the location was superb..access to metro..restaurants..and if u are filipino who likes to eat the famous fried chicken in the Philippines its the perfect spot for your kids the jolibee is just in the corner...if u live far from filipino products it is also accessible for both restaurants and asian stores on the sides street of the area..a great mall to roam around after eating.. and the owner/receptionist is great to offer if you guys want to leave ur belongings and they will allow you just give them a heads up before heading to the place..easy to find also. also comes with free breakfast.. the room is clean and spacious..great AC.

Great location close to the Vatican with lots of nice restaurants, shops, and tour company offices nearby.

They turn the air conditioning off during the day and open the windows. This is a very strange practice which actually costs them more money than just letting the A/C run during the day. When I arrived at my room in the evening, it was very hot inside and took hours to cool down. Make certain to tell the manager to leave the windows closed and A/C on during the day even if a little warmer than what you might want it set for sleeping.

Easy and convenient. The AC was great as our visit to Rome in the beginning of September was hot. The owner was great with communication and gave us local places to eat.

Nada, eso no es un hotel ha sido una muy mala experiencia. No era cómodo un edificio viejo y para entrar era necesario 5 claves de acceso un ascensor viejo e iservible. Subi maletas por las escaleras,De todo mi viaje a Europa fue el peor sitio donde me aloje

A localização é boa para quem pretende visitar o Vaticano. Servido por metro, ajuda nas desloções ao centro da cidade. Gostei da simpatia da dona, que disponibiliza uma série de informação útil para quem visita a cidade pela primeira vez.

O Ar Condicionado avariou nos dois quartos. um deles acabou por ter intervenção de técnicos, mas curiosamente ninguém a representar o alojamento se deslocou para receber os técnicos. Não gostei dos pequenos almoços. Nem sequer estava claro para o próprio café com quem o alojamento tem acordo, o que realmente poderia fazer parte do Pequeno Almoço

Die Nähe zum Petersdom und der U- Bahn. Geschäfte und Lokale in der Umgebung. Die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Wasserkocher mit Tee im Zimmer. Kleiner Kühlschrank auch. Das Zimmer war vom Verkehr her sehr ruhig.

Die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Man hört den Nachbarn als ob er neben dir steht. Die Zimmertüre ist leider sehr dünn. Leider hatten wir laute Nachbarn. Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer 1 leider blöd montiert. Wenn man im Bett lag kühlte alles ins Gesicht. Somit konnte man in der Nacht die Klima nicht nutzen. Das Kindersofa war mit einer Matratze bestückt die beim schlafen immer runter rutschte. Für meinen 12 jährigen leider unpraktisch gewesen.

We kregen vooraf heel duidelijke info over de locatie en het verblijf. Alles was perfect in orde bij onze aankomst, en de gastvrouw verzekerde dat alles naar wens was. De bijkomende tips voor restaurants in de omgeving waren zeer welkom en maakten ons verblijf helemaal perfect!

Die Lage ist super und es ist sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption via WhatsApp war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer für einen Städtetrip absolut ausreichend.

Die Klimaanlage war recht laut, es war sehr schwierig, sie nachts anzulassen, aber nicht tragisch.

Wat een fantastische plek in Rome. Heerlijk verblijf gehad en top geslapen in het fijne bed. Claudia staat voor je klaar met vriendelijkheid en goede tips.

When we booked it said there was parking here. This was untrue and very stressful finding somewhere nearby to park as you could not stay 24 hrs! Pretty bad when you have a hire car. We managed to park a 10 minute walk away and had to take the luggage on foot. We await to see if we have any parking fines! Smaller room than on photos. What is on the photo is actually the whole room.

Tolle Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Sehr hilfreiche Tipps betreffend Pizzeria, Eisgeschäft, Parkmöglichkeiten... Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Klimaanlage, Kaffee, kleiner Kühlschrank.

Das Frühstück ist in einem kleinen Café gleich neben dem Eingang und besteht aus einem Croissant, einem Glas Saft und einer Tasse Kaffee. (das habe ich aber schon in den Rezensionen gelesen, daher keine Überraschung und kein Abzug bei den Sternen)

La cortesia e la disponibilità di Claudia difficilmente si trovano nelle strutture. Ottima posizione, camera pulitissima con tutto l'occorrente e un letto molto comodo. Colazione nel prezzo camera e convenzionata con un bar proprio vicino al portone d'ingresso. In stanza c'è anche la possibilità di farsi un caffè, un tè e mangiare due snack. È stato (anche se breve) un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consiglio!

Migliorerei solamente la proposta dei prodotti in bagno, magari con un piccolo kit di cura personale e ciabattine.

Struttura comoda alla metro e ai mezzi in generale, stanza pulitissima e dotata di tanti comfort.

Comfortable well appointed room with modern bath and ice cold air conditioning. Room has a kitchenette with a double window which opens to overlook a courtyard. Claudia was extremely helpful with self check-in and recommendations for local restaurants. The Cafe Mozart, located just outside the hotel front entrance, serves a great Roman breakfast of brioche, orange juice, and cappuccino (free for guests). Vatican City, Metro Ottaviano, great shops and restaurants, are all easy walks away. Wonderful location. Thank you Claudia for all your correspondence and hospitality and checking on my wellbeing! Can’t wait to return. Grazie :)

I didn't mind whether it was sofa bed or not - but may need to sanitise the sofa with fabric cover at some point (if that happened, my apologise, but my skin said so, and I needed to take anti histamine, nearly every night) Some complaint about view. Location was amazing. Room was very clean, bathroom was excellent - good towels, bidet and great shower.

AC was terribly noisy. Mini fridge was empty - arriving at night it would’ve been nice to find a couple of bottles of water in there. Breakfast at the cafe next door was extremely basic - a bit of an upgrade wouldn’t cost much and would better match the nice room and great neighborhood, edpecially given the price of the room.

La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene metro muy cerca y el Vaticano a muy poca distancia caminando. Hay restaurantes y todo lo necesario alrededor. Es una zona muy linda de la ciudad, nos sentimos muy seguros y nuestra agitémonos fue muy amable siempre.

Excellent host and location

Ottima accoglienza da parte dell'host, con ottima comunicazione fin dai giorni prima del soggiorno e anche durante. Ottimi i consigli per i ristoranti. In camera all'arrivo c'era una bottiglia di prosecco molto gradita. Stanza confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Aggiungerei giusto un punto di appoggio in più in bagno. Posizione perfetta per visitare San Pietro, lontano dal caos ma vicinissimo a tutto.

The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom, an excellent shower, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, a hair dryer, kettle and coffee machine with good sized mugs. It was quiet and a few minutes from Ottaviano metro and the Vatican City. Claudia was helpful in reaching out to provide clear directions and helpful information about local places to eat. She offered our use of a storage cupboard in the hall to leave luggage.

The property was not particularly inviting or comfortable, with no common facilities. The room was expensive compared with hotels with better facilities which we saw on Booking.com. It was quite bare without a proper wardrobe in which to stores clothes, although there was a safe and a mini fridge. No drinking glasses were provided, when I asked for some plus tea bags and tissues these requests were seen as excessive compared with what we’d expect at the Hilton! Breakfast at the Mozart cafe a couple of doors down the street consisted of a hot drink, a juice and pastry. When we booked a taxi via Booking.com it came to number 1, at the other end of the street!

Struttura in una posizione comodissima, vicina alla fermata Ottaviano e a una strada piena di negozi che porta verso San Pietro. Camera impeccabile e molto curata, con arredi moderni e nuovi. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, dandomi costantemente indicazioni e consigli su come vivere al meglio questa vacanza. Esperienza davvero positiva!

Excelente localização. Zona muito seguro e perto dos principais pontos de interesse. O quarto estava extremamente limpo. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi muito boa. Indicou-nos sítios muito bons para as refeições.. iremos voltar.

I punti forza sono la gentilezza estrema del gestore e la pulizia davvero impeccabile. Claudia è stata davvero molto gentile, dandomi anche utili indicazioni prima dell'arrivo. Più che una camera è un vero e proprio monolocale. Ottima posizione vicino alla metro Ottaviano e a San Pietro. Zona centrale e ben servita.

Il letto non era un letto ma un divano letto con un materassino di 10 cm. La foto pubblicata su Booking è fuorviante

Excellent communication from the host, good location, clean room, spacious for Rome. Easy check-in and check-out. Luggage room available without limitation. Possibility to prepare tea and coffee in the room.

Noisy air conditioning right under the window, construction work was taking place in the building - loud noise from 8 o'clock - temporary and the landlord is not responsible for it.

Breakfast was good. Good location to hotel.

There was no where to hang towels other than over the open toilet. No washcloths provided. no dresser to store clothes.

Great location, clean and perfect for a stay in Rome. We felt totally safe, great restaurants in walking distance. We were able to leave our luggage after check out and even checked in early! Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro Ottaviano e dal corso principale, con diversi negozi, che porta alla Basilica. Stanza molto pulita, tutto nuovo, e host gentilissima. Siamo stati benissimo e anche la colazione discreta.

Tutto perfetto, unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è una maggiore insonorizzazione, perchè noi avendo la stanza n. 1 eravamo vicino al portoncino della struttura e se entravano gli altri ospiti si sentiva l'apertura e chiusura.

Super vänlig personal. Satte pris på att Claudia var tillgänglig och gav oss goda tips både före och under tiden. Vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Vi besökte Vatikanen och det var gångavstånd. Nära Metron gjorde att det var ett perfekt utgångsläge för att besöka hela Rom. Men vi gick till de största sevärdheterna. Beskrivelsen av boendet stämde. Det var rent och fint.

The hotel's location is amazing, every sightseeing sites is at a walkable distance (45minutes or less, the Vatican is 10minutes away !). Claudia is so helpful and nice. I highly recommend !
