Reviewed Apr 9, 2024The flat is very nice with balcony that has a view of Matterhorn. The decor is tasteful and nostalgic with a full cassette collection. Very professional, clear, and prompt communication from the management company - no issues at check-in and check-out. Some of our friends based in Switzerland were able to pre-store our skis, which is helpful.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2024Beautiful place that comfortably fit 8 adults. The rental company, Zermatt Holidays, was exceedingly helpful and always very cheerful and quick to respond. The included taxi vouchers from/to train were a nice bonus too.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2022It was a great location and a quaint apartment. It worked well for a family reunion, with every group having their own bathroom. Everything worked out well, and we enjoyed our stay in Zermatt.
Everything was solved quickly if there were any issues.
