Didn’t recive any help from receptionist and also contact number out of servis we couldn’t find a way to connect to wifi also bedsheet and towels was dirty

The apt was spacious with 2 queen beds. Suit for family of 4. The shower water pressure so good. The view very nice of kl city view. Convinient to klcc and cheaper by grab car. Lobby got mini mart convinience for guests.

All good. Just lift quite slow might be peak seasons with labour day off.

The room was nice

The lifts were rediculous, long waits, must use key or u end up on other floors and stuck! Reception not very helpful. Swimming pool cold and busy. Cannot use pool after check out unlike any hotel ive stayed.

Mal servicio , mala atención , toallas desgastadas , apartamento sucio no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron de habitación debido a todos estos problemas y aún así nunca tuve agua caliente en ninguno de los 2 , nunca más me quedaré aquí y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, el personal de la recepción siempre de mal humor

The property is conveniently located near the Petronas Towers, offers a decent room size, and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The washroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Despite requesting it, the Wi-Fi password was not provided. Additionally, the TV, iron, and hair dryer were not working. The wait time for the lift was also very time-consuming.

I liked the location, the appartement was great

the elevators where a nightmare. Only 3 available for the entire building leading to to much traffic and wait. The lobby is so crowded also

The size and the view of the location was fine. Pool is also fine, but quit many people.

First I asked the host if I can check in earlier. he wanted to charge additional 50rm, the frontdesk said checkin is after 3pm earliest. When I checked-in the clean was completely dirty. The frontdesk couldn't help because each flat is organized by another owner or company. After i contacted the host he said 5-10min someon will come. It took 3h till the apartment was cleaned and I needed to stay, cause they have no key to the rooms... Secondly the bathroom has a rotten smell which will influence the whole room.

Hmm - lots of dust - missing or not working equipment (not even 1 think was working properly) - no washing machine - air con not working properly - no cutlery at all - only whatsup contact

The location is great, only 6-7 minute walk to KLCC, the apartment is spacious for two people, it’s one no of the few one bedroom apartments in this building. The view is great from the apartment and the rooftop pool is really marvelous. The gym and common areas are also useful. The apartment was mostly clean, the bed was comfortable. We would return to this apartment.

The kitchen utensils were very limited, no pans or water glasses, only two coffee mugs for two people. The soap and toilet paper was also limited. We tried contacting the customer service but they ghosted us until our last day and they only brought extra toilet paper on our last night. The areas to relax near the pool are very limited, so it’s get very crowded and you can’t find a place to sit. It’s already crowded and three - four security guards sit all day by the pool, which is not really comfortable for guests, it’s disturbing. And since some part of the pool is covered, children noise really get big.

К сожалению, проживание оставило крайне негативное впечатление. Изначальные апартаменты не соответствовали описанию и фотографиям. Мебель и элементы интерьера, показанные в объявлении, в реальности отсутствовали — номер был практически пустым. Мы бронировали размещение для двух взрослых человек с кроватью и диваном, чтобы спать раздельно. Однако диван оказался сломанный — он проваливался, спать на нём было невозможно. При этом для второго спального места не предоставили постельное бельё (простыню, пододеяльник, наволочку), что является нарушением базовых гигиенических норм. В апартаментах не было горячей воды, а в холодильнике находилась испорченная еда от предыдущих гостей с сильным неприятным запахом, из-за чего пользоваться холодильником было невозможно. Отдельно отмечу, что вид из бассейна на последнем этаже не соответствует фотографиям в объявлении — обзор полностью перекрыт соседним зданием, которого нет на фото. Также в объявлении были указаны средства индивидуальной гигиены (зубные щётки, мини-зубная паста, индивидуальные гель и мыло), но по факту их не было — только общие большие бутылки. Хост отвечал на сообщения с большими задержками — иногда по несколько часов, а иногда и по несколько дней, что делало решение проблем практически невозможным. В итоге нас переселили в другие апартаменты, однако и там условия оказались неудовлетворительными: — не работал Wi-Fi, а мобильный интернет ловил очень плохо; — второе спальное место представляло собой матрас на полу, а не полноценную кровать, что снова не соответствовало условиям бронирования для двух взрослых гостей. В целом опыт оказался крайне разочаровывающим. Несоответствие описанию, проблемы с гигиеной, отсутствием базовых удобств и слабая коммуникация со стороны хоста делают эти апартаменты непригодными для комфортного проживания. Не рекомендую.

KLCC駅から徒歩圏内で、ジム、洗濯機とミニキッチンがある事を前提に調べると、周りの環境が比較的良かった。また宿泊料金もリーザナブルだと思う。

排水溝の臭いが気になった。換気扇を長時間つけていたが、やはり気になった。

Location is good! The pool is nice. view from the window of our room was nice.

We did not have towels (we got them on the second day of our stay) in the apartment and the internet. You will not get any information about your arrival, everything you need you need to find by yourself and we lost a lot of time for simple things which have to be there. I contact to the host, he said it’s very weird because his guests did not complant about it before however during our stay we did not have internet and al the time I had to go down on the first floor just to use internet. Its not i wanted to do during my vacation.

Washing machine and microwave didnt work. Getting around the building was tricky- elevator takes forever during rush hours and is often packed. You can only take the elevator to floors you have a key for - which makes it tricky when you’re traveling with a group.

The unit we stayed was not very clean,it was dusty,the glasses was not wash clean very oily there was some one underwear was drying in the dining area,I don't know how the unit was clean or inspected it was totally careless it was evident that the housekeeping staff had not clean properly before my arrival 😕

The bathroom stinks of sewage and it gets worst the longer that you stay there. Reception only hands out keys and do not assist you in any other way. The host will gaslight, lie, ignore you and make no attempt to resolve the issue. I checked out two nights early. Was booked in for 4 nights. The host also refuses to give any refund. There are also no kitchen utensils, a single cooking pot and filthy drinking cup. Furnitures are peeling and the room decor is not like any of the ones shown in the photos.

La piscina

El mantenimiento es nefasto, no hay nadie que te atienda, los tienes que llamar por whats app para pedir cualquier cosa y no te hacen caso, eramos 4 y solo había una toalla y sucia, después de insistir por whats app y esperar mucho rato nos fuimos a cenar , cuando volvimos nos pusieron 3 en una bolsa y papel de wc que también lo tuvimos que pedir, las toallas tambien manchadas de pintauñas o parecido de color rojo. Las ventanas no cerraban bien, estaba el pomo roto, se oía mucho ruido de la calle, tampoco nos hicieron caso. Es una lastima porque la habitación está chula pero se nota que nadie se ocupa.

Wartezeit an Fahrstuhl war Recht lang und es passten oft nicht alle rein. 2 Handtücher für 4 Personen - unbedingt selbst noch Handtücher dabei haben.

Pas de petit dej

Location was great, walking distance to Suria KLCC mall and many restaurants. The Pool was amazing, beautiful views and my children loved it especially at night. Modern and had a small shop on the ground floor which was so convenient. Security guards opening doors etc were polite. Loved that it had a washer/dryer in the room but hard to use as no instruction manual so figuring it out as I went.

Staff weren't the greatest of help we weren't given much information about anything and had to keep asking. The room wasn't the cleanest. No tea, coffee, sugar, salt or even a toaster provided. No bath floor mat (which wasn't good as the shower has no door so floor constantly wet) so going toilet with a wet floor isn't ideal. Elevator wait times can sometimes be annoying.

I like all the facilities, amenities provided by the property! There is washing machine somemore and also cuckoo water filter 👏 The checkin and checkout also smooth since we just need to go straight to the receptionist counter!

However, the room a bit smelly, i think from the toilet, but after that the smell subsided as we opened the aircond and fan! Also the lift a bit cramped during peak hours (10am - 12pm due to checkin checkout)

NO NOS DEJARON DISFRUTAR DE LO BUENO

Jamás he tenido una peor experiencia. Nada más llegar, a las 2:00 a.m. con dos niños, la puerta no funcionaba. Tuvimos que esperar media hora en el pasillo hasta que nos dieron una solución. Durante dos noches tuvimos que abrir la puerta usando una pila junto con la tarjeta, no funcionaba display bien. Con la técnica de la pila además funcionaba solo la mitad de las veces, haciéndonos perder mucho tiempo. Nadie vino a arreglarla, y en una ocasión la puerta quedó abierta durante todo un día. El operario que acudió lo hizo con total tranquilidad, mostrando una actitud nada acorde con la gravedad de la incidencia. Al entrar a la habitación, comprobamos que no estaba preparada para dos adultos y dos niños. Además, no se correspondía con lo que habíamos contratado (dos camas de matrimonio), sino que tenía un sofá cama. No había sábana bajera y el edredón estaba arrugado en el armario, sin doblar, como si ya se hubiese usado. Solicitamos una sábana bajera, y el operario nos contestó que nos la traería “mañana”. Tras insistir, finalmente nos la entregó dentro de una bolsa de plástico, y sin sábana encimera, afirmando que esa era la que había y que no estaba usada. Solo había dos toallas, cuando debían ser cuatro. Además, la ventana estaba rota y no se podía cerrar, por lo que entraban mosquitos, frío y ruido constantemente. El WiFi no funcionaba. Se intentó reparar sin éxito, y nos quedamos sin servicio durante toda la estancia. Tras reclamar varias veces, el último día me contactaron por Booking a las 19:00 para ofrecernos otra habitación. Sin embargo, teníamos que salir hacia el aeropuerto a las 3:00 a.m., por lo que ya no tenía sentido mover todo y preferimos descansar. Ha sido una experiencia muy decepcionante, más aún cuando en todos los alojamientos anteriores durante nuestro viaje tuvimos una atención de 10. Así, lamentablemente, terminó nuestro viaje.

booked and paid for one room apartment, got a studio unit with two beds..contacted the host on whatsapp, host rejected my call 4 times when he was clearly online..texted him next, he said he will look into it..and i received no reply..by then i was exhausted and decided to just sleep and left the next morning

Generally a nice place with a nice pool at the top of the building but there we're many things that just didn't feel good. First there we're a lot ants in my room, a lot of things we're broken or damaged, the room was not cleaned very well, getting in touch with the host was not easy (especially cause the phone number provided was not registered) and the elevators in the building do not work well (I always had to wait for at least 5 min for the elevators to come and on the last day I had to wait more then 40 min and in the end we had to take the stairs from the 25th level)

Great location, 10 minutes walk to KLCC. Super friendly staff. Amazing pool and view from the pool was incredible. Room was spacious, clean, with a great city view.

Our shower ran cold, we did message the host but this was not fixed during our stay. However, we made do!

1. Не было горячей воды 2. Не было переходника на евро розетку, предложили купить за 15 рингитов 3. Не было воды питьевой в бутылках, думаю за такую цену, можно ее включить 4. И самое ужасное, по всей кухне и барной стойке бегали какие то насекомые, когда я обратила внимание на это мне уже стало страшно, что они ползают везде. 5. Бассейн всего лишь 1 метр глубиной

The room given was totally different from what we paid for from the booking.com photos. They changed us to another room still missing here and there. The photos shown in booking.com are just puzzles parts from every room. The room smells very bad. Toilet and drainage smell all over the room. They don't bother to get back to you even though I have texted them. No reply once U moved in. Probably they don't reply on sat and sun. The hygiene was very bad, i had allergies around our body and legs. Disaster. Very poor. No toiletries given. I asked until from 550pm until 230am before I could get it.
