Duze mieszkanie w nowym budownictwie. Balkon, garaż podziemny, sprawne wifi i TV. Duzo miejsca dla 4 os rodziny. Dobra baza wypadowa do centrum - niedaleko metro.

Brud i syf w pomieszczeniach wspólnych - w windzie było nasikane to chyba kwestia okolicznych mieszkańców którzy z kultura maja mało wspólnego - multikulti. Było dosyć upalnie 35st i 1 wentylator na pomieszczenie to mało. W łazience niewydolny wyciag - było bardzo duszno i gorąco.

Lage & Anbindung: Strategisch super gelegen, man kommt schnell in alle Richtungen. Tankstelle und Supermarkt sind direkt in der Nähe (Supermarkt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar). Für Autofahrer ist der eigene Tiefgaragenplatz Gold wert. Ausstattung: Die Küche bietet alles für den Alltag: Mikrowelle, Ofen-/Herdkombination, ausreichend Geschirr und eine Kapselmaschine für den Kaffee zwischendurch. Das große Badezimmer mit der gut durchdachten Dusch-Badewannen-Kombi ist ein weiteres Highlight. Ruhe & Umgebung: Die Wohnung ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern hervorragend isoliert und komplett ruhig. Bei offenen Fenstern hört man die Nachbarschaft leicht, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Familienfreundlichkeit: Das Leben in der Anlage spielt sich im Innenhof ab, der sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und perfekt für Eltern mit Kleinkindern ist. Balkon und Schlafzimmerfenster liegen praktischerweise auf der abgewandten, ruhigen Seite.

Schlafkomfort: Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich. Da dies jedoch sehr subjektiv ist, mag es für andere Gäste genau richtig sein. Lage & Atmosphäre: Die Nachbarschaft ist eher städtisch und anonym geprägt. Wenn man vom Land kommt, ist das Umfeld anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Belüftung & Umgebungseinflüsse: Ein deutlicher Minuspunkt war für uns die abendliche Geruchsentwicklung aus der Nachbarschaft. Wegen der Hitze mussten wir mit offener Balkontür und eingeschaltetem Ventilator schlafen. Dadurch zog ein sehr prägnanter Rauchgeruch (teilweise intensive, unkonventionelle Kräutergerüche) stark ins Zimmer. Eigene Räucherstäbchen kann man sich hier definitiv sparen.

Das Bett war bequem, genauso die Zimmerausstattung. Garage mit direkten Aufzug ins Stockwerk hat vieles erleichtert Lage war für Städliche Lage auch sehr gut, kleinen Innenhof mit Spielplatz, Snackautomaten und Sitzmöglichkeiten

Bei der Küchenausstattung wäre mehr erwünscht gewesen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, Öffis nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sehr praktisch ist der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Die Wohnung liegt in einer größeren Wohnanlage.

Очень приятные и тёплые, в буквальном смысле слова, апартаменты. На улице было прохладно, отопление было на 1, но в апартаментах было, ну очень тёпленько. Большой плюс - на территории круглосуточные автоматы, где можно купить и поесть и попить)). Плюс к остановке пару минут пешком. В общем, всё было прекрасно!

Very easy check in process, clean and nice view. The apartment felt spacious for two people.

Some important items were missing, like mop, vacuum cleaner and a mirror near the hanger.

Positief is dat de locatie prima was en de communicatie met de eigenaar goed verliep. Garage parkeerplaats was fijn

Wij verbleven vier nachten in dit appartement in Wenen. Helaas voldeed het verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen die worden gewekt door de omschrijving als “deluxe appartement”. Bij aankomst bleek de badkamer niet schoon te zijn. Er was zichtbaar schimmel aanwezig en het handdoekenrek hing kapot aan de muur. Dat gaf meteen geen frisse indruk. Daarnaast kregen we per persoon slechts één kleine en één grote handdoek voor een verblijf van vier nachten, wat echt te weinig is. Ook de rest van het appartement maakte een uitgewoonde indruk. De muren waren vies en de stoelen vertoonden duidelijk vlekken. Al met al mist het appartement onderhoud en grondige schoonmaak. Het predicaat “deluxe” is wat ons betreft dan ook niet terecht. Eindbeoordeling: een magere 6.

Was big enough and allowed us to cook and to park the car in a garage. That was a big plus for Us

It was a bit confusing finding the right apartment and we did not realize the size of the overall apartment complex (multiple apartment buildings). Some of the grounds did not look quite that well taken care of (garbage in some common areas and messes that just had not been cleaned up)

Nice apartment, close to Marx Halle where we needed to go. We appreciated the garage parking included.

It is located in a very quiet complex and you can get in only if you have a key, which is very secure. It’s a paceful area with a clean and sefure underground parking. It’s about 15-20 min from the nearest metro station and the walk there is very easy. The area is nice and by metrou you can get to the city centrr quickly. The apartment was very warm, which was perfect because the weather outside was quite cold. Also there is a small kitchen if needed.

I think some improvements can still be made regarding the bathroom and the overall maintenance of the apartament.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist geräumig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist gut direkt über den Lift erreichbar.

Für mich war der Kopfpolster nicht ideal und es war recht warm in der Wohnung, trotz ausgeschalteter Heizkörper.

The apartment had a nice layout, it was quiet and in proximity to the public transport.

There have been some issues with the parking system. The gate was not working, even with the key.

Very close to the public transport, clean, comfortable and very big space. The parking was usefull. Had everything we needed and more.

A good, spacious, clean flat, convenient for a few nights' stay, also thanks the parking, clean bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. A small balcony would be nice in a warmer weather. There's not much in the area but a supermarket is very near and the building is well connected with the centre thanks to a tram that passes by.

El apartamento es bastante amplio y cómodo para 4 personas, es tranquilo y no tiene ruidos, estaba muy limpio. Tiene varias paradas de tranvia y bus a 50mt.,tiene un gran supermercado y farmacia junto al edificio

Solo eché en falta un microondas y un tostador, por lo demás todo genial.

Mieszkanie przestronne i czyste, dużo miejsca na bagaże. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który przekazał wskazówki pomocne przy zakwaterowaniu. Podziemny garaż w cenie noclegu. Dobry dojazd do centrum publicznym transportem.

Trochę niewygodne łóżka - miękkie materace. Wieczorami okolica sprawiała wrażenie niezbyt bezpiecznej.

Clean, with garage parking, close to tram, easy walking distance to Ubahn, great food a nice walk away. Closed playground in front of the apartment block was great to let the kids out in the morning or when we got back from sight seeing.

Communication, Cleanliness, everything you need was there, parking…

Great location, a big apartment that can comfortably fit 4 people, a big spacious bathroom, and a lot of food stores nearby.

It has almost everything you need for a short stay. Good connections with public transport, free parking.

There are some kitchen knives missing. There were some bugs running around the floor the first evening. The mattress in the main bedroom is much too soft for our backs.

Everything was perfect - comfortable beds, lots of space, sunny living room, well equiped kitchen, large bathroom, nice terrace, parking in the building( easy to take heavy bags by elevator), public transport very close(metro, trams, buses, train), grocery store very near, easy check in and out…

Small sugestion: big mirror on the wall next to the front door

The property was just beautiful. Everything was spotless, there were towels, coffee, tea, blow dryer, heating and everything to make our stay comfortable. The owner was really approachable to assist us in finding the location. The center was easily accessible through the public transport.

Garage, modern building, warm, quiet apartment, good instructions of host before arrival

Lack of good maintanance and cleaning (the siphon under sink was leaking, the towels with bad smell, one leg of the living room bed was broken, floor and and window surfaces were not washed before our arrival, some kitchen utensils were missing, for example there was no regular kitchen knife), regestration papers of several previous guests were still in the TV cabinet.

We had a great experience and the apartment helped us to fulfill our travel experience in Vienna. I would recommend that place to everyone especially those who arrive with a car since it has a parking place. Easy to arrive, near the S-bahn train station, near the supermarket and it was in general very comfortable and clean. Easy to enter and go out and we did not notice anything to complain or to be concerned about.

TV was problematic to work since it needed a subscription to watch the channels, but we did not have any problem with that since we were there not to watch TV. Or if I can say in other words we did not put a lot of effort into finding a way how to make the TV work. Maybe there was a missing antenna or something like that.

Apartment is comfortable, great connection with public transportation and have garage.

Complicated to get into garage , you need to ga into apartment to take keys and can be issue where to leave car.

There is no Air condition, and it was hot in mid-summer.
