Le Dimore di Lorenzo

Bellissimo, pulito, Lorenzo gentilissimo

Owner was so kind and sent very detailed instructions for our late check in that were so appreciated! Great little spot walkable to the ferry port.

Very clean and centrally located

Too many locked doors and elavators

Eleganza e semplicità.

Niente. Tutto perfetto.

Lorenzo is a very kind host, he met us at the premises on time. The bedroom was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed and a good size bathroom and shower. Power shower was great. Tea/coffee was provided in the room along with slippers. Breakfast was provided in our room as requested on time. Lorenzo also assisted in organising an airport taxi for a fixed rate, and provided a local map with information on the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Location is just a few minutes walk to Toldeo tram, right next to a main shopping area and are many places to eat and have a drink.

We lived this place so much we came back after our trip to Sorrento. Lorenzo and staff are very helpful, it’s a comfortable place and bed, and it’s convenient to the port. The shower is the best we had in four weeks of travel! We’ll be back.

Nothing

Accogliente, pulitissima, cordialità

The property is located on the third floor of an office building around the corner from the Grand Oriente. If you are traveling and love to stay in an advance version of a BnB, this is a place for you. Very large room with queen size bed. A full shower with the all amenities including a bidet, a safe for important items, breakfast ordered and served in your room. Staff speak English Spanish and Italian fluently. Space was an old apartment building that has Beene turned into 6 lovely rooms. Lorenzo, a young man in his 30’s is the owner of this property and one other He has designed this property magnificently. In closing, if you are a person who is not caught up in the look and feel of the outside of a building, this is a great stay at a great price. Also , it’s two blocks from the best shopping district in Naples! Way to go Lorenzo!

Ottimo soggiorno, posizione centrale,ma tranquilla. Consigliabile sotto tutti i punti di vista

Nulla

sehr professionell, sehr zentral, sicher

Frühstücks(ersatz) für Frühaufsteher nicht möglich

Clean, comfortable room in a central location, yet quiet. Lorenzo was very kind and informative and gave us useful information to get around the city, including recommendations for some nice restaurants and trattorias. He also helped to order a taxi to the airport.

We had an amazing stay here, great location, friendly staff and lovely room. Lorenzo is very welcoming and gave us a lot of great information before and during our stay. Couldn't have wanted any more from our stay in Napoli. We'll certainly be back!

We loved this place, and we’re going back. Lorenzo is so responsive and provides an excellent breakfast. It’s not that far from the airport , but a short walk to the port.

Nothing. It was perfect

Location, cleaning, confort... everything

El buen servicio

Nada

Lorenzo was a fabulous host. Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing.

Good location near a metro station. Quiet, clean, and comfortable for our one night stay. The owner was very accomodating and allowed us to leave our bags off 1st thing in the morning. Always responded quickly to our questions and needs.

¡Totalmente recomendable!

Sentralt og greit plassert. Veldig hjelpsom betjening som fortjener all ros.

Lorenzo was very helpful, he made us aware of the fixed taxi fare from the airport. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, we got to choose a mix of savoury and sweet pastries as well as two drinks each. Very convenient location too- highly recommend!

None

The man met me and my son near the entrance. Lift. Quick check on passports. Showed to our room.

I’m regretting we didn’t stay longer.

Very clean and a very helpful staff

Tutto perfetto.

Location perfect, host lorenzo was the perfect host. Bedroom was perfect.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Location was great, very central. Room was a goid size, immaculately clean, good shower, huge bed, fridge, full length mirror - had everything we could need.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! 🏩🇮🇹🫶🏻 We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Napoli. The property was clean, central, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the communal kitchen was so handy. We felt completely safe in the building, and the cleaning team were amazing. We loved it so much we were recommending the guest house to people while we were there, and we still are now we’re back home! Napoli is buzzing with life, but having a quiet and relaxing space to return to was exactly what we needed.

Super zentrale Lage, Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll, alles sauber.

Bella struttura, ristrutturata a nuovo, letto comodo, buona colazione, posizione eccellente.

What a fantastic place to stay! Lorenzo was warm, kind and helpful. He catered to our every need and was lovely to deal with. Our room was modern and spacious, set in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was brought into our room each morning at a time of our choosing, and included a savoury item, sweet item and two drinks per person. Absolutely wonderful staying here and will definitely return.

Kein Minuspunkt

Amazing customer service to help me get in the building.

I received the incorrect breakfast

rien

We had a late check in, Lorenzo was so nice, he sent us videos on how to check in and what to do. The room was clean and so comfortable The breakfast he served to our room was delicious as well!

The location was great, easy to head to lots of central spots in Naples! And close to public transport which was handy. We loved the breakfast and was a nice tough to our stay!

Nothing!

The location was excellent, and Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and kind. He sent all the necessary information before my arrival, including restaurant recommendations and nearby places to visit. During my stay, he continued to assist with directions and tips for getting around. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making the experience even more comfortable."

breakfast.

rien

Lovely interior, breakfast delivered to the room, nice balcony. Everything feels and looks new and clean. Lorenzo is keeping the place and is very welcoming! Take the left staircase when entering the building and climb to 3rd floor (which is 4t or 5th in Eastern European floor numbers). The surroundings and building are funky, but inside it is super nice!

Tudo maravilhoso, nota 10, apartamento super novo e aconchegante.

Gostei de tudo

Location was perfect and Lorenzo and staff were really helpful. Room has been everything you need and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Lorenzo for support and tips how to reach out to Capri and beach. Everything was so easy to plan and looking forward to staying at your place again.

I liked all :)

The safety

a bit loud, but thats nof the hotels fault

Lovely spacious room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Wide range of options for breakfast brought to our room for time specified. Location amazing, right in the heart of Naples. Clear instructions sent as our plane landed after check in time.

Nothing!

The modern look and how clean the property was. The detail of self check in support sent on WhatsApp. Lorenzo is friendly and and fanstastic. Fresh pastry for breakfast and coffee cor breakfast if choosing that option.

Nothing, fanstastic stay and close to Spanish quarter.

Tutto perfetto

Vielen Dank!

Freundlichkeit

We absolutely loved everything about this stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Honestly, the best service we received in our six weeks of traveling in Italy. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. Awesome location. Could not recommend enough!

The property was fantastic- Lorenzo’s brother Adriano greeted us - he was very welcoming and super friendly - place was spotless and we loved our breakfast - great quiet location and close to everything

The property is very central, very clean and has all the facilities a traveller would need.
