Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Some rooms are okay but there are always problems. I've booked this stay 4 times so I know (sadly all done in advance). They'll remove the 200RM deposit if you can prove if you're a foreigner. At least I can stay for free because I've reported this issue to Amex to run a charge back
Stained sheets, bed bugs, misleading advertising, inconsistent room amenities, things are not working as they should. Host are not very responsive and the check in instructions are very confusing. They only respond if it's convenient to them. I have been injured from the stay because of the bed bugs and the medication side effects to treat it can make you sick. Don't show the host any mercy because they're extremely shameless and they would have repeatedly done this to many other guests. Ignore the high reviews because the locals and people from surrounding countries have very low expectations of stay that's why it was rated highly. I have uploaded photos for proof. Also this is rated as a 4 star accommodation and it's clearly 2 star accommodation at best but more like 1.5 star

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Nothing. After booking was confirmed, I was told I had to put up a 200RM deposit. I did not stay as a friend offered to let me stay at his house at the last minute. I immediately returned the key within a few minutes.
Despite them promising to return my deposit within 24hrs and I reminded them when I returned the key, they did not return the deposit after 14 days. I provided my return account details as requested and they did not reply until I wrote to their WhatsApp account on the 14th day.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026I find the house very nice. The room and the living room are all in good condition. The apartment parking is very easy to locate and the house is cozy. The staff very responsive thru text but wouldn’t answer your call.
Noise at the pool if you stay facing the pool. The toilet is not very clean. When i came in, the house smells cigarette. They dont provide you extra plastic bin or tissue towels if you stay longer. No cleaning provided too. I stay more the 1 week.

No hi havia ningú.
