the pool villas are amazing and the breakfast was great value and well done. Lively corner to sit and have coffee and watch the world go by. Staff were very responsive and happy to help.

It was a little noisy at night but thats more to do with the location.

We loved everything about the property. The space is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly.

There were noisy barking dogs on neighbouring properties.

Great location, very new establishment so everything looks and works great. Customer service was fantastic and it is a great place for relaxing. Breakfasts were substantial and you can easily skip lunch if you eat breakfast late!

This villa was so lovely. Very clean and quite new. Bathroom was lovely and worked well. Good kitchen facilities and great fridge. Airconditioning was really good with no issues and very quiet. Lovely pool although the lounges were in the pool. It is a good depth and easy to get in and out. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was adequate.

Were very concerned on arrival with no actual reception and seemed a bit strange and disjointed. With construction next door and a million motor bikes out the front it looked a bit dowdy but the construction did not interfere with our stay but we were the rear end of the villas. The neighborhood dogs got a bit noisy from time to time.

Huge good breakfasts. Private pool. Very clean, and quiet away from the road like an oasis most of the time. Great black out curtains. Mosquito net over bed a bonus. Most of the staff were excellent, very friendly and tried hard to please even getting extra mosquito coils and spray. Well done to Ardi and Adi!

No water dispenser, just 4 bottles of water glass or small plastic bottles each day, not environmental friendly for waste. Sun loungers in the water were annoying to get to and broken. Bathroom and living area couldn't lock and outdoors (this is a personal thing), however we requested mosquito coils and we didn't get bitten so that was good. We were overlooked by the buildings to both sides which meant we needed to wear bathers in the pool and had to be cautious when taking a shower. That was probably only ours at the back though. The safe and wardrobe were both outdoors which were open to anyone who made it into our outdoors. The wardrobe was also touching the toilet it was so compact in the bathroom. Take earplugs as dogs are noisy. You can hear roosters too but I was always awake before them so didn't mind them.

Our second stay her and it’s still incredible! Beautiful decor, luxurious bed, your own pool, amazing staff and on the doorstep of lots to do and see in Sanur, a short walk to the beach and restaurants galore. We love it here!

We felt the food wasn’t as good as last year, maybe a change of restaurant at the front? Breakfast used to be stunning, watermelon in glasses with sculpted melon but now in a takeout cup. Coffee in a takeout cup, too much rubbish produced in Bali already so worth changing this?!

First time staying in Sanur, and we loved it. Nice villa in a good location, slightly older but very clean and comfortable.

There were a few things a maintenance man could fix in no time, we moved the pool bed and it literally almost fell apart, the mosquito net had some big gaps around the top of the bed. But apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

The villas are in a quieter part of Sanur, near the beach, shops and many restaurants. The restaurant attached to the villas was a great place to eat and served good breakfast and was open until late. The villa itself was spacious and very comfortable. The private pool with the lounge chairs in it was a great place to relax and enjoy cooling off after exploring the area. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. I definitely recommend.

Smoking was available, old smell of smoking, pool area okay, but very shaded/dark, a bit dingy, rooms near late night bar with loud music late into the night making it hard to sleep

The light above the entrance door didn't work, making it a little awkward on the steps.

Location, private pool, breakfasts, very helpful and welcomed staff, design and villa’s floor plan, 2 separate bedrooms are good for family of 2 couples.

There could be a smell of damp because of the local climate.

Lovely private pool villa, immaculately presented. Included breakfast served at restaurant out front which was decent. 5mins walk to beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby at south end of Sanur.

Unclear how to make contact with 'front desk''. Had a power cut and didn't know how long it would last or who to contact. Not really a front desk as such, but when someone was around they were friendly.

Everything about these villas was faultless. Service incredible, staff amazing, villa and pool every clean.

Great location with many restaurants nearby and the beach within a short 10–15 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed.

The only minor issue was that the shower drain became blocked because some hair had been missed during cleaning. Apart from that, everything was good and we had an enjoyable stay.

The Villa was so comfortable and the pool was the perfect temperature. I loved the big fridge and the outdoor dining area. The staff were so lovely, friendly and attentive. Location is fabulous. So quiet in the villa.

Probably just a little more privacy for the bathroom would be good, and perhaps a drying rack for pool towels and swimwear, but otherwise there nothing that we didn’t like.

A special thank you to Arya, who went above and beyond helping me recover and organise delivery of my DJI camera after I accidentally left it behind. His communication and honesty were exceptional and I really appreciated the effort. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali 🌴✨

Location was great, quiet area and lovely to wake up to the rooster. Breakfast was good, great selection. Heated croissants with strawberry jam, eggs Benedict was lovely on the sourdough bread. Fruit platter was a variety and presented lovely.

The villa’s are very comfortable. The pool was great to cool down after an active day out and about. Kids loved it! Location is close to get to the beach, but not too hectic. Breakfast was fantastic and Ariyusta and colleagues did a great job making us feel at home. We’ll be back.

Each villa is private, and we loved that once we closed our doors, we were in our own world. The pool was ours, and everything was incredible. The air conditioning was well needed, kitchen had loads of resources and breakfast was very good throughout!

The villa is absolutely stunning : very spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The huge private pool is amazing, and the bedrooms are both elegant and extremely comfortable. Everything feels premium yet relaxed. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with great quality throughout. A special thank you to Arya from the butler service who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer… and we’ll definitely be back.

Excellent staff always kept up to date with what happening especially with Nyepi and the villa was beautiful Food from the adjoining Seja restaurant was amazing.

There was no pipe connection from sink to the drain and didn’t realise till water gushed out from the cupboard as there was a bucket A clothes airer would’ve been good to hang wet swimmers on.

I loved the rooms and the pool was fantastic.

The hot water system failed and was without hot water for a few days.

Breakfast was incredible!! WAY too much food for 2 people to eat, but we enjoyed it very much! Our private room with the pool was the most luxurious place we've ever stayed! Clean, cool (AC), and so relaxing to have a private waterfall while we read on the deck. The outside kitchen is perfectly equipped for longer stays, the room is fully sealed (a big deal in Indonesia!) so no bugs, and the bathroom + bedroom were very high end. Staff was great, walking distance to the beach and all the best restaurants, and shopping nearby. We would have easily stayed here for more nights if we had the time! Thank you for the amazing stay!!!!

The property was amazing but as the kitchen and living areas were open to the elements there were a lot of mosquitos so this was a shame. Perhaps the TV area could be enclosed to make relaxing at night more comfortable!

Het is een perfect plekje om een paar dagen bij te komen van de reis en de jetlag. Ook met regen hier fijn. Het zwembad is heel lekker. Roomservice perfect. Fijne douche en goed bed.

Ontbijt was prima verzorgd met keuze uit meerdere mogelijkheden van westers tot indonesisch. Werd op het door jou gewenste tijdstip keurig in je villa geserveerd. Schoonmaak dagelijks met ook al hoefde dat niet dagelijks schone handdoeken.Heerlijk zwembadje erbij Heerlijk rustig , ook geen televisie aanwezig !!

Er waren dagelijks 2 flesjes water per persoon tot je beschikking en dat is toch wel wat weinig in het licht van de totale verzorging

This villa was beautiful! And in an excellent location too, within walking distance to many selections of local restaurants and the beach too.

The bathroom is an outdoor undercover situation. There is no TV.

La villa est magnifique avec une piscine très agréable, très belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, on peut le prendre soit à la villa où bien au restaurant à côté qui est très joli...l'emplacement est top, tout près de la plage et des restaurants et commerces...

Le départ ! On serait bien restés quelques jours de plus...

The villa was nothing short of superb. The pool is perfect, the location is excellent and we could not fault any aspect. The villa is secluded and secure. The staff are friendly and always accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended 😊

Leider sehr wenig Flexibilität, es war nicht möglich, ein Frühstück um 7:00 Uhr zu bekommen, da die Küche erst ab sieben aufmacht und es mindestens 7:30 Uhr wurde. Auch ein bestelltes Paket zum mitnehmen, bei frühen Tagesausflügen war leider nicht fertig und wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Lage zum Strand, nicht ideal

We stayed at Arca Villa and overall had a great stay. The location is not too bad and quite convenient. The villa itself is compact and a bit small for the price, but it was still comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good, which we appreciated. The shower head was broken when we first used it, but the staff fixed it straight away. There wasn’t any drying rack for towels or clothes, which would’ve been helpful. Other than that, everything was fine and we enjoyed our time there.

Swimming pool was awesome, also friendly staff and restaurant Seja in front of villas is quite conveniente and serves a great in villa breakfast

Construction on side was quite noisy

Lovely villa, pool, bathroom and sitting/dining area. Very clean and new or well maintained . Efficient aircon in room! Excellent food, and good value, at restaurant or delivered to room, including superb morning coffee (strong flat white). Bonus tip: walk through the hotel opposite to the beach, rather than the filthy laneway next to it.

Beautiful property, however we experienced continual plumbing issues - shower and toilet issues. This was disappointing as would expect more given the high cost of the villa. Staff were very helpful fixing, but we felt uncomfortable showering during our stay.
