Location and food

The lobbies are noisy at night. The front office staff is rude. The housekeeping uses stained sheets, had to buy my own sheets from blinkit. No dedicated parking. One of the worst hotels iv stayed in.

Unresponsive staff, even after calling multiple times the staff did not pickup the call while we were ordering for room service in the morning.

The hotel is good for short duration. Rooms are spacious.

The service is very bad and very slow. They need to improve their service if they want to run their business. If someone is OK with their slow service they can go ahead with this hotel.

The price/quality ratio is crazy good. The food in their restaurant is also amazing. Stayed 7 nights and almost always ate in the hotel. Breakfast also great!

The person at the reception was not very welcoming and responded in only 1–2 words. I think he was disappointed when we asked to change the first room that had been allocated to us. The restaurant staff, however, were good.

Managed to get 3 Deluxe rooms for my family last night and I’m glad we chose this spot. The rooms are spacious and hit that sweet spot between luxury and comfort. We wrapped up our stay with a really nice breakfast this morning. It’s the kind of place where u can tell the management knows what they’re doing. Thumbs up from my side!

Hand shawer is not at bathroom

Was OK, stuck out in the middle of nowhere and not in a really nice area. Staff were in over their head. Hopeless

the rooms were a good size & were clean. Room service & restaurant was good.

The bathrooms were not so clean.

The room, linen and towels were clean. Bathroom was provided with the essentials. Wifi was good. They have a nice restaurant and the buffet breakfast was nice. Coffee was good too.

The bathroom could be provided with a couple of hooks to hang your clothes.

I was promised free private parking at the time of booking However I was asked to park my car on the road besides the hotel

It was my worst hotel stay. All categories of staffs are irresponsible and there was no coordination.

Irresponsibility of staffs and manager. Incoordination among staffs. Rats were there under the bed Room door got locked due to non functioning of e-lock which took 3 days for the mamagemnt to repair that too after repeated threats
