Cozy Homestay with Large bed, private bathroom, large Balcony

Cozy Homestay is absolutely brilliant! Mrs. Nguyen is a lovely person and extremely helpful. She makes you feel welcome and takes care of everything. The apartment is very well located, and you can reach everything by foot. When I come to Hanoi this is the first place I hope to stay in.

Centrally located but away from the Hanoi noise. very quiet. My rented motorcycle was also taken care of like me.

The Location was amazing.Close to everything. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed and Houng the host, she is so kind and welcoming.I felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend it

It was so good. I felt so velcome. Everyone was so smiling and helpful. I will like to come back

???

Location very good, quiet at night. With detergent do clothes wash. Very kind and helpful hostess.

Very cosy room with a nice private bathroom. The fridge works well, the air conditioning is perfect, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet which makes the stay very comfortable. There is also the possibility to do laundry which is very convenient. And most importantly, a big thank you to Huongnguyen for the hospitality and kindness throughout my stay! 😊

Nothing

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Hanoi, and it ended up being a really positive experience despite me being sick with the flu when I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in on me to make sure I was okay and offering help when needed. It made a big difference and I really appreciated the care. Overall, a comfortable stay with a genuinely thoughtful host.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and in a really nice district close to the atm and cafes. The host was really helpful and kind even coming to get me from the street when I got a bit lost!

The host is very kind and helpful, nice to chat to. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, l thought there would be more noise. Interesting location.

The WiFi was a bit slow.

I got there late in the evening, the host was very flexible and waiting for me. It is a super quiet room (the building is in a cul de sac), which was a bonus for me as i flew out the next day and needed a good rest. There is everything you need in the room and also a huge balcony. Would highly recommend it.

nothing

The place was quiet. Small but had all the needed facilities and even extras. The room was very nice and clean and the owner is a lovely women who’s willing to help at everything.

A perfect location for a shot stay at Hanoi! Ideal for solo travellers.

Perfect location, bed was so comfortable and with such an amazing host!

I liked everything!

Phòng rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Chị chủ nhà cũng rất thân thiện ạ.

Huong is an awesome host, always willing to help and very careful. Had a very pleasant stay

This place is so comfortable: the bed and sheet👌 This is very clean and smell good! Quiet place Very nice owner♥️ Next to the old quarter of Hanoi You have every thing you need at this place Price

All was perfect!

Convenient location and great value for money. Simple and basic place, great for few day stay. Very lovely and helpful host.

You will be able to hear lots of noises, but that is expected in Hanoi.

The hosts are lovely and kind. The location is great, a charming area with everything that you might need. I arrived after dark and when I saw the courtyard I felt like I was in a movie set of an old romantic Vietnamese movie ! Very interesting. Thank God no noise from any Karaoke, nor from any blaring TV or sound system. The whole place has character. The bed is very comfortable, solid and firm. All sorts of little things are provided such as a kettle, a knife, drinking water, and toiletry. Over all the hosts were really concerned with my well being. The balcony is great for drying the hand wash.

There is absolutely no sound filter. Everything that you hear from the vicinity is as clear as if it would happen in your room. This created the sense of a lack of privacy. The ceiling fan is outdated and makes a squeaking noise. The slippers that you should wear in the room are only for people with very small feet. They were so painful that I couldn't use them.

The location is great. Away from the crowds in the Old Town. It is a charming area with everything that you might need. The hosts are very kind and lovely. It is in a side alley so you don't hear the traffic noise. Thank God there was no noise from any Karaoke to be heard. The bed is very comfortable, solid and firm.

There is no sound isolation at all. If a neighbor drops a noodle , you will hear it ! In the early evening a neighbor's child was screaming as loud as possible and didn't stop for 30 minutes. It sounded as if the child was in my room. It was nerve-wracking !!! Later at 9 p.m. another neighbor was spraying a motorbike. He used a very noisy pump that made ugly sounds !!! The next day in the morning the school next door pumped out some disco music on a high volume. I felt that I had not been given the chance to relax.

Excellent place to stay. The host is very friendly and welcoming, the room has everything you need, is clean and even has a balcony with it. She helped me with all questions I had and even kept my bag for one week until I came back to Hanoi. Can only recommend!

A great apartment in a great location. The host is so lovely too!

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The room is spacious with a comfy bed. There is coffee and water and a big fridge. It’s very clean. The owner is super kind and helped me out with transportation even after I stayed with her! She kept my backpack safe for 3 weeks while I was traveling to the Philippines- thank you so much again!! Grab bikes to the center are only €1. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Wow! Hung is really a super star host! She is the best, she will take care of you. And the place is amazing, it has every amenities you need in much more. It was really comfortable, super clean, spacious, and a very comfy bed. I really cannot recommend this place enough. You would love it. I would definitely go back!

Huong is a great host. She helped bring my things up the stairs. You have a huge fridge to keep your drinks cold, an iron, hair dryer, to even an umbrella and raincoat. There are great food options a few minutes walk from the flat. Huong also helped to arrange my transportation to Tam Coc. Her kind mother in law helped to bring my things down the stairs and to speak with the shuttle driver.

The only caution is the stairs if you are mobility challenged. Not something she can control, but the neighbor's dog sometimes barks at night.

the location is in right the center so is very easy to access all other tourist site, also the room is inside the old building of Ha Noi so you can emerge in the life of the local, very interesting!

the room is fully equipped, however the air conditioner is only 1 way not 2 way (no heater function) so is a bit chilly if you stay in the cold season when temperature drop under 10 degree Celsius

The room is located in a local residential area that has local features of Hanoi architecture with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Well-funitured room, good vibe, and so nice host. Near popular places that I can walk around (Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old Quarter) or take buses. Reasonable price. I would come back on occasion. Highly recommended.

The room is very clean and cozy and serveed with almost everything you need. The location is very good, there are a lot of restaurants around. Huong and her family are so kind and friendly, and Huong has helped me a lot. Staying at this house is one of my best experiences and memories in Vietnam. I strongly recommend this bnb to everyone who want to enjoy their time in Hanoi.

Perfect hosts. Great location, authentic Vietnamese home with rented apartments - not the Ritz but very interesting and comfortable

Be aware that this must be paid for in cash - no credit payments accepted

The host was really nice and always willing to help. She recommended buses, places to visit, etc. I loved staying here and felt quite safe as a young female solo traveler. I highly recommend!

The room is clean Quiet surroundings Fully furnished Near famous places Near the big road so easy to move around Kind host

When I open the drawer to take a pen, it smell like cigarette smoke, may be from previous guests The wifi sometimes take a rest

A lovely welcoming hostess. Kind, helpful and extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend to solo travellers and couples. A super experience and homely atmosphere.

The host was really nice and helpful. She was the kindest host I have ever met

The host is super friendly and communicates very well! They even provided mosquito net, that was very helpful.

The family are so nice - very helpful and the room gets cleaned everyday. Super bathroom (really lovely shower) and you have a balcony outside your room. I would come back no doubt.

The bed is a tan too hard - maybe buy a foam mattress to put in between the sheet and bed. Would make this place perfect.

Host is extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. I’ve informed her that I will arrive in the middle of the night and she was super nice and welcoming when I came in. Make sure to inform her if you arrive late, as the gate is closed, so plan accordingly. The place was super clean and has everything you needed, including nice little touches. Unfortunately I was there in transit only for a few hours so I can’t comment a lot about the place itself as I didn’t have the time to properly enjoy it. I really appreciate having the opportunity to leave my bag during the afternoon while I was enjoying a few hours in Hanoi before my flight. The host is in my top 5 for my trip in Vietnam. Thank you again for hosting me! 😊

I didn’t stay long enough to enjoy adequately.

Clean room and good amenities. Good people, excellent shower and bathroom.

Need new pillows Bed needs more padding. Celing fan needs replacement

The hosts are great, I could ask them everything. It is easy to reach many places from there, the location is very comfortable.

I would add a night table next to the bed

the room has everything you might need, the owner will try to help you in any way he can, the house is a 15-minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes from the bus stop to almost anywhere in the city. the room is clean, cozy, has fast Internet (>100mbps), a private bathroom with everything you need, the bed is large but a little hard
