya & Mahakumbh, commencing and concluding in Lucknow. Given their dietary constraints and seniority, meticulous travel logistics were paramount. While evaluating multiple hotel proposals, I spoke to Mr. Aman, Asst. Reservation Manager. he listened to all the requirements and seamlessly curated their experience—ensuring smooth airport transfers, day tour of lucknow, Jain meal provisions, and Naimisaranya tours. He precision extended beyond planning—remarkably, the reception, restaurant, and travel desks flawlessly executed every preference. The hospitality ecosystem delivered an unparalleled 5-star guest experience, leaving my parents thoroughly delighted. Heartfelt gratitude to the bsa team for impeccable service excellence.

Arrogant, unprofessional, amateur and indifferent staff especially manager. They just after money . They dont know meaning of hospitality and alleged their guest to make extra money.

The overall experience was incredible, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The dinner at Restaurant was exceptional, with its exquisite culinary artistry and beautifully crafted ambiance. "The staff was very friendly and attentive to details, especially Swati, who took exceptional care of us during dinner and breakfast. Her dedication truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended!"

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. hotel provide covered car parking, that will be great

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Rooms are okay. The cleanliness of room and toilet is good. staff is also friendly as one would like to be. Inside parking is available. Food is good. We were a large group occupying several rooms.

Some rooms didn't have a functional TV but after complaint to the manager problem solved

The bed was comfortable to sleep in and overall the room was good and other than that the staff was very nice especially the one person at the reception. We came to the hotel late at night around 12 or 1 and that person took us on his bike to a medical shop as we needed a headache medicine, so yeah overall stay was good and I couldn't catch his name but if he'll read this comment then he'll know about us.

I' like to give my feedback for the house keeping guys.These people are very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours. Always ready to render there services whenever required...I specially want to thank housekeeping manager shivendra singh &housekeeping staff . They both helped me a lot. Fort very hardworking and kind hearted. Thanks a lot to everyone.. I am trye to visit again
