המיקום לא מספיק טוב, אין אווירה תיירותית באזור של ההוסטל, כדאי ומומלץ לחפש מקומות בתוך העיר העתיקה או בשכונת ניממאן. הגודל של החדר בדורמס קטן מדי ולא מאפשר לפתוח מזוודות ולנוע בנוח כשיש יותר מאדם אחד. יותר מדי ג׳וקים בחדרים ובמקלחות, לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה באף מקום אחר בתאילנד. עיצוב ישן ולא מודרני בשום צורה

Very clean rooms

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. The showers were dirty, and the blanket they put on my bed smelled like someone else’s sweat. I’m not sure if they wash the blankets between guests, but it definitely didn’t feel clean. There was also a used tissue in the storage space underneath the bed, so the cleaning could definitely be improved. The staff weren’t particularly friendly either. For the price, I’d say one night maximum is enough.

Location is perfect, and the staff are nice

The position was ok, quite near to the old city, and every room has a nice balcony for smoking. They give us 2 bottle of water every day.

The bathroom was not very clean. The curtain of the shower was full of mold, the blower with 1 cm of dust. The hotel is near a trafficated street, so u can hear the car all night long. Also the breakfast was very very basic: they have not even a bag of tea, or egg (finally got boiled egg and fresh dragonflies and pineapple on the last day)

The staff was very friendly, the place is clean and feels nice. The hotel offers many activities around in good prices.

The room was a bit small. The showers in the dorms are pretty old, some have bad pressure and and in some cases the hot water runs out quickly.

beautiful Junior suite, spacious and light. Balcony over looking the Night market on Saturdays Staff were fantastic, friendly & helpful. We even arranged to stay another 2 nights rather than move!

希望した部屋ではなくアップグレードされてた。TVは東南アジアあるあるではなく、そこそこちゃんと観れた。 シャワーの水圧は問題なし。お湯もばっちり出る。

アメニティがない！あるのはボトルに入ったシャンプーのみ。部屋が無駄に広い。ウェルカムコーヒーもお粗末。

The location was good.

My experience here was deeply disappointing. Don't be fooled by their highly curated photos that suggest a chic boutique hotel—behind that façade, you will find the accommodation and service of a basic youth hostel. (Nothing wrong with hostels, but the misrepresentation here is deceiving.) I stayed 9 nights, and they did not clean the room ONCE—nor did they ever change the sheets or towels, or even refill the drinking water. The breakfast they offered was inedible (no wonder I never saw anyone sitting in the cafeteria at breakfast time, although their breakfast was included in the fare). The irony is that right next door, you could get a delicious Thai breakfast for $1.50. It would have cost them virtually nothing to outsource the service to them—talk about poor management! Finally, while the staff were nice on a personal level, they were completely incompetent from a professional service standpoint. Avoid this place if you can.

It was a bit of a walk to get essentials

The hostel (not the hotel) contained all the essentials for a suitable hostel stay and is good value for money. Relatively clean rooms with efficient AC, accessible toilets, a common room. Location is directly along Wua Lai weekend market (can be a bit loud) walking distance to street food, spas, shops, etc. The staff allowed me to leave my bag and shower hours after checking out.Staff are friendly

I recommend buying pocket sized soap and bringing flip flops / slider.

This was a really nice place to stay in for our Chiang Mai visit, great location to everything. Bedroom was alright, clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have done with a bit of a clean and toilet paper restocked but other than that it was good.

I like the little common area and the fact that they have coffee and free water was nice.

the toilets were so dirty seems like nobody take care of that, really disgusting and smelly. I think that cheap accommodation doesn’t means dirty toilets. Even nobody refills toilet paper.

Great staff, very helpful. Great location, right on the Walking Street Market on Saturdays. Breakfast was unexpectedly very good, total bonus!

Staff are really nice friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Good location near 7-11 and a nice Thai restaurant name Good day made delicious dishes. And easy to walk to Chiangmai gate market just about 5 minutes. Wua Lai market on Saturday just right in front of the hotel.

The AC is not available until 17.00, there is nothing about this in the description about the hotel. It’s extremely hot in the room and if youre sick or if you just want to chill in your room for the day, you just have to survive in a sauna all day. When I talked to the staff about this they just laughed in my face and said “there is nothing we can do”

Good hotel to stay to relax. I got the family room with big bed and bathroom. All beautiful and clean. Staff were really nice, polite and friendly. Good location between two 7-11 and Wua Lai open market just right in front of the hotel. Happy to stay here.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect as it’s within walking distance to everything you need. It’s definitely worth the price—the rooms aren't overly luxurious, but they are very decent, clean, and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; everything was delicious! A huge shoutout to the staff for being so friendly, especially Ken, who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Location was great, a walk from the gate of the Old City. It was along the street for Saturday Night Market so we enjoyed just walking out to the night market (might not be suitable for people that enjoy peace and quiet). The balcony was nice, we liked hanging out there at night to enjoy the cool breeze (in January).

There is no elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs, the staff will help you. The cleanliness is okay, but can be better.

Very clean ans staffs are quite helpful.

The room is very hot in the afternoon. There are no closets like in many hotels of this category in Thailand? No chair!

Small hotel on the Saturday nightmarket road. Very nice, supportive and helpful staff. The rooms with the balcony on the street-side have awesome views on the nightmarket on Saturday. The bathroom was very huge.

ไม่เชิงไม่ชอบ อยากปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นเรื่องห้องนํ้าอยากปรับปรุงเพราะมาพักแล้วนํ้าหยดทั้งคืนเกือบนอนไม่หลับและแอร์มันค่อนข้างเก่าซึ่งมันไม่เย็นอยากให้เปลี่ยน

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel. Lage ist ok, man ist in 10min an der südlichen Grenze zur Altstadt.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das Frühstück war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Warmes Essen nur mit Fleisch, kein Tee, nur schwarzen Kaffee, kleine Obstauswahl, kein Müsli. Nur Barzahlung. Entgegen der Fotos gibt es im Erdgeschoss kein Restaurant. Strasse ist eher befahren.

the location is good, but the place needs a good makeover

our unit is on the 3rd floor. and there was no lift. no hair dryer. when requested the staff said the company is transitioning , thank god the owner came n brought one.worst the room they gave us had major water problems.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos. Nos "salvaram" duas vezes: entrando em contato com uma agência e resolvemos um passeio que íamos perder, pois estávamos no local errado e na hora de irmos embora que não conseguimos táxi e estamos em cima da hora, o dono simplesmente nos levou para o aeroporto. Café da manhã com docinhos regionais que eram comprados logo cedo fresquinhos na padaria. Cama muito boa e vista da varanda com nascer do sol.

Travesseiro muito alto. Não tem elevador, somente escadas.

เจ้าของกิจการแย่มาก ปัดความรับชอบ จองมา2คืนราคา 5304.- มาถึงค่ำเข้าห้องมาห้องผนังน้ำรั่วซึมจากฝ้าลงมาจนราขึ้น พื้นห้องน้ำน้ำ รั่วจากผนัง ลงพื้นอีก อันตรายสุดๆ หมอนหนุนแข๊งมาก ขอเปลี่ยนบอกแค่ไม่มี หน้าบึ้งมาก กระดาษทิชชู่ไม่มี ไม่มีโทรศัพท์โทรติดต่อlobby ต้องเดินลงไปบอก แถมต้องจ่ายเงินสดหรือโอนเท่านั้นบอกเครื่องเสียแล้วตอนเช๊คอินก็เอาบัตรเครดิตไปแล้วพอออกมาบอกเรายังไม่จ่ายต้องเถียงกันพักใหญ่ แถมโยนความผิดมาให้แขกบอก มีบอกแล้วในแอป แต่จริงๆไม่มีเลยเพราะเปิดแอปให้เจ้าของดูเอง พอดูแล้วโบ๊ยบอกพนักงานบอกแล้วอีก คือปัดความรับผิดชอบทุกอย่าง ห้องสภาพแบบนี้ยังกล้ามาปล่อยให้จองอีก บอกแขกผิดเอง แก้ตัวอีกว่าเพิ่งโอนกิจการมา (แล้วแขกต้องมารับกรรมด้วยหรอ) สาปส่งเลยที่นี่ ก่อนนี้มาพักดีมากเจ้าของบริการดี อาหารเช้าเยอะ สะอาดมาก แต่รอบนี้มาถึงเห็นยัง งง ตอนแรกว่าทำไมสภาพแบบนี้ อาหารเช้ามีแค่ไข่ดาว กับข้าวผัดดำๆ หากใครจะมาเดินถนนวัวลาย แนะนำจองที่ติดกัน ชื่อ iWulai hotel อาหารเขาดีกว่าที่นี่มาก ที่จอดรถก็สบาย ราคาถูกกว่าเยอะ ติดกันเลย บนถนนวัวลาย ใครไม่เชื่อก็ลองจองมาดู สรุป2คืนไม่มีหมอนมาเปลี่ยน ต้องเอาผ้าห่มมาม้วนทำเป็นหมอนแทนไม่งั้นไม่ได้นอน พนักงานบริการok แต่เจ้าของแย่มากๆ เดิมที่นี่ชื่อ Vespa costa boutique แต่ตอนนี้เปลี่ยนมาใข้wulai

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv nicht mit den Fotos zu vergleichen. Das Frühstück besteht weitestgehend aus Toast und 2 Marmeladen und, wenn man früh genug kommt, Wassermelone. Beim Check in wurden wir aufgefordert eine Extra Gebühr für unsere Tochter in Höhe von 300 Baht pro Nacht zu bezahlen. Erst als ich die Rechnung von booking ins thailändische übersetzt hatte, aus der hervorgeht, dass Kinder bis einschließlich 5 Jahre kostenfrei sind, wurde davon abgesehen. Als wir um ein zusätzliche Kissen baten bekamen wir eins welches mit Flecken überseht war, mit der Aussage, dass es heute und morgen keinen Bezug dafür gebe, da das reinigungspersonal schon gegangen sei und die Wäsche zum waschen mitgenommen habe. Am ersten Tag wurden dann die Nachttischlampe und die Becher für die Zahnbürsten, in denen unsere Zahnbürsten drin waren und nun auf dem Waschbecken lagen !!, aus dem Zimmer entfernt. Darauf angesprochen bekamen wir nur zur Antwort, dass man dies entfernt habe und ob wir wirklich eine Lampe bräuchten. Am zweiten Tag fanden wir unser Zimmer unverschlossen, sowie die Balkontüre komplett offen vor. Zum Glück wurden keine Sachen entwendet, allerdings liefen nun geckos durch unser Zimmer und es war voller Moskitos. Auf diese Beschwerde bekamen wir nur ein nicht mal halb ernst gemeintes “tut uns leid, wir werden es den Reinigungskräften ausrichten” zu hören. Für mich ist das eine absolute Unart und definitiv nicht hinnehmbar. Wenn wir nochmal nach chiang mai kommen sollten werden wir dieses Hotel definitiv meiden und auch jedem der uns fragt davon abraten.

This is a nice hotel , big rooms , clean , helpful staff. Location is great less than 10 minute walk to old town. Within minutes of hotel there is coffee shops, laundry , currency exchange and 7 Eleven . Breakfast was good for us with eggs , fruit , toast and coffee.

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto quasi tutto..ho trovato una struttura un po’ trasandata,lenzuola bucate scarico dello sciacquone rotto e una perdita di acqua enorme nel muro con muffa.

O restaurante e a comida eram muitos boas, assim como a área comum era agradável.

O banheiro era ruim, pequeno com cortina de plástico no lugar de box, alagava e sua limpeza era insatisfatória. A porta do banheiro era de vidro e não fechava completamente ou vedava. O quarto ainda ficava no último andar e eram quatro lances de escada.

Era spaziosa e pulita, colazione ottima!

Fare 4 piani di scale a piedi, ascensore assente.. Manca un guardaroba per riporre gli indumenti..

Hotel muy cuco, bien ubicado, con un desayuno decente y personal muy servicial

El baño de la habitación podría haber estado un poco más limpio, la cama era muy dura y había una cucaracha en el pasillo, que no eliminaron en toda la noche. Hay bastante ruido, recomiendo llevar tapones.

C'est nouveau alors il reste un peu de finition avec la terrasse et il y aura sûrement un coin cuisine. Le déjeuner (petit déjeuner) était thai 3 choix ( des photos) pourraient aider à savoir se que nous commandons. Il y avait café et fruits.
