- AC di lift panas - Menunggu terlalu lama untuk handuk, saya check in sudah sesuai tapi handuk baru terima setelah pukul 19.30 karena masih menunggu laundry, dan untuk keset kamar mandi saya baru terima 1 jam setelahnya - harus turun ke resepsionis dulu untuk komunikasi sementara saya di lt 21, tunggu lift juga lama dan beberapa kali penuh

We arrived at 11pm after a super long day of flights and the desk attendant refused to help us check-in as supposedly we were supposed to find out the room number ourselves by calling numbers in the middle of the night, no one was picking up, extremely stressful. The area felt extremely unsafe with illegal activities going on in the area, random people waking up and staring. The smell was horrible, the surroundings nothing like the photos, even our clothes got drenched in the horrible chlorine smell all around. Avoid at all costs

Only have one electric plug, which I don't think is sufficient. And for those who are driving, they only provide visitor parking for free, if the places are full you will need to pay RM50/ night for private car park.

Parking is available in the basement. but if you're late, the parking lot will be full and you'll have to find another one. Will repeat because I don't have time to go to the pool because I'm so busy attending classes 🥲

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The views of the city skyline, especially at night, were stunning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable!!! Thanks for hosting us 🥰
