The shower fitting was poor. We had to tape the fitting to stop it falling down the rail to where you couldn’t use the shower

Love the location - close to hospital to be able to walk , and to walk to main area of town with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Heating in the bedrooms- would have loved an electric blanket.

Love the location, so close to town and the park. The flat was warm when we arrived and all the instructions were clear in the booklet. Comfy furniture, great to have the dining room table. Pretty well equipped kitchen.

My only complaint was that maybe the bedroom windows were a bit thin or the seals not working properly. It sounded like the windows were slightly ajar in both rooms despite us checking they were shut. Having said that, despite the really central location it was a pretty quiet spot.

Good location, in between Christchurch Botanic Garden and Riverside Market and walking distance to both. Well equipped kitchen, cosy room.

Garage a bit small. We have to leave the garage door open after parking Toyota RAV4.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to the CBD, and key attractions, making it easy to get around and explore Christchurch. The unit is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including useful amenities like a washing machine. That said, I really enjoyed my stay, and with a few small improvements, this would be an excellent accommodation option in Christchurch.

There are just a few minor areas for improvement — the car park space is quite tight, and with 4 persons staying, the single shared bathroom can be a bit challenging at times. The shower holder could also be fixed.

There was a strong odour of dead fish as I walked in and all through the living space. No evidence of any rubbish or mess but the smell was terrible.

The bathroom faucet is loose, and the shower feels veyr stuffy, I am not satisfied

Location was perfect

Very comfortable apartment with all the facilities a big family may need. The most wonderful part is the location. It is very close to the majority of the sites of the city and also the river market. All only within 10 min walking.

No lift to the upstairs. I have to take heavy luggages to climb the stairs.

Not a place where a woman travelling alone should stay. It is a remote and dubious area. I did not feel safe because of the stores in the area. In addition, my bed was dirty and dusty. I cannot recommend this as a “normal” accommodation.

Lively clean apartment in a fantastic location central to all we wanted to visit.

It could have had more cutting knives and more pots. The garage was good but didn’t fit our SUV so maybe a mention in the comments that it best fits a smaller car.

Location is excellent. Central city within easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious and adequate for two people.

Outside patio had not been cleaned, with old leaf litter and mould. Garage was full of old leaves and could have been swept. Rubbish bin was full and unemptied.

The location is good, the hse is cozy

There are 4 flight of stairs without a lift, so it could be an issue if you have heavy luggages

Very convenient.

The location was perfect for our purposes, easy access to friends, city and Hagley park. Quiet space, elevated apartment, balcony. Kitchen appliances were clean and we had all we needed.

Pretty much everything great location minutes from everything. Lovely apartment and well equipped and spacious.

One really small thing was water pressure was low so shower was a bit slow but hot so good enough

Great location, easy to walk to the city and to the park and Botanical gardens. Beds very comfortable.

Was a little chilly in the bedrooms, but there was extra bedding so it was ok.

Loved the location! Easy walking distance to all central areas and beautiful parks and entertainment options. The oil heater was handy in the bedroom, and the large reverse cycle aircon in the lounge area was very good at heating the living and kitchen areas. We really liked how quiet it was, considering we were staying so close to the centre of Christchurch. Also always very handy having a washing machine.

It would have been nice to have a better quality fry pan to cook with and some steak knives. My mum said she felt it was odd that there were no coasters to put our cups onto. We thought it might have been nice to have electric blankets on the beds as an option also.

Nice and spacious. And the location is perfect for our city walk. Beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed the additional space and the great Wifi.

Our Toyota highlander was too big so we couldn’t close the garage door. Although it is nice to not having to find car parking. So it’s a bit hard to get in if you have a larger car. Oh and there are stairs as apartments on second floor.

Great location. Met our expectations inside the apartment. Older building but that wasnt an issue
