The location was great with respect to the metro - less than a 5 min walk. Very quiet inside the building.

There is a lot of traffic starting at 3 am every night which was loud enough to wake us. It is long past time to replace the mattresses. They are thin and sag quite a bit in the middle.

Comfortable beds 4) Laundry price and machines were the best I used during my entire Canada trip (located in the basement of the apartment block) 5) Conveniently located in Snowdon area close to metro lines and eateries and amenities

1) The pictures does not match the apartment so it is misleading and deceptive. The apartment itself is not bad. Need to provide accurate pictures 2) Toilet seat was broken but was usable. Host was willing to have it fixed asap but was not necessary for me. 3) The apartment has paint patch ups on most of the walls. Requires is decent coat of paint. 4) The apartment was not clean enough for my expectations. Marks on doors and dust on bench-tops. Carpet was dirty. 5) The rooms are facing a busy street so if you are used to a quite room with no vehicle sounds then this is not ideal 6) Bathroom can do with a new shower curtain and requires better cleaning This apartment has a lot of potential and easy to improve for a 10/10 rating

Host was communicative and helpful. The apartment is generally clean except for some soap scum on the shower hose and lower walls. Supplies such as paper towels, tissues, coffee is very generous. Location is quiet and conveniently near public transport and shops. Spacious bathroom.

L'enregistrement pour l'appartement à faire le jour de notre départ dans la salle d'embarquement de l'aéroport. Le manque de réactivité de l'hôte pour nous transmettre les informations d'entrée dans l'appartement quand on lui a dit par téléphone à plusieurs reprises que nous n'avions rien reçu sur booking. La climatisation que nous ne pouvions pas régler nous même. Nous avons eu froid la dernière nuit.

the apartment was very nice, clean and had good appliances and furniture.

There was no dedicated parking available, and finding street parking was extremely challenging. One morning, I spent nearly two hours searching for a parking spot. When I finally found one, it was a considerable distance from the apartment. There were also no nearby parking lots available as an alternative.

The apartment was clean, well stocked and easy to access. The air conditioning was essential in July! It was in a good location close to the metro in walking distance of some shops and restaurants

Kitchen, approval for mobility service dog. Shower water pressure was great.

Bathtub too high, beds uncomfortable, sofa bed horrible, had with big crack in middle. Handicap parking in the front of building often occupied by non handicap placard cars. Construction on sewer system made parking difficult. Kitchen utensils sparse. Could use spatula and large serving spoons.

La cerradura de la puerta de entrada estaba atascada y nos dio muchos problemas, nos hemos quedado sin poder abrir muchas veces teniendo que llamar a cada vez para que nos dieran una clave nueva. Hemos observado que las bisagras estaban desencajadas y la cerradura con los tornillos al aire. Las puertas están muy sucias sobre todo las del baño por dentro. Hemos echado de menos lavadora/secadora dentro del apartamento. Acceso y rellano de la vivienda muy sucia

The location is excellent and well connected by Metro. Ships are close by. Property is clean and well maintained. We were happy there.

We were on first floor and there was a faint sewage smell on 2nd day. It was raining over night so not sure if the weather contributed issue. The garbage smell was bad in the hallway too.

Trata-se de um apartamento em prédio residencial, é grande e confortável. A localização é boa. Perto de duas estações do metrô (há uma terceria, um pouco mais distante, mas que permite ir a pé também). Também há opções de ônibus. Bastante comércio pela volta. O apartamento fica em bairro distante do centro antigo de Montreal, então o transporte público é essencial. Tudo funcionou bem no apartamento.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nah am Zentrum und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, sodass man nicht extra fürs Essen in die Stadt rein fahren muss. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super und es war alles sauber. Man hat ordentlich Platz - was uns als Familie wichtig ist. Auch der Kontakt zum Inhaber war stets freundlich und man bekam viele Informationen über sein Guidebook zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

This is a nicely furnished, modern, clean apartment in the suburbs. The apartment is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated that some basic items were provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was an easy walk to supermarkets and the metro for access to downtown and the central train station. Good value for money.

Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gute Betten. Wohnviertel mit Parkmöglichkeiten - temporäre Einschränkungen beachten. METRO-Stationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Exzellente Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Das Haus ist hellhörig - haben wir persönlich nicht als besonders störend empfunden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, U Bahnen nahe, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Zum Joggen/Laufen gut, Mont Royal in guter Distanz. Einrichtung modern und neuwertig.

Clairement ce n'est pas le quartier le plus vivant ni le plus intéressant de Montréal, mais heureusement le métro est proche et permet de rejoindre facilement les lieux à visiter.

Emplacement très bien situé à qques pas du métro et du bus; à 30’ en transport du centre ville. À 20’ à pied de l oratoire Quartier très safe. Appartement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut.

Isolation acoustique très mauvaise on entend absolument tout et le voisinage n est pas du tout respectueux.

There are two separate rooms and a bathroom. Although they are relatively small, they are relatively comfortable. The kitchen facilities are complete. The location is also good, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, very close to Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal, Mount Royal and McGill University.

It's a very unpleasant thing. Our plane was late. When we arrived at the destination, we couldn't open the door with the password. The door lock made a sound, but the lock couldn't be opened. We kept contacting the staff, but it didn't help. Fortunately, someone just came out, and we finally entered after half an hour of delay at the door of the building. The next day, the staff said that the battery of the door lock was dead. In addition, on the first floor of the residential building, the residents upstairs are still walking around very late, which has some influence.

The property looked decent and clean

The parking was a very big hassle!! And no one around to help or no response when called to that given number. Left multiple voice mails but no use! Secondly, the bathtub was clogged, first day when we check in, the water was very slow and from next day, it was clogged completely. This delayed our plans for the entire day, as we had to wait for a very long time after each use. Also, we used the plunger to try and unclog (which is definitely a bad experience) but it was of no use.

Spacious, clean, well furnished and bright. Owner responded quickly to messages (but wasn’t always very helpful).

Although the property has a disabled access lift and step free access through the garage, the lift didn’t work and the owner was not interested in helping us find a way to access the property through the garage. The property is not wheelchair accessible, despite what the description may suggestion. The property did not have a clothes rack, as advertised, and the owner was not interested in providing one. The owner gave us the wrong access code to the property. When we arrived, we couldn’t enter.

Location is great, near the metro station, and whole rooms are clean.

All good but staffs and housekeeper came into my place without informing me three times, once there was only my wife and daughter home, and my daughter is 2 years old, that makes me feel extremely unsafe.

Clean, quiet, and great location. Staff was helpful with sorting out how to use the air conditioner. Useful amenities available like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, dish soap, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and washer and dryer on the basement level. Extra towels and blankets were available in the closet, along with hangers for clothes, and two nightstands by each bed. I tend to like my showers on the hot side, and this shower delivered on that.

The walls are a bit thin and noise travels, but this wasn't really a problem, because everyone was pretty quiet.

Nous avons été gênés par l'isolation phonique insuffisante ( bruit voisins au-dessus, bruits dans le hall des gens qui rentrent...)

L’appartement est spacieux, bien aménagé avec une bonne literie, une salle de bains complète (baignoire/douche) et une cuisine très bien équipée. Situé à 7-8 minutes du métro dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille et cosmopolite.

Pas de machine à laver contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, et l’hôte n’a proposé aucune solution, refusant même d’admettre l’évidence, pour lui une machine à laver collective payante correspond à un équipement fourni dans l’appartement ! En prime, pas de possibilité de le joindre par appel téléphonique, communication uniquement en anglais, et refus très sec du simple dépôt de bagages le jour du check-in avant 16h pour raisons de « sécurité »… bref cet appart serait très bien avec un autre gérant !

Appartement agréable et très bien placé avec métro a proximité. Stationnement dans la rue. Conforme à la description. Avec 2 wc : 1 dans la salle de bain et 1 autre dans une salle d'eau avec lavabo : très appréciable à 6!

Le canapé en face de la tv ainsi que le canapé lit (jaune) dans le salon (pour la 5 et 6eme personne) mériteraient vraiment d'être changé !

Stayed at the property for six days. Clean property. Street parking but easy to park. Provided enough supplies for week. Was able to park in front of the property. Host answered all the question. All I can say is excellent property.

Ein paar Dinge waren kaputt wie etwa der Wasserkocher und eine Schranktür. Der Code für die Wohnung ging als wir unser Gepäck zum Auto brachten bereits einige Minuten vor dem Check out nicht mehr und wir kamen nicht mehr in die Wohnung herein. Doch durch das Personal konnte uns dann geholfen werden.

Conveniently located and close to Montreal's main attractions. It was very clean.

Our check-in experience was very frustrating. It is very late (5pm) and no earlier check-in could be arranged. The host hadn't provided instructions on how to enter the building or what unit number we were looking for, which meant I had to try to make sense of it all over chat in Booking. It took us 1hr to access the apartment I've recommended this info is provided in the guestbook for future bookings. We tried calling the number provided by Booking.com but we were met with a "wrong number" by the person who picked up the phone. The heating system ran a bit cold even though it was set to 23-24deg.

le parking est très limité, et vous devez arrivé à 5h et non à 4h sinon vous arriverez pas à rentrer dans l’appartement le code ne fonctionneras pas, les lit sont assez dure également

L'hote était très réactif à nos demandes, le logement était bien placé, il était propre. Les lits étaient confortable.

Le lave linge ne marchait pas et il n'y avait pas de balais.

Very poor maintenance of the apartment: a broken door in a shower, a broken coffee machine, dirty walls everywhere etc. And cherry on the top, the neighbours of apt 103 were partying all nights of our stay ( one day -by 2am, the other- by 5am). Luckily we had a second bedroom that were far from neighbours but if you need two bedrooms for your group, you will have an experience sleeping at a night club-Super lound and smell of weeds all night.

First and foremost I did not like anything at all about this place, this place left me and my family especially my daughter traumatized . There is nothing to like about this place management is very unprofessional. There was an incident when we checked in where it was time to shower , my daughter went to take shower then we heard a big noise and my daughter was screaming for help we ran to the washroom to find the glass shower door feel off an slice my daughter hands her hand injury was so bad that you can see the inner skin an the fatty part of her inner skin We had to rush her to the hospital, I have been calling management from that very same night in regards of what happened I have even sent a text message no one responded, after all this back and forth at the hospital with my daughter now that we are learning she has to get surgery done. Getting back from the hospital at 3am that morning I could not sleep we couldn’t use the washroom because all these pieces of broken glass is everywhere. Around 8 am the morning I have been calling management management no one is answering I sent a second text about what happened nothing I have call so much times before I was been contacted on what’s app by a simple text message ( hello what happened) was their response which I did not like. Their response was very slow and unprofessional and seems to do not care about the situation I had them pics of my daughter hands and trust me these ppl still did not care.

I just need everyone to boycott this place. No heat, no hot water the glass shower door fell and broke while my daughter was taking shower. She had to block her face why the glass slice her hand … her hand could have been chopped off now the doctor is saying that my daughter has to get surgery done that’s how bad the situation is and management at this property does not care one bit no body showed up to look at the situation they’re not answering my calls they’re responding to my text when they feel like . It’s a bad situation that we didn’t feel safe in the unit . Management does not care and I have all the proof to get legal action against them. Not my daughter has to live with this trauma on her bday for the rest of her lives

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la pièce de vie, malgré des messages, personne n'est venu pour resoudre le problème. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont très limités.

The apartment itself was spacious and quiet.

One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it was clearly listed as having an in-unit washer and dryer. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the washer was not working — only the dryer was functional. When I reported the issue, the host(Property management) acknowledged it but only suggested using a shared laundry facility in the basement and offered to refund the laundry cost. I clearly stated multiple times that I did not wish to use shared facilities due to both privacy concerns and the inconvenience of having to leave the unit, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a place with a private washer. Despite repeatedly explaining my situation, no others alternative solution and compensation was ever offered throughout our short two-night stay. Considering the price and the listing’s description, the property management should have maintained the basic amenities properly. The way the issue was handled was very disappointing and unprofessional.

The bed in the room next to the TV squeaked every time either myself or my husband rolled or moved in bed . Very annoying.The bed in the other room was very close to the wall so made getting in and out of the left side of the bed very difficult.

strict expectations from host (no noise, no visitors, repeated confirmations that we would follow rules and clean up before we left even though we paid a $119 fee, etc); apt is listed as "restful nights", but it has no sound insulation so woken up too early by upstairs couple just walking around to get ready for work; apt needs new mattresses, some repairs (toilet seat) and better cleaning; check-in instructions for apt door aren't accurate.

Sol de mauvaise qualité (parquet qui se soulève), murs mal isolés (on entend les allées et venues des voisins dans l'allée). Machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas (il y en dans le sous-sol mais forte odeur d'humidité). Attention pas de savon ni shampooing fourni.
