We loved our stay at The Haydon. Great location with easy access to Clapham Junction which makes it super easy to get to central or anywhere in London really. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The location, the facilities and prompt response by staff to fix any issues.

I would have liked a grater and a colander.

Excelentes instalaciones tanto en el departamento como en el edificio; hay muchas áreas comunes como lavadora, terraza, cowork, mini cine, está súper completo. Disfrutamos mucho del café y de la vista en la terraza.

Lo único que no nos gustó, es que el colchón era algo blando, por lo que para varios días de estadía se puede sentir al menos en mi caso. También hubiera sido bueno tener un par de sillas para cuando decidís comer en el departamento.

It was a great apartment in a great location and we had a great time! we really enjoyed ourselves.. we loved using the gym(it felt like we had it to ourselves!) we liked the cinema room and loved our room and roof top as well.

We just wish that our kitchen was partitioned off from the bedroom - that would have made it perfect. We also feel that would have made the apartment have more space for seating - although been on the top floor meant that we had access to the balcony and gorgeous roof top views.

The room wasn’t clean the floor was dirty, the curtains were falling down, the shower was off it’s rollers and when I informed the guy at the desk he basically accused me of doing it and when he fixed he gave me 5 minute demonstration of how to slide the door and close it. Found that rather insulting. Our stay was for 9 days so we asked if we could have clean towels after the 5th day and we were refused and told to wash the towels at the laundry. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property because the location suits us. 1st stay was good 2nd was average and 3rd was bad and our last.

Wider selection utensils would be appreciated along with a tea pot and tea towel. The fan is helpful. Not yesterday tried the air con. Prompt service and looking forward to my free taxi ride on departure. Very helpful staff

Very bad lighting No tea towels No coffee, there was upstairs, maybe a small jar or a couple of coffee bags would have been great. No one at the Front reception desk several times when I needed assistance

The room was a dusty and grubby, with hand prints on furniture and a slow to drain bathroom sink. Also, there was air conditioning in the communal areas but not in the room.

Brief one-night stay and the view was amazing and the styling was very well thought out. The communal vibe and areas of the hotel where all accessible and comfortable as well.

The lack of air conditioning normally would not be a problem with a fan that was included in the room but the full floor to ceiling windows meant that the curtains had to be closed to keep out the heat from the sun, which was a shame until the evening when I could fully appreciate the view

Stayed here earlier in the year and liked it so much I came back! Great apartments, really friendly staff and easy to get into the city centre by train.

Could maybe do with some wider curtains in the penthouse apartment, gets pretty bloody bright in the mornings

Corridors and rooms too dark. Give guests the option to have bright lights on. I had work to do and he dim lights didn’t do it for me. Otherwise would have rated stay excellent.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our stay. We really enjoyed being in Wandsworth as there was a lot going on and plenty food and drink options. The apartment was clean and came with almost everything you could ever need during a stay.

There is no AC and it was over 30 degrees during our stay. We did have a fan in the apartment but not great during increased temperatures. The room was very dark - the lighting in certain areas wasn’t sufficient.

Awesome apartment in a really nice area and 5 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Mancanza di aria condizionata se non per un moderno ottimo ventilatore. Mancanza di tavolino e sedie fuori davanti la camera, come si vedevano in foto, magari per far colazione all’aperto. Letto matrimoniale alla francese, come descritto , un po’ piccolo. Camera grande come descrizione ma un corridoio lungo toglie metratura ed alla fine la camera risulta piccola .

The wall-to-wall carpet in the 1st floor room was quite outdated. Next time I would choose a room in the upper floors facing the garden

The place is Serene and beautiful, the lounge was quiet with lovely art work frames on the walls. The staff were excellent, friendly and ready to provide assistance at all times.

I think there should be Provison for small fan during hot seasons. It was very hot . Secondly, there was a stain in the toilet WC I think a strong toilet wash will take it off , in all the place is fantastic , close to the popular Clapham junction. I enjoyed shopping😁

The room is very stylishly furnished. There is a small kitchen equipped with dishes. The room has everything you need for a stay of several days. There is a bus stop right nearby. The location is very quiet.

The reception was often unstaffed and there was no bell to call staff. I stood there several times and had to wait. In the first room, the window was broken, so I had to change rooms. In the second room, some of the curtains were torn. During my stay, the fridge broke down and, despite assurances, the problem was not fixed. The Skylounge offers free coffee until 10 am, but there are no cups available.

Localisation très bien, à 10 min de clapham junction. Chambre/studio très bien équipé, très belle et fonctionnelle avec bcp de rangements. Hôtel très bien équipé, jolis équipements.

Very comfortable and stylish apartments. They have everything you need for living and plenty of space for your belongings. You can’t hear the neighbors. The street is quiet. Overall, the location is excellent, with a метро and bus stops nearby, as well as cafes, restaurants, and shops. I think if we return to London, we would stay here again.

We had a couple of issues but the staff were so quick to help & rectify issues. LOVED the gym, that was a vibe! So close to bus stops, train & shopping.

At Dandi Harrow on the Hill, the young Romanian staff member is exceptionally professional and, in my opinion, outstanding. At Dandi Brondesbury, the African girl "her name is Queen "is also very good. In my opinion, the gyms at Dandi Brondesbury and Wembley are the best, including the buildings, flats, and car park. Most staff members are polite and professional. Without a professional team, you cannot run a business properly.

Many staff members are not professional enough to handle administration and receive customers. The result is client frustration, cancellations, broken contracts, lost money, and stress example I m regular customers in dandi UK any time that I book my stay via booking.com is someones different , professional staff > I have not issue in my stay > not professional staff I had 3 times issues results > risk dandi reputation via reviews on google booking.com and official websites, lost money im refund .

Die Lage war insofern sehr gut, als dass sie direkt vis a vis von unserem Kursort war. 20 Min. Zu Fuss vom nächsten Bahnhof ist generell gesprochen nicht gerade eine top Lage.

Die Fotos von Booking haben einen Dächer überblickenden Balkon versprochen. Unser Zimmer war allerdings ohne Balkon im 1.Stock. Das war sehr irreführend. An der Rezeption war kein Mensch, der dafür die Verantwortung hätte übernehmen können. Das hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck. Die Gänge der Unterkunft sind sehr anonym.

- Brand new building (ass of 2026). Modern, elegant design with visually appealing common areas - Nice amenities such as a cinema room - Good location - Hot water is immediately available as soon as you turn on the tap. - Electric kettle made of metal, rather than cheap plastic.

- Poor usability: very dark spaces and low-contrast signage make navigation difficult. Furniture is all dark black, making it difficult to see anything. ⁃ Bed far too soft; unstable due to lift-up mechanism. ⁃ Bathroom design lacks basics (e.g. single tap with no hot/cold indication, wardrobe lights that require instructions, 5 different remote controls out of which maybe only one worked) ⁃ Kitchenette missing the essentials (no microwave, no proper kitchen knife) ⁃ Maintenance issues (e.g. broken light) ⁃ Glass bathroom door offers almost no privacy (noise and visibility) ⁃ Gym poorly equipped (no mats, towels, or water; thermostat not working — had to train at 28°C). ⁃ Staff unable to handle basic requests; redirected to external WhatsApp contact even for simple needs (e.g., I was told they could not give me an extra towel to train, I should either use the only one I had in the room (!), or request one via WhatsApp. - No cleaning at all in 6 days. I don't need it every day, but at least once, it shouldn't be a big deal… - Two days out of six, the shared room on 2nd floor was closed, so no coffee machines.

La ubicación perfecta, a unos 15 minutos del centro en transporte público, con parada de autobús y tren a pocos minutos andando. La habitación tal cual aparece en la web, la estancia en sí fue excelente, lo recomiendo 100%, me volveré a alojar en The Hydon cuando vuelva a Londres

We wouldve appreciated if we were told in advance that the room would take longer to be ready. The cleaners took longer than expected therefore leaving us waiting for over an hour after than the check in time.

The room was lovely, well thought out. The bed was huge and SO comfy. There was loads of storage, the kettle, toaster and fridge were great. I walked up from over rail at Clapham junction most days but equally if in central London can catch underground to Clapham Common and catch one of the very frequent buses. On the morning of my departure I overslept a little, Simone was at reception, it was just after 0600 and she was wonderful, really patient, we explored other options together and she helped me plan alternative route, I was so grateful.

Need a mirror in the bedroom. I am 6’ and I learned to limbo under the shower! I did have a maintenance issue with the toilet but once reported it was followed through promptly

Property has modern aesthetics

No room services nor cleaning during my stay the receptionist Catalina was rude as I checked out to check back into filthy room they refused to clean the room and gave me the same room I checked out from

Na samym początku był problem z pokojem. Przydzielono nas do pokoju dl niepełnosprawnych przez co łazienka nie była przystosowana dla osób które nie poruszają się na wózku. Ciężko byłoby z niej korzystać przez tydzień. Po dwóch przenosinach, bardzo miła Pani poinformowała nas ze możemy przenieść się do innego pokoju bo został już posprzątany. Bardzo dobry kontakt, każdemu zależało żebyśmy dostali odpowiedni pokój. Bardzo miły personel, pokój czysty. Spokojna okolica i dobry dojazd do centrum - blisko pociągo:)) Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać!

New, very clean and cozy room. Very useful and comfortable common space like professional shared office, as well as the lobby with sofas and pool table. Very helpful staff as well.

Coffee was not available due to the supplier's side issue. No breakfast option available however each room has fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals by yourself.

The room was mostly excellent - spacious and a very well equipped kitchen area. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. Helpful friendly check in. Comfortable bed and an easy walk to Clapham Junction for quick easy access to central London I enjoyed staying here but there are some design tweaks needed with the room

The height of the rails in the wardrobe are designed for a giant. I'm 5ft 5 and not even close to being able reach high enough to hang clothes up. Which was even more strange because the bathroom shower was obviously designed for disabled/wheelchair use. No coffee or coffee machine in the room. There is a coffee machine in the communal area on the top floor. Lighting is not very well designed.

The room,the building and common areas, the staff, the location are all excellent. Perfect for a longer stay.

Nightmare. It was difficult to find, and we couldn’t get in. No answer to front door. Got let in by other guests. We were in a rush to go out for a family do, and our rooms weren’t ready, I had no choice but to get showered in a dirty bathroom. The woman in reception had no clue what to do, sent us to wrong rooms at first. In the morning someone came in or room to clean, didn’t bother to knock. The same happened in my husbands room (I was with daughter) - and the woman tried to clean the room with him still in it (way before check out), he had to tell her to get out! They obviously don’t employ enough people, or pay them enough. On top of that, they demanded copies of our passports, despite not mentioning this on booking.com… being a Brit I don’t travel in the uk with my passport, and I would have been very concerned about having my data and ID stolen anyway. So that fuss wasted half an hour whilst receptionist had to phone boss. The property was like being inside a prison upstairs, it was obviously meant to be a cool design, but the doors were like cell doors, and couldn’t read the door numbers. The other thing was it all really badly sign posted, got lost trying to find lift or stairs. No obvious emergency exits. Whilst the property itself was nice and modern, the whole experience was really bizarre. Needs new management.

We enjoyed that the property was easy to locate from the train station. We liked that we could cook or prepare meals in our room or in a larger shared kitchen downstairs. The shared living on Level 5 was beautiful and we enjoyed a coffee there every morning.

Hotel has a great feel and visuals. Staff were efficient and understanding when recovering service. Room was nicely appointed and presented.

Unfortunately, it would appear there are some design flaws with the sound proofing which resulted in noise disturbance from the two adjacent rooms (loud TV, loud music and talking) and the corridor (loud talking). The staff dealt with it efficiently and professionally. I found some of the way finding signs hard to find and read due to low lighting levels (form over function?)
