Gute Lage und Service.

This was not the property’s fault. There was construction on the building next door and I had chosen a quiet area to recover after surgery. Instead I woke to jack hammering as I was on ground level. So they moved me after a week for 10 days to a little room upstairs but didn’t offer any refund for the cheaper room.

Also the owner decided it was acceptable to park there car in front of the main entrance for 3 days, so guests had to use the garage entry. I felt that this was disrespectful to the guests.

Comfortable bed, having a washing machine was really convinient. The building has a lift and a couple of shared dryers.

Balcony was really small and had no views. Door soundproofing could be better.

Je kan je eigen was draaien en er is een gezamenlijke droger. Je hebt een grote keuken met koelkast. Ideaal als je zelf wilt koken of ontbijt maken.

Alleen telefonisch (goed) contact met de host en het ligt wat verder van de stad af. Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen

The hosts were very responsive and thorough in their communication (via WhatsApp), and offered a warm welcome. The apartment was well-located on a quiet alley, but still very central. Appreciated having access to both a washer *and* dryer.

A balcony was listed among the "apartment facilities" for the specific apartment I booked, but there wasn't one. Aside from the dim mood lighting above the bed, lights around the space were uncomfortably bright; natural light was not an option, as the one window was in the kitchen and overlooked the entrance gate.

Friendly and helpful staff, the apartment had all the facilities we needed, washing machine and dryer a bonus. Quieter location but walkable to all key tourist spots

Very modern, spacious, has everything you need for a short or long stay. WiFi was great, air con was great, check in was extremely easy. The staff of this place is amazing. Everything about it was amazing including the location. It’s near everything within minutes

We had a really great stay! The place was super clean, quiet, and in a great location—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. Rosy was such a lovely host, very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. She made us feel right at home. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Das Zentrum ist ca 2 Km entfernt, Taxi, Bus oder auch als Sightseeing-Spaziergang nutzen um das Zentrum zu erreichen. Mit dem Spaziergang haben wir auch das Deutsche Haus im Zentrum entdeckt und im Kaffee Klatsch unseren Kaffee getrunken. Die Notre Dam von Ho Chi Minh, Tan Benh Market, Museen, Malls alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

The location is great, quiet, and safe! There's a washing machine right in the room, dryers on the 1st and 4th floors are very convenient, and there's an elevator so no need to worry about climbing stairs 😊 The manager, Rosy, is absolutely amazing; she was always available 24/7 during our stay. 7/11 and Bach Hoa Xanh groceries are just a few steps away, and there are many cafes nearby, we will definitely come back here 👌👍

The only window isn’t to the outside but to a tiny balcony and walls.

Perfect Location, Amazing Hosts You need to use Grab to get to major city spots, but there are many local restaurants and cafes around the hotel that makes it easy for lunch and dinner with clean and affordable options. Rosy was amazing, friendly and supportive with every request. Having a washing machine in the room and a dryer on the floors was very helpful.

Small Balcony ,which looked out to the shaft. Next Time I will book the bigger room with the better balcony which you can open out and have a much better view.

A lovely quiet spot, set in a muse of properties off the main road. Lovely area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet, room and easy walking distance to the main sights.

The staff were extremely helpful and communicated very well through regular text message to sort out any issues and keep us safe. Check in instructions were clear and detailed and luggage storage was available and safe. The apartment is in extremely good condition, very clean and has great facilities

No exterior windows, but it made the place very peaceful quiet retreat and off the busy noisy street but very close to banks, grocery and good coffee places

Klima je precej glasna, lokacija je v district 1 vendar v najbolj oddaljenem delu od dogajanja. Vseeno sva zadovoljna in bi se vrnila.

It is a quiet place, and the security at night is safe. The bed is quite comfortable, the toilet is spacious and clean. There's a 7-Eleven and a small market just around the corner easy to get anything.

The room is slightly smaller than the picture shown in the booking, which might be using the wide-angle lens to take it. The cooker hood I don't think it really works well because while I cooking the smells are still around the whole room.

The service was phenomenal. The property is nice and clean. Very secure in a nice quiet tucked away part so central to everything. Couldn’t ask for more and great value people everything. Will Definetly be back. Huge shout out to Rose who was always there to help with anything we needed.

Great location & quiet when necessary. Very clean & great facilities including aircon in both rooms & a lift. Property is spacious with a balcony. Good shower pressure. 2 TV’s & comfortable bed. Decent value for money. Best of all was the service from Rosy who went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable & all my needs were looked after whilst I was recovering from dental surgery. She was very professional, friendly & helpful especially as I had very little local knowledge. Rosy’s diligence & dedication to customer service really made the whole experience amazing. A wonderful place to unwind in Ho Chi Minh City. The bedroom is very dark and quiet, which gave me the best night's sleep I've ever had in Asia. The staff member, Mon, was very hospitable and kind. I would book this accommodation again when I'm in the city.

We enjoyed every moment spent at the apartment, there was everything we needed- all the equipment worked fine, big kitchenette, work desk, enough space, clean and nice design. All the places we wanted to visit were within walking or short riding distance. Thank you for warm welcome and all the help! If we come again, this is the place to stay in Ho Chi Minh.

I enjoyed my stay here so much that I didn't want to leave. The apartment is a short walk to the canal, and located in a small alley that is relatively peaceful, with plenty of good eateries nearby. All the major sites are within walking distance if you're comfortable in the climate. The apartment is pristine and beautifully furnished, with high-quality air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The hosts were outstanding: proactive, warm, and welcoming, and I would definitely stay again.

Based on the listing I had expected a balcony, which the apartment doesn't have, but the windows can be opened. This didn't affect my enjoyment of the apartment, which has plenty of natural light and a pleasant outlook.

No window and room was slightly narrow. Shower in bathroom didn't drain water so we had a little flood but nothing major. We reported the issue on the day we left as were only there for 2 nights

Very modern spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Really nice to have access to your own washing machine with air drying options available on the roof or a tumble dryer in the lobby. The front desk isn’t manned but there is a friendly security guard on the street outside. The staff were very friendly and give you their number to text if you need any help and they replied fast and sorted everything quickly for us. It’s on a small street slightly outside the centre but still in district 1 with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants

Room cleaning service was twice a week (and on check out). It didn’t bother us but some people might prefer a more regular schedule.

there is only one window in the apartment and it is not in the bedroom or bathroom where it might be most useful. Very strange to have a bedroom with no window, very hard to wake up in the morning

Nice apartment to prepare a small breakfast yourself and do your laundry during your trip. The location is about 15 minutes by scooter from the center, but that’s not a problem. It’s clean and there’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The only downside is that the bathroom floods when you shower, but other than that, it’s perfect.

The host (Kim Chi) was great and assisted us with our first travel issue. She also provided recommendations on food and anything else we needed. The room was clean, and well kept.

Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were absolutely lovely and deserve every praise!

The accommodation was in a great location; we often walked to the center of District 1 and explored the surroundings. The street is quiet, and it was peaceful in the room. The bed was comfortable with clean bedding. The kitchenette with a large refrigerator is a bonus, which we didn’t use, but everything we needed was there. We felt safe and comfortable.

Check-in was a bit complicated with a lady who didn’t speak English at all. The room surprised us because it was about half the size of what was shown in the photos. Otherwise, the host is very nice and actively communicates via WhatsApp.

Great location in a very comfortable neighbourhood. Quiet at night so we could sleep well. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Check in and check out was easy.

Everything! We were traveling with a little baby so it was great to be able to get our own kitchen to prepare his meals. Host was very nice, as was the cleaning lady. Honestly, have nothing but good things to say. Definitely recommend it!

This is our second time staying at HOD Apartment Da Kao since we loved our first stay so much. The hosts were nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, spotless and quiet. The neighborhood is close to a lot of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and markets. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood after dark. We'll definitely come back soon for a longer stay!

Communication was great, host was very helpful when I needed support. The accommodation is very well suited for solo travellers seeking comfort and facilities like washing machine and dryer. Location is in District 1 which is where you will see most tourists.

The building echo's loudly but otherwise most of my stay was reasonably quiet.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to markets and restaurants. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood in contrast to a loud and touristy neighborhood like Bui Vien. Tuan and Kim Chí were friendly and helpful hosts. They'd made our stay more memorable as they treated us like part of the family. Highly recommend!

I honestly don't even know where to start! The hosts were amazing, and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. The attention to detail for guests' convenience was impressive, and the location is wonderful, surrounded by all kinds of amenities and attractions. It was super quiet, clean, and well-kept. These are just a few highlights of this place, but the best part was how friendly, nice, and considerate the hosts were. I was primarily in contact with Tuan Anh, and I can’t express how kind and helpful he was. This will be the place I book for all my future visits to HCMC. Keep up the fantastic spirit of hospitality, and thank you very much for making my stay so comfortable!

There is nothing missing! The only item that could be added, especially for someone travelling for business who may need to dress formally, might be an iron. This place truly has everything, and I mean it.

We liked everything about this apartment. New, clean, great location. It has even small kitchen. Was quite around, easy check in / check out . Everything was fantastic. And the location is perfect to get to all the sites and landmarks. And so safe and secure with wonderful coffee shops literally 10 feet from the entrance door. Super quite and cozy and so clean and a very comfortable bed.
