Great location, kind host, good amenities and even some free sweets !

Lovely and clean space where we were able to relax at the end of a long day. The property was in a great location. It was easy to find somewhere to hire bikes and ride to the different sites in Amsterdam. Lots of nearby dining options and shops. The hosts were also lovely and very helpful. They responded quickly to questions that I had before our trip and were easily contactable when we arrived.

We liked everything about the Liev- how the suite is decorated, the Netflix, the location, the air conditioning, the comfy bed - it was a perfect romantic setting for us. Lydia and Roelof were fantastic hosts. They were responsive and understanding of our questions and extremely helpful when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. Even their cleaner was sweet, understanding and helpful when we overlapped briefly given our changed plans. The complimentary drinks, sweets and option to store luggage in the hallway niche were appreciated as were the breakfast recommendations. Overall our experience was outstanding. We will recommend Liev to our family and friends and stay again if we return to Amsterdam.

There was nothing not to like - everything was wonderful.

The property was spotless , interiors were very inviting, comfortable bed and central to all. Hosts were very attentive to any questions. Filling bar fridge with drinks and chocolate was an excellent choice.

The place is tiny but perfect for a short stay. Tidy and clean. Quite at night. Super convenient location. Hosts responsive and nice. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Amsterdam for work.

Niks eigenlijk. De kamer was misschien klein maar dat was niet erg want het was heel smaakvol ingericht.

Everything was just perfect! From the neighborhood and room itself, the hosts were very warm and welcoming even giving us neighborhood recommendations ❤️

Location was great. Very close to transit and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and great to use. Used the mini fridge which was bigger than I thought. Cost was very good value. We were able to store our clothes and luggage. Easy to charge electronics as connections by the bed. Some street noise at times but mostly quiet. Safe area.

I knew before hand that one only had the bed to sit on. With that said, I did miss a chair to sit on. There is no room.I only mention this in case your thinking of staying here. I highly recommend the cozy boutique but I may not stay here next time because of this.

This is a double bedroom and bathroom suite. There is no kitchen or living room. It is in de Pijp area with many nice cafes and restaurants and little gardens along the streets. It is a great location for seeing Amsterdam and many attractions are within walking distance or a short metro ride away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very kind hosts that made our stay a breeze! Easy to store luggage before/after check-in with door code. Great location in nice neighborhood close to metro.

L'alloggio è piccolo ma funzionale, curato e accogliente - posizionato in un quartiere stupendo di Amsterdam, con tanti bei locali nei paraggi e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici dall'aeroporto Schiphol. Lydia e Roelof sono degli host eccezionali e gentilissimi, è stato un vero piacere conoscerli ed essere stati loro ospiti!

Beautiful design, very clean, well thought arrangements, excellent shower, you have absolutely everything you need, the most wonderful hosts, respectful, kind and attentive. Easy check-in and check-out. They provided soft earplugs which was a nice touch.

Sleeping might be an issue for light sleepers (is noisy outside, windows are at street level, motorcycles coming and going after 10pm) the mattress and cushions are overused (too soft) so harder to get a pleasant night sleep.

The apartment is in located in an amazing area! Very close to the metro and the tram station, and also there is a variety of food places around. Since it’s an area that is full of life during the day, I was a bit worried about there being a lot of noise at night, but that actually was not a problem at all. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable, and the owners are really kind, friendly and helpful. I loved staying there! A great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.

A szállás minden apró részlete igényesen kialakított. Van benn a szobában kávéfőző, teafőző. A szállásadók kedvesek, figyelmesek, rugalmasak, a minibár tartalma "ajándék", kávékapszula-hegyek, változatos teafilterek. A szoba pici, de praktikusan felszerelt volt. Érdekes volt, hogy csak az utcai ajtón keresztül tudtunk friss levegőt beengedni, szellőztetni. Üdvözlő kártyával kedveskedtek, apró maradandó ajándékkal. Volt hajszárítónk, kistörölköző, nagytörölköző, kilépő törölköző, kéztörlő törölköző, elegendő WC papír, sőt, még női intim betétek, tamponok bekészítve, ha megszorulna valaki. Sok pakolófelület van, így a pici szobában is jól el lehetett férni. Tömegközlekedés közvetlen közelében voltunk, mégis csendes, hangulatos utcában. A belváros fél óra sétával is elérhető. Sok reggeliző hely, étterem, bár, kávézó van a szállás környékén, méghozzá igazi multi-kulti jellegben.

A szállás nem apartman (holott az apartmanok között adta fel nekünk a Booking), hanem csak egy szoba fürdőszobával. Amikor láttam, hogy 15 nm, nem akartam elhinni, azt hittem, az csak a szoba mérete, plusz a fürdő-WC és plusz a konyha. Mintha egy szállodai szobát béreltünk volna. Konyhával, ahol reggelizni lehetne, nem rendelkezik. Ezért azoknak ajánljuk, akik nem az apartmanjukban kívánnak reggelizni. Az ágy matraca nagyon puha, süppedős. Mi kemény matracosak vagyunk, ezért kicsit megszenvedtünk vele. Pedig éreztük, hogy az is minőségi darab volt, csak nem a mi ízlésünknek megfelelő. Furi volt az alig 2 m-es belmagasság.

Ótima localização, muito próximo ao metrô/tram. Muitas opções de refeições nas proximidades. Quarto tem frigobar, cafeteira de cápsulas e chaleira elétrica além dos anfitriões deixarem café, chá e chocolates como recepçãoe boas-vindas. Os anfitriões são ótimas pessoas, educadas e disponíveis para nos atender. O quarto tem bom tamanho para um casal, muito limpo e organizado. Colchão confortável e ambiente aquecido.

Tolle Lage in einer sehr angesagten Gegend von Amsterdam, sehr komfortables Bett, super zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Metrostation, Supermarkt, viele Restaurants in 1 - 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß

Location was perfect to roam around Amsterdam. All within walking distance and the underground train was only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood had really good restaurants and the host also recommended some spots which was really helpful. Great communication with the hosts and they were very accommodating. I really appreciated all the personal touches in the room like the free drinks, sweets, a personal welcome note and my favorite was the magnet which makes for the perfect souvenir! Also offered late check out which was greatly appreciated. :)

Room was a little small and ideal for a single traveler. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. All the items in the room were new, modern, and stylish. Nice neighborhood. close to metro, only one stop away from RAI.

No window or ventilation opening to the outside. It can sometimes be quite noisy outside at night.

Proprietari gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Pulizia buona. Appartamento piccolo, ma confortevole e ben disposto. Posizione comoda, a pochi passi dalla metro. Check-in e checkout semplici.

Se dobbiamo trovare un difetto la sera un po' troppo rumoroso causa dei locali vicini. Nel complesso siamo state bene, molto consigliato.

The location is excellent. The room was small and clean.

The small room was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning unit did not cool it down. It kept cutting out. The host tried to fix, but the problem persisted. The air conditioning unit itself was housed in a closed shelf, perhaps if it was not covered it would be more effective.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer-Studio in toller Lage, viele nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, guter Anschluss zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aber auch fussläufig zum Zentrum. Wunderbare, sehr hilfsbereite Hosts! Eine tolle Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen!! 🤩👍

Amazing location, super cute room. The hosts were communicative through the entirety of our stay, and left us beverages and sweets to enjoy upon our arrival. The room is on the small end, so probably not best for someone who prefers to spend most of their time in the room, but this was clearly described, and the room provided a great home base for us to explore the city and surrounding areas.

The hosts, Lydia and Roelf, were extremely friendly and attended to our needs at all times. The bed was comfortable. The room had a coffee maker and a minibar. Coffee and tea were available, as well as some drinks and sweets. Location was perfect for us.

Everything was fine. The room was small but comfortable. Sometimes it was a little hot, even with the air conditioning, but it didn't bother us too much.

The space was extremely well thought out, all the fittings were top class. It’s in a great location, right in the middle of de Pijp.

There was a little bit of noise from a at across the street one night, but it didn’t bother us.

Lovely location in a nice neighbourhood, felt so safe and friendly to walk around with loads of places to eat. Easy access via a door code. Fab decor with lovely little touches, local scenes above the bed. Air-con unit that would have been amazing if the weather was warmer. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of pods and sachets of creamer and sugar. Cups were local deft wear, as were the spoons, such a nice touch. Pre stocked mini fridge with little treats and drinks, which was great to arrive to after travelling. I have to say I’m really picky about beds as being comfortable and sleeping well is so essential when you’re staying over somewhere and the bed was SOOOO comfy, great memory foam mattress, choice of pillows and season appropriate weight of duvet - just brilliant. Very well equipped bathroom, clean, modern and with great local hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great shower!!

It is small, but beautifully put together, so not a dislike, more of an observation if you need a lot of room this one is probably not for you. But there is plenty of surface space to store bits and bobs so never felt cramped.

We enjoyed all about this stay

Pijp was the perfect location. An easy walk/metro journey to all the tourist attractions. Pijp itself is vibrant and very cool. Good bars and restaurants, plus an interesting street market. The accommodation was compact and clean. We liked the key code locks,which meant that we didn't have to carry keys around with us. Although we didn't physically see our hosts,they kept in touch throughout our stay and were very helpful.

Excellent place to stay in a cool neighbourhood, and great location to get to the main attractions in Amsterdam. Hosts were super responsive, and the place was just like advertised. Easy check in and check out , flexible to drop bags off etc. We lived it and will recommend to anybody. If we are back in the area I would gladly stay again at the Cozy Suite !

Lydia and Roelof were so so kind and gave me lots of great recommendations around the neighborhood! The room was clean and had everything I needed. It's located in a great neighborhood super close to tall of the museums. Would highly recommend!

Excellent communication with hosts who were more than available for any need or question we would have. In addition, Lydia and Roelof went above and beyond to apologize for temporary noisy street work. Very nice room (to the smaller side, but we were aware of that), that was well equipped and very clean. The neighbourhood is simply one of the best in Amsterdam.

very nice couple hosting, attentive and lots of small touches like a B&B. nicely renovated space with solid internet and TV/Netflix set up. Mini Bar too was a great touch and some restaurant suggestions. Awesome place across the street.

The space is very small and also facing the street. So this comes with noise and light of course.

The location was perfect and our host was very helpful. We really appreciated all the recommendations and quick responses. The room was neat and we had all we needed for our 3-night stay, including complementary treats and drinks. Check-in was straightforward as we received all the necessary information before our arrival. I highly recommend!

Our stay in LIEV was great, honestly can’t fault it at all…the location was perfect, close to lots of nice restaurants, bars & shops whilst remaining peaceful for a good nights sleep! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable with the added extras in the mini bar a very nice and welcome touch - nothing bad to say at all, would definitely recommend and will be staying again next time we’re in Amsterdam

This is a lovely place to come back to after a day of adventures. Nice to be able to unwind with a tea and a little bit of something on Netflix before bed. The little extras our hosts thought of are really appreciated, the juices and snacks in the fridge and a selection of tea and coffee. The showerroom had everything we needed too, showergel, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand-wash. There was also a little sewing kit for emergencies that was really thoughtful. It's a great location with the market on your doorstep and pastries just round the corner. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and our hosts gave us some suggestions. Communication was great, all of our questions were answered quickly. Looked just like the photos. Love the map in the shower room.

The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and the area is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't recommend the place more! You will not go wrong in choosing it for your stay.

We stayed in LIEV for 4 days. The apartment is very clean and very cozy/comfortable in its details: books, home perfume, snacks bar, hygiene products, hair dryer, umbrellas, perfect smelling shower gel/shampoo and hair conditioner (not in small hotel packages, but home version big bottles). The WiFi is fast, the access to the apartment is very easy, the location is perfect. Next time we come to Amsterdam, we definitely stay in the same area. The apartment is small, but I guess SO as most apartments in the city:) The bed is as soft and white as the clouds) Thank you very much and all the best
