Fenster konnte man nur 10 cm aufmachen. Es war so heiss weil keine Klima Anlage. Nachbarn haben ein Feuer gemacht und der Rauch kam direkt ins Zimmer.

Nice location and good sized room. Glad there was a fan provided and we had a back room with a decent sized window we could leave open.

The building was very warm and stuffy. We managed to cool our room down a little but only by leaving the fan going 24/7. The laundry facilities werent what we expected and we ended up needing to hang our clothing around our room to dry as the machine took 3 times the time it stated and didnt properly dry our clothes.

En sortant de l'ascenseur pour accéder à ma chambre c'est une fournaise irrespirable et entrant dans la chambre trop chaud la première fois que je transpire dans un hôtel il y avait un ventilateur qui fait plus de bruits qu'il vousenvoie de l'air vraiment désagréable pour le prix que j'ai payé j'aurai trouvé mieux ailleurs avec une bonne climatisation.

It was nice decorated, and it’s very independent you manage every thing from your phone no need to check in or check out.

There is no ac and it is not possible to open the windows more than 10cm. The heat was imposible. They give me a fan and another one when I requested but without fresh air from the street it’s imposible to stay in without sweating. I didn’t enjoy the hours I spend in the room when I was not sleeping. The hotel was at least 10 degrees more than the outside literally like an oven. Maybe in winter it’s nice but my experience in summer it wasn’t.

Newly renovated room where all worked. Inner yard facing rooms are silent.

No aircondition (no heat pump). Very hot during the heat wave. Nearby breakfast place was poor and not many breakfast places nearby. Access requires mobile phone. So if your cell phone battery is dead you can not access. Street facing rooms are noisy.

It was clean and good respond time from staff

It was very hot in the room, I couldn't sleep well even with the fan. The window wouldn't open a lot and no AC.

Obwohl die Außentemperatur in der Nacht nur 15 Grad hatte, war das Zimmer derart aufgeheizt, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Ein Ventilator hat hier leider nicht Abhilfe geschafft. Waschbecken war komplett verstopft

私が予約時にしっかり確認しなかったのが悪いのですが、日当たりがよくクーラーがないため、夜になってもなかなか熱気が逃げずとても暑かった。問い合わせてもAIから同じ返答が来るばかりで解決しなかった。 立地としては駅が近くにあるが、あまり便利な路線ではなかった。私は毎回20分近く歩いて別の駅を利用していた。

It is a somewhat good location.

There is no proper ventilation in the hotel, and the whole hotel is like a sauna. The outside temperature was always lower than the inside temperature and it was not possible to stay inside for longer than 5 minutes during the day. Also, the window cannot be opened more than 10 cm and the water never got cold enough to be able to properly cool down. I did inform the staff, they were unhelpful and not proactive - promised to change the room (which would most likely not help the situation), but never did it. The room was somewhat clean, but sheets had weird stains and some trash was left behind.

Un desastre la habitación que nos asignaron no cumplía con las características de la publicación. Hice la reserva 2 días antes, en la semana más calurosa del año y la habitación no tenía ventanas, no corría el aire y no se podía estar más de 5 minutos ahí. La solución me la dieron al día siguiente, por lo tanto tuve que buscar otro hotel para esa noche.

Quarto muito muito pequeno, sem ar condicionado, casa de banho minúscula, a tampa da sanita estava partida, o espaço disponível entre a sanita e o lavatório é minúsculo e não permite a uma pessoa normal sentar-se! O tema do ar condicionado foi minimizado com a colocação de uma ventoinha no quarto mas isso não foi suficiente

Vifta på rommet slutta å fungere. Ringte 3 ganger og spurte om ny. Tok 3 netter før vi fikk en ny vifte. Den blåste mest varmluft og lukta brent. I tillegg var det hetebølge i London så var hvertfall 30 grader på rommet. Ikke fornøyd!

The breakfast at the nearby cafe was very nice. It's situated in a nice residential area with shopping options available on Kensington High Street.

The hotel was extremely hot during our stay and there was no AC available, just a fan part of the stay. We were asked(forced) to move room for the last day of our stay due to an issue with the bathroom (that's fine, things happen, we understand). However, the new room we moved into had no fan installed and the room was extremely hot. We did ask the manager to provide a fan to the room, but it never arrived. Using phone access to the hotel via a key feature on one's own phone worked okay eventually, once we learned not to close down the landing page. It's however not optimal as you always have to have you phone available and charged or you can otherwise not enter the hotel or your room.

Extrem heiße Zimmer im Keller und keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Die Räume hatten eine konstante Zimmer Temperatur von 30 Grad, obwohl es draußen nicht mehr als 23 Grad hatte. Keinerlei Frischluftzufuhr irgendwo

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn other travellers. The room itself was actually very nice, and the bathroom was clean and well presented. Unfortunately, none of that mattered because the temperature in the room was absolutely unbearable. It was ridiculously hot—so hot that I genuinely could not stay in it. As someone who is pregnant, I found the conditions bordering on dangerous. Although London has been hot recently, it had cooled this week, and the weather outside was quite mild, which made the temperature inside the room even more shocking. To make matters worse, the room was on the ground floor and the windows were sealed shut, so there was absolutely no ventilation. There was a fan in the room, but it was broken and therefore completely useless. The room essentially became an oven. I contacted customer service and was met with astonishing rudeness. The employee I spoke to suggested that if my room was too hot, I should spend time in the communal pantry instead. She also told me that I should have checked the hotel’s amenities list before booking. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything remotely like this. I arrived at the property at around 8.30pm as a lone female traveller, expecting to settle in for the evening. Instead, I found myself having to make alternative arrangements late at night because the room was simply uninhabitable. Despite being unable to stay in the room at all, the hotel refused to provide any refund. I am still in disbelief at how poorly this situation was handled. The customer service representative refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. The complete lack of empathy, professionalism and basic duty of care was staggering. This was my first stay at this property, and it will most certainly be my last.

Pokój czysty, widać że był remontowany niedawno. Lokalizacja fajna, blisko do stacji.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju przy upale 36° nie dało się normalnie funkcjonować w pokoju, na dworze bylo chłodniej i fajnie by było moc otworzyć przynajmniej bardziej okno.

O quarto era giro, tinha o básico. Só fiquei 2 noites e foi mais dormir, trocar de roupa e usar wc porque comi fora e fui a um concerto a Wembley mas cama confortável, tinha o wc pequeno mas chegava bem, check-in e check-out via telemóvel (abertura da porta do quarto através do telemóvel também o que é preciso cuidado pois se ficarmos sem bateria não há ninguém no alojamento). Fiquei no 1º andar, não tem elevador mas no máximo são 4 andares faz-se bem com pouca carga. Tinha secador, artigos que podíamos usar e depois devolver e tinha também produtos de higiene. A zona é super gira apesar de dizer que eram 10 minutos a pé e terem sido bem mais e podia ter apanhado autocarro ou uber até ao local em vez caminhar kms. Poucas opções de supermercados e restaurantes perto mas a zona é enorme e há sempre opções a pé ou de transportes, há metro/comboio/autocarro perto o que é ótimo em Londres. Fazia imenso calor fora e no quarto idem mas tinha uma ventoinha e ajudava bastante, para o contrário também havia aquecimento de parede. No geral gostei bastante.

A janela abria pouco e parecia que tinha varanda mas não era e estava descuidada. Havia cartões antigos de boas vindas o que dava a entender que não mexiam na zona da copa.

No air conditioning in the room or whole building. Ear plugs made no difference with loud road traffic. No rain shower. No chilled water.

El barrio es agradable, típico londinense.

El calor era insoportable, realmente asfixiante, y no tiene aire acondicionado. Deberían avisarlo y bajar el precio. Pasé una noche muy desagradable, empapada en sudor. Las zonas comunes estaban sucias, con una moqueta llena de manchas. Para abrir la puerta hace falta el móvil. Si hay poca cobertura (como es el caso) o si te quedas sin batería, no puedes entrar. No te atiende una persona, sino una IA, así que no son conscientes del calor que hace.

There were Ants in the room even though we had no food in the room. We were in the basement and it was a very hot week in London but there was no aircon and the fan was very noisy and of bad quality. The location is near a bus stop but 20mins walk from any metro.

Good location, clean and nice!

Just as a warning, if you struggle to sleep in the heat this might not be the stay for you. Loved the accom however, it was hotter than a sauna in our room, even sleeping with the back door and window wide open all night, it didn't help too much. The check in process can be really painful as it is all online and you need wifi to access everything.

It was absolutely roasting. There was no air conditioning. We had to have cold showers to try and cool down. It was 35 degrees consistently. Worse in the basement where the luggage is. Felt faint due to the heat.

It was a bit fiddly to get the luggage room to open up. Everything there opens with codes, or through Bluetooth. No actual staff to see. There was excessive heat throughout the building, especially in my room. Having a fan in the room made some difference but still too much heat!

Czysto, wygodnie, super lokalizacja (blisko na przystanek autobusowy). Pokój jest mały, ale na krótki pobyt nie stanowiło to problemu. Dodatkowo z pokoju było wyjście na podwórko, co jest na plus☺️

shower was not perfect, also the way to access the room looked like a road work corridor with dirty carpet and intense heat. Moreover the breakfast was available in a bar nearby - sadly this only opened at 8 am which was too late for me. My conference started at 8. I therefore was unable to have breakfast despite having paid for it for 2 consecutive days and when I raised the issue to the provider, they refused to give me my money back.

La verdad que fue una estafa, no tenía aire acondicionado, una silla donde sentarse dentro de la habitación, un calor ambiente sobre 35° insoportable, no se podian abrir las ventanas, no se podian abrir las cotinas ya que de la calle se veía todo hacia la habitación, no habia secador de pelo, no había plancha. Todo lo anterior lo reclamé por whatasap al coordinador quien respondió que esas eran las condiciones, teniamos que arrancar de Bob para estar mas frescos en la calle, no dormimos en las 4 noches de estadia. Por lo anterior exijo la devolución del pago de este hospedaje y estimo que Uds. lo deben sacar de la pagina Booking.

Que todo funcionaba. Que la habitacion era muy linda .... limpia y la ubicación. Ademas ante cualuqier consulta enseguida respondian mis consultas x WA. Muy a gusto con mi estadía... Volvería.

No me gusto mi primera habitación, pero ante mi reclamo me hicieron un upgrade enseguida.

1st room on basement level - windows could not lock. Safety issue. Moved to another room. Bathroom so small - you have to hold onto basin to slide on the toilet between shower doors and basin. Toilet seat too small for seat. If you sit, it slides of the toilet. If you want to bend in shower to shave your legs, you have to open shower door due tocramped space.

The location is perfect you have easy access to the public transportation from the hotel. The hotel it self is super clean. The room was also clean and we love that we could go outside and sit there. Overall everything about bob w is perfect and would definitely come again if we find ourselves in London again

The location and the street was nice. Property from the outside is nice, entrance hall is ok as well. Bathroom looked clean, although I haven't used it as I didn't stay.

I booked this property to stay 1 night as a solo, female for a business trip. I booked the wrong location, however as I didn't want to book anything else, I arrived here. When arriving, I had issues with the access to the room, property access was ok. Staff helped via WhatsApp, however the app which should open the door was not working. without remote access support, I was not able to access the room once I came out of it again to test it. When entering the room, it was small, there was barely any space between the bed and the furniture with microwave on. I haven't stayed as I didn't feel safe knowing that I can't get in or out of the room without remote support. I was not offered an alternative option e.g. key access. I felt the room was a fire safety risk due to lack of space and access issues. The room was also very hot and noisy, it was in the basement, like a garage or storage unit conversion. Bathroom is a small space, but looked clean. this resulted me booking into a Travelodge, 30min away from the properly, causing extra costs at 7pm in the night... I raised these issues with the company who was not accepting any liability about the access issues. Very poor experience, would not recommend it to anyone as a solo female traveler. Not value for money...

la pulizia della stanza è veramente scarsa, inoltre l'assenza di un condizionatore e l'impossibilità di aprire per più di 5 cm le finestre (regolamentazioni comunali ci è stato riferito) fanno si che con le alte temperature la camera sia invivibile, caldo estremo che non permette di dormire. molto macchinoso anche l'ingresso tramite smartphone e codici. sono così semplici e pratiche le chiavi, perché sostituirle?!

A bit shabby carpets in front of elevators made me sceptical at first what the room will be.. the room was spot on though!

Veldig tett luft, vond lukt og mugg i gangene og dørkarmene. Rommene var ikke vasket ordentlig, og vi opplevde flekker, møkk på gulvet og gjenglemte gjenstander fra tidligere gjester. Etter en prat med behjelpelig personale fikk vi bytte rom til et som hadde litt bedre luft og var litt renere, men fortsatt ikke rent.

Het is een kleine maar fijne kamer en super schoon. En de buurt is ook prima, de metro en bus zijn op loopafstand zijn. Net zoals de supermarkten. Gewoon boeken, je krijgt geen spijt

Het was bloedheet buiten en dus ook binnen. Er was geen airco maar dat wist ik al, gelukkig had ik een ventilator. Ik zal hier zeker nog een keer blijven maar NIET in de zomer of warme periode.

Location is the only good part

The room and the whole building was unbearably hot in may and the window barely opened. The staff didn't do anything to solve the problem, leaving only a fan to deal with the problem, but aside from being very noisy, all it did was recirculate unbearably hot air (over 28°C). We weren't able to sleep properly because of that. It was very noisy too, with doors banging violently.

la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel de booking, voy a ingresar un reclamo formal. No hay lobby por lo que si tienes cualquier problema es imposible solucionarlo rápidamente, te hacen hablar con una IA a través de una aplicación, estuve esperando 2 horas para poder hablar con un humano porque la habitación estaba a 28° y no hubo una solución. Las ventanas estaban bloqueadas por seguridad. No pudimos dormir por el calor, y afuera hacían 8°

pésimo servicio, la habitación estaba sucia y tardaron un día en solucionar el problema de la habitación, cuando nuestra estancia eran 2 noches. Ya no valía la pena buscar otro alojamiento.

Took me around 2 hours to get in, it did not clearly state I needed a physical ID to complete check out and have it in person uploading a document wasn’t valid. I couldn’t get through on booking.com or directly through the site and had to wait on the phone for help to speak to a human. Very frustrating and inconvenient was NOT made clear when booking that this was needed. All the more harder when there is no check in desk which I knew but when you have these issues when you turn at the location what can you do a part from wait two hours like I did

Really convenient location for Olympia. Funky vibe to room which was full of useful kit. The best breakfast in London despite it being a 10min walk from the hotel.

The whole hotel smells like a sewer and I say that nicely. If you left the bathroom door open the whole room smelt like a sewer. It was nasty and very very off putting after a couple of drinks out.. I nearly puked

The location was okay, and the cleaning was largely acceptable (except the glasses). The decor is to an okay standard.

The building was overly hot, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room itself was tiny and being in it was very uncomfortable because there was no space. Even the toilet was adjacent to the sink so you couldn’t properly sit on it. There was dust inside the wine glasses too.

Not too far from westfield white city. Close to kensington olympia but you’d need to change stations when heading towards popular places. Digital keys

Very Small room Leaking roof (most likely from bathroom upstairs). The bathroom door was inflated and deformed withe the water leaking from the roof which shows it has been happening for long and still not fixed Shower drain seems congested, your feet would swim. Hot water wasn’t available, had to report and have it fixed No toothpaste, if you are coming from long trips, make sure you got 1. No groceries around. Not value for money
