我覺得住宿地點絕佳 離超市很近 從房間的遠方往外看 竟然還可以看到山景!!! 而且 冷氣也很強 超讚 可開啟式的天窗也很夢幻 非常滿意!!

我覺得這樣的價格 性價比超高 不用再挑缺點了

Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική,κοντά σε στάση του τραμ και γύρω στα 600 μ από τον σταθμό U1 του μετρό,απ' όπου μπορούσες να μετακινηθείς προς το κέντρο και σε αλλα σημεία.Πολύ κοντά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια.Το διαμέρισμα,εσωτερικά ήταν εξαιρετικό,αν και η πρώτη εικόνα με την είσοδο στην πολυκατοικία ήταν απογοητευτική.Ειναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένεια,φωτεινό,με 2 υπνοδωμάτια,αιρ κοντίσιον και ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει προβλέψει για όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας επισκέπτης (κουζινικα σκεύη,σίδερο κλπ)-μεχρι και κάψουλες καφέ για την καφετιέρα,ώστε να καλύψει τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό στο διαμέρισμα,εκτός από την ανάγκη για ανακαίνιση της εισόδου της πολυκατοικίας.Επισης,αργά το βράδυ και νωρίς το πρωί,χρειάζεται προσοχή στην κυκλοφορία στην πλατεία για το σταθμό μετρό keplerplatz,διότι μαζεύει αρκετούς άστεγους και περιθωριακές ομάδες.

가족 4명이서 묵기에 가성비가 좋고 가구나 전자제품이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 특히 일주일 묵었기때문에 세탁기가 있어 매우 유용했어요. 호스트도 요청사항에 관대했습니다.

기차역이 가까운 편이고 아랍계통 사람들이 많은 편이라 밤엔 조금 무서웠지만 익숙해지니 오히려 조용하고 좋았어요. 샤워실이 작고 물이 잘 내려가지 않아 화장실바닥에 물이 자꾸 흘러서 좀 불편했어요..

Super Lage, tolle Gegend. Schöne Wohnung - vorallem auf den Fotos und auch die Größe.. Netter Vermieter - schnell erreichbar, hat uns auch eine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts angeboten. Die Betten waren sauber. Gittbett und Kinderstuhl verfügbar.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig - wirklich sehr schmierig & nicht sauber. Haare des Vormieters zu sehen, nicht gesaugt. Wohnung braucht eine Grundreinigung, sehr laute Baustelle im Haus. Möbel sehr billig. Wohnung nur über Treppen erreichbar, mit Kinderwagen schwierig.

三餐自備，附近靠近地鐵附近也有好幾間超市，採買都很方便。去內城區也很方便。基本上內城區拚一下，一天都可以走完。

剛好遇到大樓修繕，所以感官上比較差些。因房間較多為黃燈，個人比較喜歡亮些，所以這比較偏向個人感官。

A very nice, practically furnished apartment. It comes equipped with an ironing board, iron, and washing machine—great if you are traveling or planning a longer stay. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the metro station and the train station, and there is a Lidl nearby. Highly recommended

Nous étions de passage pour une nuit avant de prendre le train. Gare à 10 minutes à pied de laquelle on est en 15 min à l’aéroport. Apparemment bien équipé, climatisé. Des commerces à proximité. Calme. Correspondait à notre besoin. Pour celui qui serait resté plus longtemps, pas mal d’infos pratiques affichées.

Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont un peu délabrées et des travaux étalent d’ailleurs en cours. L’ensemble du quartier semble en cours de réhabilitation et modernisation.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. Gli ambienti erano puliti, accoglienti e arredati con gusto, dotati di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e i servizi della zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole e ben organizzato. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Apartments very bright and specious with all required facilities for a great stay. Conveniently located not far from main railway station and walking distance from historical attractions like Belvedere Palace and city center. With a good transport link if you need to commute to any other place.

This is a nice and cozy apartment that is with comfort beds and useful equipment. My family all like this place very much.

The water pipe of the bathtub is a little stuck.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Even though our trip was very short, it was the perfect, cozy refuge for us. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Gayet güzel bir konumda, metroya ve tramvaya yürüme mesafesinde, meşhur Ferhat dönere 4 dk yürüme mesafesinde, etrafta çok fazla Türk restorantı var,bulaşık ve çamaşır makinası mevcut, ihtiyaç olan tüm mutfak malzemeleri olduğu için çok v konforu yaşadık. Tek sorun düşün bir kısmı çalışmıyordu ve bulaşık makinesi ve kahve için tablet konulabilirdi

客廳超級美！可以看日落、夜景，住起來非常舒適。交通也很方便，步行可到火車站、地鐵，生活機能好，附近就有很多超市、吃的。

廚具較簡單，烤箱、熱水壺、洗碗機非常髒，感覺都沒在清理。浴室蓮蓬頭不知道壞了還是怎樣，無法切換。

Lage nach am Zentralbahnhof. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung ist groß und modern. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Für diejenigen die Wein trinken, bitte unbedingt einen Korkenzieher mitbringen. Der fehlt leider. Sonst alles gut.

A very nice, clean, and comfortable apartment within walking distance of Vienna Central Station. The nearby metro station made it easy to get around the city. The complimentary coffee capsules and bottled water were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

The 10:00 check-out time felt a bit early, especially considering that check-in starts at 15:00. There is no luggage storage on-site, so guests may need to use the lockers at the central station after check-out.

The location is great, close to the central station. The unit is cosy, clean and well furnished. The landlord is helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to people visiting Vienna.

숙소 위치 너무 좋았습니다. 10분거리 중앙역가기도 좋았고, 대형마트 가기도 편했고, 예약당시 지도에선 못봤었는데 근처에도 마트가 있어서 장보고 요리 해 먹기 좋았네요. 숙소는 거실, 방 공간 분리가 되어있어서 좋았고, 세탁기와 건조대 이용할 수 있어서 빨래 잘 하고 왔습니다. 엘리베이터 있어서 짐 옮기기 괜찮았고, 문의답변이 빨라 좋았습니다.

저만 그랬는지 몰라도 잠금장치 돌리는 방향이 헷갈려 이튿날까지 도어락 사용이 어려웠습니다. 정확한 도어락 돌리는 방향을 알려주면 좋을것 같고, 캐리어가 무거웠는데 건물 들어가자마자 계단이 있는걸 보고 당황했습니다. 이 부분에 대한 추가 설명도 있으면 게스트들에게 참고가 될 것 같습니다.

Convenient location. Only a few mins walk from subway and tram station. Got everything we needed including a clothing rack. The attic windows are cool even with the electric blinds. Warm when we got back in the evening.

The pillows were too soft. Need new pillows!

Sehr sauber, neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Kommunikation online mit Vermieter, Top Lage in der Nähe vom Hbf.

Asunto oli hyvien liikenneyhteyksien lähellä (kävelymatka Wienin päärautatieasemalle). Todella kaunis ja viihtyisä huoneisto! Makuuhuoneen ikkuna oli hiljaiselle sisäpihalle ja olohuoneen kattoikkunat sai halutessaan pimennettyä verhoilla. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava ja olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin.

Neu renovierte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Fenster im Vorraum könnte einen Vorhang vertragen. Hier ist der Blick in die Wohnung offen.

Beim Duschen gibt es keinen Vorhang beim Fenster, man steht total in der Auslage! Ausziehcouch sehr hart.

Adorable place for staying in Vienna! Very fashionable and comfortable, clean apartment. Close to railway station.

Ein sehr schöner schnitt der wohnung und sehr gross. Sehr moderne und stilvolle einrichtung. Ein fernseher mit streaming diensten gab es zum abendlichen entspannen. Die lage war recht gut mit nahegelegenen einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war trotz der zentralen lage nicht zu laut. Es war an den meisten stellen auch sehr sauber. Es gab theoretisch sogar eine waschmaschine die man nutzen konnte und eine kleine kaffeemaschine. Es gab einen modernen Induktionsherd. Sehr gut funktionierende dusche mit angenehmen wasserdruck. Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich.Es gab einen Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. .

Leider hingen doch an vielen stellen noch spinnweben und die Einrichtung in der Küche ist langsam ganzschön vergilbt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus selbst mit Treppenhaus sieht sehr dreckig aus, vorallem im Eingangsbereich. Es fehlt auch eine Mikrowelle und ein toaster für eine perfekte ausstattung. Die betten sind schon sehr durchgelegen und sollte unbedingt eine neue Matratze bekommen

Apartmanın içi çok kirli ve bakımsızdı, yastıklar ve yatak rahat değildi, (neden normal yastık koyamıyorlar bir türlü anlam veremiyorum)

The separated bathrooms were a star! Especially when you are a small group of people the separation is a blessing. Also the cleanliness of the house is worth to note!

I wouldn’t say it’s something that I didn’t like, but I would suggest disposable slippers.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet- Blumenstrauss auf dem Tisch, hübsch dekorierte Wände, toll ausgestattete Küche, helle, freundliche Zimmer, ruhige Lage, wir waren begeistert.

Leider hatten die Bade/ Handtücher einen unangenehmen Geruch. Wahrscheinlich nicht total getrocknet im Schrank versorgt - schade.

No tenía aire acondicionado en razón que el calor era mucho. Cuando llegué al departamento el calor era sofocante.

Flat was nice, clean and comfy

Common hall is ugly and several neighbours were smoking there (I think they should smoke outside) and the smell while going to the appartment wasn't good, especially when you are with a baby.

사장님께서 회신이 굉장히 빠르고 친절하셨습니다. 중앙역에서 도보로 10분정도 소요되는 위치에 있었으며 숙소는 사진처럼 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다^^ 가족들도 굉장히 마음에 들어해 1박밖에 머물지못한것에 아쉬워 했습니다. 다시 빈에 온다면 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은곳입니다^^

Did not have a microwave which was fine as there was an oven and we ended up eating out most of the time during our stay. Slightly dusty as no vacuum.

Дуже гарна квартира, затишна та світла вдень - увечері освітлення мало. Вцілому це було не дуже приємно із прибиранням, але це майже не вплинуло на загальні враження про відпуску. 9 хвилин до метро та так само до тролейбуса. Одного вечора у нас пропало тепло та тепла вода, ми звʼязалися з власником і через годину проблему було вирішено. Хоча це було після 21:00, за це дуже дякуємо.

Прибирання було середнім: на плінтусі багато чужого волосся, також на килимах волосся та трохи плям. Духовку забули помити , там було багато крихт від попередніх орендарів і ми не змогли нею скористатися.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The outside of the building and entrance was a little dirty but the apartment very very good. Heating was perfect as we were there in December. Bed was super comfortable. All appliances worked and kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment.

Good location, spacious apartment, parking nearby (5 minutes on feet), price is 15 euros/ day. Good comunication with the host.

One of the windows it;s not sealing perfectly and if it's windy outside you will feel it inside. Heating was not working during the night and it gets pretty cold.

숙소가 이미지와 동일했고, 깨끗하게 케어되어있다고 느꼈습니다. 5층이지만 엘리베이터가 있어서 힘들지 않았습니다. 중앙역과 걸어서 15분 내외에 거리에 있어서 좋습니다. 교통을 이용한다면 불편한건 느껴지지않았습니다. 기본제공되는 물도 2병있어서 편했습니다. 세탁세제도 캡슐2개가 제공되어 빨래도 하기 좋았습니다.

변기가 조금 높습니다 발판이 있으면 좋을것 같습니다. 메인 세면대가 막힘이 있었어요, 다씻고 나면 물이 천천히 내려갔습니다.

Apartman je bio čista petica,udoban,čisto..garaža je bila blizu koju smo platili 15€ po danu.Ubanh je blizu.Doslovce je sve na dohvat ruke i svakome bih preporučila apartman MyFlat.

Gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Appartement, wenn sich auch die Wohnung in einem eher vernachlässigtem Kondominium befindet. 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Keplerplatz und Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften. Für eine Citytour ideal.

Check in war sehr schlecht! Die Wohnungstür ließ sich zwar öffnen, die Wohnung war jedoch nach dem vorherigem Gast nicht gereinigt. Müll und Schmutzwäsche inklusive! Der Vermieter hat weder auf Anrufe geantwortet oder war per Mail erreichbar. Irgendwann kam die Reinigungskraft, mit der Entschuldigung, daß sie keine Informationen zur Checkin Zeit hatte. Regulär wäre ab 15.00 Check-in möglich, jedoch wurde um 15.00 noch nicht mal mit der Reinigung begonnen. Bei der Sauberkeit mangelte es jedoch nicht nur an diesem Tag, teilweise handelt es sich um alten Schmutz.

The apartment was easy to find and easy to get into. The neighbourhood is quite nice actually, quiet new build opposite and around. Location is perfect, 5 min walk to metro and high street, 10 min walk to several playgrounds. Double glazed windows keep the noise from street to a minimum. The apartment itself is designed and furnished to a high standard. We had everything needed. There is a working lift in the building, although it was not mentioned by the manager, we found it and used it no problems.

Would be nice to have some hooks for clothes towels etc in the bathroom. Would be nice to have a bedside lamp by the sofabed. One bowl was not washed properly - the cleaner should make sure all dishes are clean. They also need to periodically descale the kettle - I found lots of limescale in it.
