La rue du pierce hotel étant en travaux. Quelques nuisances sonores au petit matin mais rien de bien mechant. Literie exceptionnelle. J ai apprécié la possibilite d acces a netflix. L appartement est fonctionnelle. Une caution est demandée mais sans avoir un inventaire détaillé. J ai fait remonter par photo ce qui le semblait être défaillant. J ai apprécié le menage en cours de séjour offert et la réactivité de gael a la moindre question. La conciergerie est uniquement virtuelle

Le climatiseur de la chambre est très bruyant. Certaines photos ne correspondent pas à celles mises en ligne (notamment la chambre). Appartement qui mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Awful area, homeless right outside property. Previous persons socks under bed. Ironing board cover stained and oven tray didn’t even fit in oven so we couldn’t cook anything. Cigarette stains and marks on sofa. TV so slow we couldn’t watch as constant buffering

Veľmi veľký apartmán s obývačkou aj spálňou. Skvele vybavená kuchyňa riadom,takže sme si mohli z miestnych skvelých surovín z rôznych trhov pripravovať výborné raňajky. Bonusom Bola pracka so sušičkou, čo sa ku koncu dovolenky hodilo. Zvládli sme aj zadávania všetkých kódov, keďže sme si dôkladne pozreli video návod a doporučujem to všetkým. Veľká vďaka aj Phaysalovi za možnosť neskoršieho check out v deň nášho odletu. Poloha veľmi dobrá pri stanici metra, ktorou sa dá isť aj bez prestupu v autobusu na letisko /( zelená linka na LionelGROUX) a samozrejme kamkolvek.

V tomto čase Prebieha veľká rekonštrukcia na ulici Saint Catherine, takže Nie je taka pekná ako v časti kde už je rekonštrukcia hotová. Je tam veľa super kaviarni.

c'est un grand appartement, la description correspond exactement à l'annonce. très propre, et avec les équipements annoncés (dont machine à laver et sèche-linge). il y a des magasins à moins de 200m pour remplir le frigo et trouver ce qui peut manquer. le métro est à 100m

le processus de récupération des codes est un peu compliqué mais on y arrive (le code de la porte de l'appartement est long !) c'est étrange de ne pas rencontrer d'humain dans ce genre de bâtiment

The shower was grate and the mattress was very comfortable. Location was perfect.

The floor wasn't clean, was a lot of dirt and hair.It wasn't been vacuuming, not moped and in the dust bean they left garbage for us. At the head of the bed it was months dust.

Mold & mildew smell, shower wasn't working in my daughter's room! Wasn't fixed. Won't stay there again.

The location was good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby

The amenities weren't as pictured l. The apartment didn't have a pullout sofa. The waterfall shower head was broken and the water temperature was either scalding hot or too cold. There were no tea or coffee packs in the kitchen even though there was clearly a holder for them. The trash can lid was broken and there were fruit flies in the apartment.

Ben servito dalla vicina metro e in una buona zona, l’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche non di breve periodo (sono presenti anche lavatrice e asciugatrice)

The apartment was very tastefully decorated. Access to the apartment was via pon code - easy to use.

The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was located in a great location, close to the subway. It was unlike your typical hotel room as it's paid out more like an apartment with kitchen and laundry. The laundry was a really nice touch as we spent some days in Quebec City first and it was nice to wash some of those items. I would highly recommend.

No available parking, but they couldn't do much about that. I found a nearby parking facility through an app.

Loved the apartment! Minimalist design aesthetic if that's what you like (I do). Clean, well taken care of. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Fully stocked kitchen (didn't use it but very nice). Extremely quiet. Not like an average hotel room where you can hear everything. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Kitchen faucet pressure was low. Our view was lacking. Maybe a room in the front of the building would be better. Some people do live there and they're not particularly friendly (I understand that I am an outsider, but still..)

Well designed flat, spacious enough for 2 persons. My husband and I liked the location, plenty places to eat, easy to get around walking (Metro station just across the street).

The property's location in central Montreal — only steps from the metro and bus stops — is perfect for those wanting to explore everything Montreal has to offer, and surprisingly quiet in the evening. My room was spacious and the rainfall shower was luxurious. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples.

We liked everything

Our stay started off unfortunately. On a bad note, we got a room that wasn't expected. In the pictures I gathered there was two sleeping arrangements and there wasn't. But called the information line and next day of contacted and they were very helpful and found me a room upgrade to make up for the misunderstanding. It was much appreciated. Everybody makes mistakes. It's how you react to them and I give them a 10 out of 10.

Suite style apartment. Washer/dryer in room. All the amenities needed including real plates, glasses and silverware. Full size refrigerator. Dishwasher (I didn't use it.). Oven/stove. Helpful videos for different amenities but the wording on the videos is too small to read on a cellphone.

TV only has Roku and has very repetitive channels. No CNN, no France 24. Just repetitive Canadian channels and some American ones, and many old TV shows. Door code requires 9 digits. Sorry but that's a bit much to remember. I had to look at my phone all the time. (I once stayed at a similar place in Italy. The room/entry code was the last 4 digits of my phone number. Very simple and just as secure.) The shower floor was very slippery, even dangerousIy so. I had to hold on to the pipe that brings water to the shower head. Maybe an additional grab bar would be helpful. Soap dispensers in the shower didn't indicate which was which. No towel bars in the bathroom. Only hooks. Floor is painted or epoxy. No carpet or wood laminate.

Jolie appartement, et au goût du jour. Confortable et optimal. Cuisine bien équipé et personnel réactif ! Très bon emplacement à 3 minutes à pied du métro, et une multitude de restaurant/ fast-food et épiceries au pied de l’appartement. Centre ville à 10 minutes à pied. Facile d’accès, tout est très bien expliqué dans le boarding pass. Nous reviendrons !

Le lit pour bébé était vraiment petit, et sans matelas. C’est dommage car il n’y avais que le socle du lit parapluie ce qui est vraiment dur et pas confortable pour mon bébé. Sinon tout c’est très bien passé.

The 24-hour contact number provided when I checked in is unstaffed after 6pm, so nothing was done about it. I spent a full night with no sleep. Before you check in they make you sign a waiver saying you will accept responsibility for all damage, but when I arrived, I found holes in the walls, old hair on the bed head, the sheets did not fit the bed, the towels had weird stains, there were food stains and old crumbs in the kitchen, and the light above the bed did not work. They provide the cheapest toiletries you can imagine. To enter the building you have to put a code in the front door, the vestibule door, the elevator, and a separate 10-digit code to get into your room. There is no table or desk or place to work, only bar stools, with nowhere to plug in a laptop. I left this place early, even though I had booked 5 nights. When I asked for a single-night refund to compensate for my sleepless night due to the broken blind, the hotel flatly refused to give me any money back. The hotel will probably respond here saying they fixed the blind the next day, and tried to offer me a solution, but their solution was to give me a credit for another room in their hotel ONLY if I managed to rebook my room after I left. Not compensation for their own terrible service. There are so many better options in Montreal -- I would avoid this place like the plague.

Équipement et en plein centre

Location and size of the unit were excellent. Functionality was very good with a couple of exceptions. Never saw any staff. Aspect of the place is comfortable but cold.

Heating and cooling units were noisy, like in an old motel. Some of the plumbing was a bit off (a handle on the shower was incomplete (but fully functional) and hot and cold reversed in bathroom sink). No way to isolate light in bedroom from the living room.

Beds comfortable, kitchen had enough items to make meals, washer and dryer great, location is awesome. I've stayed before, I'd stay again.

TV hard to work or it would not stream, fake plant in bedroom was very dusty.

The location is beyond amazing. Although the check in and out was digital but the response of the team via WhatsApp was great, speedy and their actions were prompt.

It's not like an hotel where you can have room service every day or other day. Also late check out should not be chargeable. The AC needs to be colder especially when we are out of the room

A LOT of construction going on which can make it noisy and dusty but overall it was a convenient area

Superbe et très propre. Tout les commodités sont disponibles à quelques minutes à pieds. Immeuble très sécurisé avec plusieurs codes, très sécuritaire et ont peut dormir l'esprit tranquille.

Malheureusement côté stationnement c'est très compliqué et dispendieux pour une fin de semaine complète. Par contre c'est le seul côté qui demande plus d'organisation le reste est superbe je recommande !

Les drains de notre chambre (évier principal et évier de salle de bain) étaient bouchés. Les meubles avaient des coulisses de saleté et je semblaient pas très propres.

La situation géographique +++ près du métro, bus et commerces et restaurants. La grandeur de l'appartement et ses équipements sont très bien.

A very well-equipped studio apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A very comfortable bed.

The only thing was a persistent kind of mains hum which did have a slightly detrimental effect.

Oui les codes ont bien fonctionné. J'ai eu une problème car j'avais oublié mon cellulaire dans mon appartement et avec un voisin j'ai pu vous appeler et j'ai eu une excellent service.

Seulement j'ai remarqué que lorsqu'on sélectionne le service en francais ça disait que vous étiez fermé. Je parle en anglais c'est correct, mais pour une urgence de clients franco ce n'est pas optimal et si comme moi il y avait un problème pour rentrer dans l'appartement ça peut être un peu paniquant pour un client franco un dimanche soir. Sinon je trouve que le ménage n'était pas parfait et à la hauteur d'un hôtel. Ce n'était pas sur " la coche" pour la cuisine.. plancher, cheveux un peu partout par terre dans le salon. Divan sale... peu invitant. Lit très bien et salle de bain très belle, et ménage OK.

Muy bonito, con buena ubicación aunque un poquito retirado de según qué zonas. Cama cómoda y enorme.

El razonamiento de las cosas por ejemplo dos cápsulas para lavar la ropa, dos cápsulas para lavar los platos etc y si quieres más pagas. Si quieres entrar antes aunque no haya nadie , paga. Si quieres salir más tarde solo puedes una hora más y pagando. Todo pagar. Tienes que dejar una fianza bastante elevada , aunque después la retornan.

Excellent location with convenient access to two metro lines. The mobile check-in process was seamless and very efficient.

The lack of a reception desk and luggage storage is inconvenient. Furthermore, the discount code provided for the partner storage service didn't work (expired or invalid), which was quite disappointing.

The location was amazing - right next to grocery stores and restaurants and a short walk to the Bell Center. The apartments were beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable.

The only complaint was the shower temperature control dial - it was stiff and wouldn't turn. However the water was hot and great pressure. We had some trouble with our door code not working but the staff came promptly within a minute and got us in.

Everything was so good and perfect! The loft was confy and clean, really like a nice appartement !!!

Je recommande cet appartement à 200%, tout est parfait! La literie est incroyable et la localisation exceptionnelle permettant de rejoindre le centre ville à pieds. Le ménage était impeccable.

The floors were really dusty really fast but we swept everyday.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel, diesmal Appartement 306 und auch dieses mal hat der Check in wieder ohne Probleme funktioniert.Das Bett war wieder Mega bequem und die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet um kochen zu können.

Leider war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken im Badezimmer verstopft.In der Küche hatte ein Schwamm und ein Geschirrtuch gefehlt.

Ein unkomplizierter Check-in, zwar alles digital und ohne persönlichen Kontakt aber dafür lief alles reibungslos über den per Mail gesendeten Bording Pass.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist auch gut.Eine Metro Station und ein Parkhaus sowie unzählige Restaurants bzw. Fast Food Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hier und da hätte der Fußboden und das Geschirr etwas sauberer sein können.

une bonne localisation pour ceux qui aiment être au centre-ville et vivre la belle vie à Montréal, comme moi. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’appartement : très propre et calme.🩷

Par contre, leur système de mots de passe est un peu exagéré. Je comprends que c’est pour la sécurité, mais ils devraient trouver une autre façon de gérer ça.
