We enjoyed the location as well as how well kept the apartment was. Not only was it clean but was also updated. Staff was very helpful.

Nothing. We used the stairs. There was an elevator used to bring our luggage upstairs the 1st day. I'm not sure that it is used for people so if stairs are an issue you will want to ask the staff.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to friends and family. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The host was exceptionally responsive, replying to all of our questions very quickly and offering helpful local recommendations, including excellent dining options nearby. One thing we especially appreciated was the outstanding hospitality after checkout. The host kindly provided complimentary luggage storage, allowing us to continue exploring the city without carrying our bags. They also gave us access to a full set of keys so we could relax in the building's public lounge and use the lobby restroom before our departure. This thoughtful service made our last day much more comfortable and truly exceeded our expectations. Overall, the combination of the fantastic location, convenient self-check-in, and exceptional customer service made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Air Conditioning even in the heat wave it was super cold with two wall units for the large space. The apartment was well maintained and with nice kitchen and great shower.

This could for some people be a positive, however for me the foam mattresses were a little firm. All three mattresses (both the large super king and the two single beds on the loft space up the stairs) were new and of the same make and seemed good quality. It was also helped a little by sprung slat bases on all three beds however the foam itself is best suited to those that like a firm feel.

The location was great! Our building door opened right onto traffic on a narrow street that had shops and restaurants. Directly across is a Hotel with a nice big restaurant for breakfast. Either direction we took, there were more shops and restaurants! Any place we wanted to go, was walkable. We walked from the train station and to the train station from the building our apartment was in. However, if the owner hadn't been watching for us, it would have taken longer to find. Our apartment was on either the 2nd or 3rd floor, but there was an elevator for the luggage. This place was like a castle, parts restored, parts being restored. We felt very safe within the stone walls and behind the heavy doors. I chose it because it had a washer (and dryer, even though most of our clothes were hang to dry). Our patio was nice, but we weren't there for any meals to enjoy it. We were out and about from early until late! All around it was a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay, with the owner showing us where to go and marking it on a map for us.

We had a light above one of the bathroom sinks to go out, and before it was fixed, the other one went out. We were left with a short, one small bulb, lamp, which put out just enough light to get toothpaste on the toothbrush. Not enough for fixing hair or makeup. We like 2 cups of coffee each, in the mornings while getting ready to go out. We were given two pods for 3 mornings. It would have been nice to have had more pods of coffee.

Comfortable space. Good location

I booked the 2-bedroom flat which is spacious and good value in Florence. The location is great and the flat has everything you need. Both staff we interacted with at check-in and check-out are kind and helpful. Luggage storage at check-out is particularly helpful for allowing more time to explore the city.

There is some odour in the bathroom. TV remote in our flat was misplaced but staff was helpful in replacing

The location was perfect! Just a couple of blocks from the Duomo and a short walk from the train station. The apartment was spacious, clean and was beautifully decorated and furnished. The kids loved the loft bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, private lodging with charm in the building, rooms and personalities of the staff. We had a big family in the entire Bianca area and the beautiful, safe property with extra amenities was the key to enjoying our trip in Florence.

Good location not far from Firenze SMN. Just around corner from Medici Chapel. Great staff who checked us in and brought us extra supplies. There is a market nearby and lots of places to eat.

Shower was TINY even for a 5’5 size 4 female, not to mention 5’9 to 5’11 guys. We didn’t manage to get the overhead shower to work during the three nights we were there. The handheld shower was fine. The apartment was charming - but it had some interesting idiosyncrasies for sure. The staircase hung over part of the downstairs bed so the person sleeping on that side had to be ultra careful getting up and around the bed to avoid hitting his or her bed on the staircase. The building is on a busy street so you’ll get street noise and need to be careful stepping out of front door for cars speeding by.

The location is the best, many tourist sites are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable. They allow us to store our luggages after we checked out and before going to take the train at 1:20pm which is really helpful so we can explore the city more in the morning without dragging our luggages. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Florence.

Beautiful old building in a fantastic location. Very safe and secure with well equipped rooms. Francesco was a fantastic host, I can't thank him enough for a memorable stay. He helped extend our stay into another neighbouring room and held our bags securely. The rooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is beautiful artwork everywhere and stunning views to the nearby cathedral.

Shower in the first apartment was a little small, but it was only a minor thing.

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist optimal, nur 100m von der Medici Kapelle und dem Mercato Centrale entfernt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet mit 3 Klimaanlagen in Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Betten sind erstklassig, und durch die Doppelverglasung der Fenster ist es absolut ruhig. Hier wurde mit viel Aufwand restauriert, einfach nur empfehlenswert, und auch der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Der Besitzer und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Beautifully restored and renovated property. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Well stocked kitchenette. Excellent location and very helpful and caring staff. On the first night we couldn’t work out how to get back in (user error!) and they responded to our call straight away despite the lateness of the call. Highly recommended

This place was easy to find and close to both the train station and right in the center of town near the Duomo. The apartment is incredibly quiet despite how busy of an area it is. The only noise you hear is the church bell ringing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer was ideal for our long travel journey.

Shower is a tad small and not tall people friendly, but most showers I've experienced in Europe are similar. The bed could maybe use some new pillows, but otherwise a great stay

The two bedroom apartment was very large, clean with comfortable beds and had a kitchen plus a washer and dryer. It was the perfect location close to everything including the train station. It was very secure and made us feel safe.

The location is excellent. Less than 10 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk from Duomo. It is on a very safe street with an excellent cafe right around the corner. Proximity to train station is important not just if you need to take a train or taxi, but many tours have the station as an initial meeting point. The apartment was very clean with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, linens and towels. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful and allowed me to pack less. Filippo was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had and arranged a taxi for my departure. Check-in/out couldn’t be easier. I stayed here last year in a different unit and when I left I thought that if I was lucky enough to return to Florence I would want to stay in the same place. I feel exactly the same way this year. I hope to be back.

모든 면에서 만족스럽습니다. 산타노벨라역에서 가까워서 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 두오모는 5분거리, 주요 스팟 전부 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 내부 시설이 최고입니다. 복층구조이고 인테리어도 너무 예쁘고 침대(대형 더블 2개), 거실테이블, 이층에 있는 제도책상, 주방의 모든 것이 새 것처럼 좋습니다. 그냥 우리집이었면 할 정도에요. 주방에는 각종 주방기구와 올리브유 소금 등이 구비되어 있습니다. 화장실도 청결하고 기능적이고 예쁩니다. 대학생 두 자녀 포함 성인 4인 가족이 3박을 했고 초강추합니다. 후기 잘 안쓰는데 너무 맘에 들어서 추천드리려고 씁니다.

Did not provide enough information for getting to the property. Property was hard to find because there are two same numbers on the same street. Stood outside if the wrong door for 45 minutes. Called the number on the booking and no one picked up the call. Very bad experience after long hour of traveling. No enough welcome messages after booking to give some useful information for the city and recommendations. Expected more from the property. The on site gentleman Filipo was nice and accommodating.

La colazione non era compresa. L'appartamentino era composto da una parete con cucina, un tavolo rotondo con sedie e letto matrimoniale, un bagnetto e un soppalco (dotato di scala in legno/metallo) con due letti singoli e un armadio. Si percepiva ordine.

Qualche dettaglio nel bagno. Inoltre i contenitori per rifiuti troppo piccoli sia nel bagno che in cucina, considerato che non venivano svuotati prima dei due giorni di soggiorno.

Dramatic interior with high ceilings and fresco's, unlike anywhere else we've ever stayed. It was walking distance to all major sights and restaurants. Responsive and helpful staff. Secure building.

Photos online appear to be a combination of all the available units in the building, and so there were also photos of a terrace that we expected to be part of our unit, but ultimately was not.

A lovely alternative to a hotel. A very large space in a central location with a private interior terrace. A very well maintained property. The fellow who showed us the room and who himself performs maintenance on the property was very friendly and clearly takes pride in his work.

For us it was quite expensive, but on a euro per square meter basis, the price is fair - it is an apartment, not a tiny hotel room.
