Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The location was in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from the train station. Easy walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants. We had lots of room. My bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have fans in the bedrooms because it was very hot. It was very nice to be able to do laundry as we had been traveling for over a week.
The property was fine. It could use some updates like fresh paint. The carpet and throw pillows need cleaning. The few plants are all dead. Wires for the tv and computer are exposed and messy. I know these are all minor complaints, but these small things really take away from the overall impression. We never found any tea towels and had to buy laundry detergent

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Super schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Küche ist auch bestens ausgerüstet. Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich. Viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Sogar ein kleines Arbeitszimmer ist vorhanden.
Die Eingangstür war ungewohnt: Zum Abschließen den Griff nach oben drücken, dann abschließen. Aber das ist nur ein Hinweis an andere Gäste und keine Kritik!

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025A lot of items missing or not working. Eg : - the shutter in the smaller room was not functional (probably a problem with the remote control which had not been repaired) - the kitchen is huge, but basic stuff are missing, so you can't use it as you would like.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2024Easy access with key box. Great facilities, clean, new, and well equipped with plenty of toilet paper, soap, dish and washer soap, etc. Portable a/c units in each bedroom. Great location very close to pubs and shops of Sandymount. 15 min. walk to Aviva, 10 min. to DART, nice walk south along coastal path. Very good communication with Marie at GuestReady.
Main thing I would suggest is a short information book. While we could always ask via messaging, information about recycling, rubbish, TV controls, what the 3 unmarked remotes in the office are for (turns out to open the bedroom blinds), etc., would be helpful. And good luck finding the cutlery (it’s in a drawer within another drawer under the stove 😁). And a second key is always helpful if the house sleeps more than 2 people.
