Muy mala experiencia. El anfitrión fue poco profesional. Al momento del registro en recepción, me exigieron pagar por transferencia un servicio de limpieza adicional que no estaba indicado en ningún lugar de la reserva, a pesar de haber pagado el 100% de la estadía por adelantado. En caso de no realizar dicho pago, no entregaban el código de acceso al apartamento, lo cual es una práctica totalmente inapropiada y abusiva. Además, el check-in inicia desde las 4:00 p. m., pero el check-out es a las 11:00 a. m., y durante la estancia me recordaron más de cinco veces que debía salir puntualmente a esa hora, lo cual genera una sensación constante de incomodidad y mala atención al cliente.
