Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Wir hatten das Glück, die Nordlichter in der Nacht direkt vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet - man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß.

Great location. About 5 minutes walk to the center. The view was incredible. Clean rooms & big dining area. The kitchen is well maintained. I will definitely come again.

great place, very spacious, very comfortable, alltogether a great choice for our stay in Tromsö.

Only one key for 5 people is not enough; the main entrance should be usable; key safe is way too far away; not enough dishes.

Beautiful appartement, very spacious and well equipped. Fantastic view of the town and harbor. The beds are very comfortable and the Vervet area is very pleasant and quiet. We had a great time and felt at home. We watched the northern lights from the balcony, prime location!

It would be great to include bath mats and dishcloths in the linen provided

It was nice to have a dockside view if you remember to open the curtains and appreciate the view. The lounge room was very large and spacious

The apartment complex is new and big and there is no direct road access so the address for drop off is not a registered road which made it difficult for ordering taxis and meant travelling with your suitcase in the rain/snow. Also we had a bad experience of the key not being in the key box that was located at a different address 600m away and we arrived at 1 am on a Sunday evening and had to stay else we - they were prompt to apologies and provide a refund!! Kitchen is minus a basic toaster.

Well furnished and equipped. Bed was comfortable. The view was good. Walking distance to most places of interest within 20 mins.

The parking which i was charged twice and after 12.00 midnight, I can get in and there was no code or instructions.

Thank God, it was good! The location was good - about 10/15 minutes by car to/from Tromsø Airport and about 20 minutes by foot to Prostnest Bus Terminal which is where the Chasing Lights Minibus pickup point was. These are two adjoining apartment units, the only way to walk through them is through one of the bedrooms, this is worth noting for those who occupy this bedroom. Alternatively, you can access the adjoining unit through its main door/entrance .

Both the taxi from the airport and the minibus mentioned that they were not able to drive right up to the apartment. Not sure if it was due to the winter conditions or if this is the norm. So keep this in mind, especially in regard to luggage etc. Communication with the host is not the quickest. In fact when we reached the apartment, we found the kind couple who was supposed to do the cleaning waiting outside. There was some mix up with the keys. They had to clean while were were in the apartment as it was quite messy and dirty. They did their best to clean it quickly!

Loved the seaview! The apt was so spacious & new. The sofas had a great bounce to them & the pillows & duvets were very comfortable too.

A microwave would have made heating up food more convenient since the unit had 2 kitchens. The wifi didn’t seem to work in the evenings so my overseas data plan ran out.

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was centrally located looking out over the fjord and downtown. It was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and attractions including the sauna. It was spacious for a grown family of 4 and easy to navigate the apartment and amenities.

It felt like they had just partially furnished it. There was just one sofa and not much other seating. We had two kitchens but neither were fully equipped, for example we only had 2 bowls. The stove top kept shutting down on us and we had to reset it every time we wanted to cook and the dishwasher alarm went off at the end of our stay. The beds were very basic and soft and the curtains did not black out the 24 day light which made it really hard to sleep. These seem like pretty straightforward things to fix for the price that we paid.

•It doesn’t get better than this in Tromso. You have your own super spacious apartment on the water’s edge, the views are just breathtaking! •Everything you could possibly need is supplied: washing detergent, good quality wine glasses, pots and pans, lots of towels, even salt and pepper.

Very clean in a super convenient location with a beautiful view! So spacious and beautifully designed. Messages via booking app had quick responses to any questions I had. Also, the parking is free and indoors. Makes it so convenient to have easy assigned parking that is a close walk to restaurants and shops.

Just a note that it’s an apartment stay and not a hotel. You take out your trash, pull off bed linens, and run the dishwasher before you leave (so budget some time for this). They do not provide toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. Wish the shower had a caddy or small shelf to place these items.
