La televison solo funcionaba para canales de pago. Pusimos incidencia. Nos indicaron que pasarian a arreglarlo, pero en los 6 dias que estuvimos nadie lo arreglo. Menaje muy escaso: solo habia 2 tazas, 2 platos, 2 cucharas,2 tenedores. El piso estaba sucio, con rincones muy sucios . El cuarto de baño, puertas bufadas por escape de agua y humedad. En la ducha el agua sale muy caliente y no hay manera de graduarla para mezclar con agua fria.

No volveré. No tenía nada que ver con las imágenes que había en la web. La cama estaba en el suelo colocada sobre un palet y con las sábanas manchadas, al igual que las paredes, cocina diminuta y sucia, por no hablar del aseo con la tapadera del wc rota, y en general sin limpiar ni el polvo. Además; nos encontramos el sofá roto, por lo que no pudimos ni pasar tiempo en el alojamiento por la situación en las que estaba.

Me quejé desde el primer día que llegamos para que nos cambiasen de estudio porque las condiciones en las que estaba eran lamentables, y 7 días después, aún sigo esperando una respuesta por parte de ellos.

Es un alojamiento muy céntrico y comunicado, bien iluminado, limpio y muy bien dotado de todos los servicios.

Es pequeñito. Para cuatro personas, se queda un poco escaso, pero para una escapada de pocos días es suficiente.

Vi kunne godt lide beliggenheden for denne lejlighed. Ca. 5-10 minutters gang fra Bayswater Underground. Op mod Bayswater var der en fin gade med butikker, supermarkeder og spisesteder men som ikke forstyrrede i forhold til lejligheden. Lejligheden ligger i et rimeligt stille kvarter, hvor man om morgenen fx hører, at de gør gaden ren. Lejligheden ligger også tæt på Kensington Gardens og stoppesteder for bustransport.

The location of the property is convenient and close to underground stations. There were a lot of amenities available (kitchen appliances, iron, ironing board). Their customer service responds fairly quickly.

The property looked so impressive in the photos and showed only the bigger studio apartments. I was given the smaller apartment and it didn't meet expectations. The floor was so sticky, the bathroom was small, and the toilet had so much hard water deposit that it looked dirty. I stayed during the heatwave too and the electric fan was broken (it was working but you could not move it without tipping over). The wifi was not working, even when I got in touch with their customer service 3 times they could not resolve the issue. The photos could have shown the real state of the place to manage expectations, and the property definitely could have been cheaper.

Very dirty it’s not worth £700 pounds I paid for. And very smelly. Because the room in basement you can smell the dump coming out of the wall . And the room was been advertised for 2 adults but the bed can only take one person I end up leaving my son by himself and staying with my friend in different places after Paying £700 for the room . I have the complain to booking. Com but unfortunately they are not interested and they still advertising the room for 2 adults . The place not clean as you can see from the pictures I attached and smell of dump . I will not recommend this place for anyone . If the officer from the council or Health and safety department visit the premises they will closed down .

The location is just right

The property advertised complimentary toiletries but none were provided. The room was much smaller than expected, the floor felt sticky and the bathroom was very compact and not as clean as we had hoped.

Thank you for an amazing stay. Kind staff and available 24/7. The apartment is cute and charming. A short 15 minute train ride away - and you are in the center. Thank you💞

Toxic black mould colonising the shower and bathroom. Mattress that had no functioning springs. The WiFi that was advertised wasn’t working, and according to other guests hadn’t been for some time, with no communication from the landlord(s) as to when this issue would be resolved. The unpleasant (to put it mildly) smell of the water running from bathroom taps. General worn down of the furnishings and it was impossible to tell if it been cleaned in between guests changing over, as evidenced by the amount of filth and dust under the bed. The flat out refusal to engage with me by the staff regarding a refund for a property that bore little to no resemblance to the one advertised.

Un personal súper amable. La ubicación muy buena con paradas de metro cerca. Por lo demás debo decir que en el interior la moqueta está vieja y descuidada. Nos colocaron en el cuarto piso sin ascensor por unas escaleras en el último tramo estrechísimas y con la moqueta medio despegada. La escalera llena de muebles por tirar o reformar por medio. El apartamento sólo una toalla grande, no hay ni toalla para el suelo cuando sales de la ducha no resbalar. En la cocina no hay ni trapos ni cubo de basura ni bolsas. La cama un poco incómoda al igual que la almohada. La ventana muy suicia y el ventilador con un ruido infernal. Lavabo minusculo y sin enchufe. Un poco caro por lo que ofrece. A pesar de la gran amabilidad del personal por lo demás no lo recomiendo.

Manglet glass, bestikk, søppelbøtte og internett. Kranen på bad var løs, ble fort tett. Kunne ikke regulere høyden på dusjhodet fordi den var ødelagt. Kranen på kjøkkenet kunne man bare bruke kaldtvann. Skitten sofa og vegger. Ingen aircondition, var satt inn 2 gulvvifter men det hjalp ikke så mye med tanke på varmen.

Great location, in walking distance to Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Staff were lovely especially Aziz the manager. The apartment had everything you’d need and staff were happy to accept any requests!

The apartment could do with a deep clean however for how much I paid I couldn’t fault the place. WiFi wasn’t working due to the heatwave but when I encountered the manager he was working desperately to get it fixed.

I liked the location of the apartment, it is close to Paddington Railway Station (10 min walk), close to Hyde park (15 min walk) and apartment is located in a nice neighborhood.

The smell in the apartment is TERRIBLE. It stinks of mold and dampness. It is almost unbearable to be in bathroom. Also, bathroom ceiling is so low that if you are over 185 cm you can not fit in or you risk hitting your head. Even worse is that the WINDOW IS BROKEN - you can not keep it open unless you hold it with your hand. No AIR CONDITIONING + no window = SUPER HOT, NO AIR. Photos that they put here on booking, at least of my apartment (number 17) are waaay better then in person. In person it is very outdated, and walls of the apartment are so thin that every movement of your neighbors will wake you up. We couldn't sleep at all. The apartment has some poor lock on the door, did not feel safe at all. Totally unsafe way of lock and doors. Did not keep any valuable things in the apartment while we were away in the city. No value for money paid. Please safe yourself and avoid this property. Worst stay of my life. Even if it was half the price I paid it would still not be worth it. It is a shame someone even rents this type of "apartment/studio".

To get a studio in the centre near Hyde park with this price is saving money and time . And very helpful staff , early check in and out with no charge .

La chambre n'est pas comme décrite, les photos sur le site ne sont pas là réalité. Chambre peinte en noir toute écaillé, wc et douche exiguë, aucune insonorisation, parquet cachée par un très vieux tapis !

To say I am disappointed with the stay is an understatement. On Friday we got a call asking what time we would arrive and I said it would be 3pm. To then arrive at the apartment at 15:30 yesterday to be told due to staff shortages our room wasn’t ready. After talking to the guy working there we checked in and got changed in a dirty room as we had an event to go to. Hence why I said we would be there at 15:00. We weren’t even notified before had about this and only found out when we turned up. A dirty room wasn’t ready an understatement to the point there was even drug bags on the floor and the cleaners dirty laundry bag on the floor. Also the fire alarm was covered up which is a major safety issue which means people have been smoking in the room. As you can see by the photos attached. We then left and went to our event and the room wasn’t cleaned. The bedding had blood stains, when we flushed the toilet the flush broke. It wasn’t the room we booked the one we booked was bigger with a balcony over looking the room. We couldn’t sit on the toilet properly due to how small it was. There was a strong smell of weed all night coming from the hallway. We couldn’t lock the door from our side leading to us not having the best sleep incase anyone could come in if they knew the code. The actual building is a building site which wasn’t on the description. They are now refusing a refund as we completed our stay even though we had no other choice. This is now with my credit card company.

Lokalita, ubytování je kousek od autobusové zastávky nebo metra. 5 minut chůze Hyde parku nebo ulice s obchody a restauracemi.

Čistota....ubytování jeden velký průser. V chodbě před vstupem do studia byl neskutečný zápach, který se dostával i do ubytování, jelikož nad dveřmi a pod byla velká mezera. Pokoj nevypadal jako na fotkách! Vše ušmudlané a špinavé viz. foto. V ponožkách jsem se prošla chvíli po pokoji, velká chyba, ponožky šly do koše. Výhled do "dvora" plný ptačího trusu, V pokoji v části s postelí se hrozně rychle vydýchával vzduch, běžně bych otevřela okno a vyvětrala, ale s velikostí okýnka to moc nešlo. Cestuji často, ale s tímhle jsem se ještě nesetkala. Vybavení pokoje zastaralé, a zašlé, 1x příbor na pokoji. Neskutečně tenké zdi, že slyšíte doslova každý PRD! Bylo velice nepříjemné mít sousedy, kteří měli párty do 3 ráno s hlasitou hudbou, jako by jste chtěli spát u reprobedny. Wifi neustále vypadávala.

No nos gustó nada. El alojamiento está bastante viejo (mesa y silla de comedor prácticamente inservibles, si te sentabas se rompían), el baño era diminuto y no tenía luz. Nosotros elegimos este alojamiento por la cocina, ya que viajamos con un niño de 3 años y no nos resolvió mucho. Y no vamos a hablar de que al 3 día de estar allí nos cambiaron la contraseña de entrada del edificio y ni avisaron… pasamos un momento bastante tenso en la calle y gracias a una persona amable que pasó por allí y nos ayudó porque no nos cogían el teléfono…. En resumen, horrible. Y tiene escaleras infinitas, por si van con carritos de bebés ténganlo en cuenta.

the images on booking.com were not the hotel that i stayed at. Completely different. Bed was on a mezzanine with a ladder to it. Not good if you struggle with access. Tv did not work. Wifi would not connect.

It was not as advertised, we left an hour after arriving and didn’t come back. Whole room was disgusting, and didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings in the room while we were away. Whole hotel stunk of cigarettes and the door did not lock.

Booking.com said 1 double 1 single but the single was a sofa so not as described and wouldnt be big enough for adult, needs a deep clean, sticky and dirty surfaces, no soap or toiletries as described, the doorcode/screen doesnt work. Beautiful building but very run down, get rid of all the sofas and rubbish on the landings. No kettle or coffee machine as described. Theres a dangerous metal bit sticking up where the kitchen floor joined the laminate. The place needs a freshen up

I appreciated that the management team catered to my needs. I asked for a room with a full length mirror and fan, both of which were provided. They kept in regular contact with me before my stay and were lovely enough to give me late check out. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, walking distance to Bayswater, not far from Westfield

Nothing! Tho it is in a good location

We did not recieve the access codes in time for check in which when it is unmanned is not helpful. Had to spend 30 mins phoning with noone answering before someone suddenly arrived. If you have a room lower than 5. You are in a damp basement and the room is like a corridor with no handle on the door. Room looks NOTHING like the photos. We left immediately and were refused even a partial refund so avoid at all costs!

Es war sehr zentral in der Nähe der Underground - Station. Viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen waren fußläufig erreichbar

Leider war die Unterkunft das reinste Desaster. In der ersten Wohnung hatten wir so eine stickige Luft im Badezimmer, dass man dort nicht atmen konnte. Dann war das Fenster nicht richtig zum verschließen und wir hatten nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen. Die vorhandenen Stühle waren kaum nutzbar, da sie kurz vorm Zusammenfall waren. In der zweiten Wohnung hatten wir zwei Handtücher, jedoch kein warmes Wasser. Immerhin konnte man hier sitzen. In der 3. Wohnung war alles verdreckt und kaputt. Die Türrahmen waren aufgequollen und aufgeplatzt. Der Teppich hatte es hinter sich und das Sofa ebenfalls. Einen Tisch und Stühle zum Essen waren nicht vorhanden. Auch konnte man nicht spülen, da es keinen Stöpsel oder warmes Wasser gab. Zum duschen musste man das Wasser erstmal zehn Minuten laufen lassen bevor es warm wurde. Es war auch nicht genug Toilettenpapier vor Ort und auf Nachfragen wurde man vertröstet. Gut das man in London den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, denn diese Unterkunft war eine Zumutung. Auf Nachfragen habe ich zwar 15 % erstattet bekommen, aber das finde ich aufgrund der Vielzahl von Mängeln unangebracht. Eine weitere Kommunikation ist nicht möglich.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren wie angegeben vorhanden

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Auf dem Weg in das Zimmer stand auf dem Flur auf mehreren Etage Sperrmüll. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus war dreckig. Das Zimmer selbst war kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussah. Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft. Keine richtige Möglichkeit um vernünftig zu zweit zu essen. Es gab nur einen Klappstuhl und einen TV-Hocker. Die Küche war ebenfalls mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gab zwei Tassen aber keine Gläser. Klopapier war eine Rolle vorhanden, was für 5 Nächte etwas wenig ist. Keine Handseife. Als Putzutensilien war nur Spülmittel und ein Lappen vorhanden. Weder ein Abtrockentuch, noch ein Kerblech oder einen kleinen Zimmerbesen. WLAN hat nur 3 von 5 Tageb funktioniert.

The room was to small, no air, room was in basement, no maintenance, dirty carpet/floor, e c everything was wrong. The room shouldn't be rented. And the room should be demolished. The room Feels like prison.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything requested (and included a fan just in case it got too hot). The location is extremely convenient having both the station and lots of shops close by.

The wifi connection was strong but the quality was poor at times so it's fine if you just want to scroll web pages but not if you're working while it rains.

Misleading pictures of property - nothing like we expected. Property not fit for occupation.When you advertise a private shower and toilet that is the least what you expect - instead we got two rooms (2nd room offered )with broken toilets and showers and permeating with the smell of cannabis.When we cancelled our booking we were charged the full amount with no reason as to why we could not get a refund for a room clearly not for to purpose. There is no one you can speak to so I would clearly advise not to book this property.Im still pursuing the matter.Very very disappointing!!!! Worst property I. have stayed in.

Very poorly maintained. Shabby and dirty halls. Bathroom very small and shower track filthy. There was 1 drinking glass and no tea towels. Very uncomfortable sofa bed and unable to stand up in the loft bedroom. Not good value. The tried to help when the app wasn't working and the days we were booked in were incorrect. Overall - Very disappointed.

There was nothing we liked about this property.

The accomadation smelled so strongly of damp and mould, the furnitire was all unclean. Door locks faulty, floor strip was damaged and dangerous, window and curtains would not close. Manager attended and offered full refund. However, this company and now refusing to refund. Only stayed one night of two nights as very poor accomodation.

Posizione fantastica a due passi da supermercati e tutte le comodità. Metro bus e i mezzi in generali sono molto vicini. La zona è tranquillissima e si dorme bene . Cucina ben funzionante. Property manager accorto e gentile.

Il letto si trova soppalcato rispetto all'appartamento, modello loft, pertanto per persone con difficoltà motorie non è molto consigliato . Il tavolo è molto piccolo anche solo per due persone. Siamo arrivati a Londra durante un'ondata di caldo e l'appartamento, non rimane molto fresco. Il property manager ci ha in ogni caso assistito in tutto, portandoci un ventilatore extra, cuscini e quanto ci potesse servire.

壁が薄いためか少し他の部屋の音が気になります。また、防暖がしっかりしてるため、夏は窓を締めると熱いです

Positon is close to everything, host is great & helpful, made for seeing London at its best. Lots of great food with friendly people in a safe area, made for a wonderful alround experience
