Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Nice appartment, good location but unfortunately dirty and neglected place. In addition, the electric wire of the washing machine fixed with tape is clearly a potential risk of fire.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! We booked and right after booking they notified us the 2BR we booked was not available and asked if we would like to upgrade to a 3 BR. We excepted but looked nothing like the room advertised. Mold every, hair on the ground and just plain dirty. As soon as we walked in we notified them that we did not want to stay here. They said we could not cancel because we excepted the so called upgrade. Stay away.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024It's not a hotel as advertised on the website. The owner allowed me access to another guest's room, which means your room nor your belongings are not secure. I literally could have walked in on someone. Luckily, they weren't in the room. My bathroom was full of mold and filth. I tried to contact the owner but couldn't reach them. I didn't stay there, so I booked another hotel that night. Again, the place was filthy, and they refused to refund me despite not spending a night there. I strongly advise against booking with this person; they are scamming people with false advertising. Good luck!

Reviewed Oct 7, 2024** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ** Pictures of a swimming pool and gym are falsely included in the listing, they are NOT available for use. Booked a 3 night stay and was provided room details via WhatsApp by ‘Ngoc Nhi’ on the day of check in. After the first night was told I would need to move rooms with 2 hours notice. First room had unfinished renovations, bathroom was unsealed and holes in the walls - terrible condition. Second room was cleaner however did not have access to a laundry as advertised in the Expedia listing. Raised the issue with Ngoc Nhi who read my messages and did not respond. Overall this was a terrible experience. Advertising for the apartment is false and is expensive for amenities provided. Will be raising a dispute with my bank and Expedia
