Peut être la localisation il faut prendre un taxi à chaque fois qu’on veut aller dans le centre mais c’est tout

Très bon emplacement hors du tumulte de la ville mais rapidement accessible en taxi. Une superbe piscine, extérieur calme et relaxant. Appartement joliment décoré et bien équipé. L’hôte Nawfal est disponible et Hayat est adorable et nous a très bien accueillis!

Beaucoup de travaux aux alentours cependant le bruit restait raisonnable Nous aurions apprécié avoir un petit peu plus de produits de base dans la cuisine (un peu d’huile par exemple) même si Glovo est disponible mais tout s’achète en assez gros format 🙂

Le séjour a été formidable. Le personnel nous a bien acceuili en parituculier Hayat. Une femme merveilleuse serviable et d'une gentillesse impecable. L appart était propre, bien equipée Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. A recommander vivement.

The apartment is located in an up and coming area, which would look completely different a couple of years from now as the city expands. It is perfect if you've rented a car, have your own vehicle or don't mind a short taxi ride. The Host welcomed us like old friends. She did not speak English and we did not speak Arabic or French but with technology we managed to understand each other and where words were not enough, actions spoke volumes - she welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea, showed us around the property (which had anything and everything you'd need for a comfortable stay!) and wished us a great stay. Nawfal was also just a message away, he provided us with what any tourist would need in terms of recommendations - from places to grab a quick bite to sightseeing tips! The apartment is spacious, clean, with a balcony offering spectacular views over the pool. The pool itself is very clean, loungers and umbrellas are available, the Host left us beach towels to use as well and we made the most out of the hot weather! I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get incredible value for money, wants a home away from home and a bit of peace and quiet from the busy life at the Medina. Also, there is security at the complex, which is also covered by CCTV so it felt very safe!

There is a Mall about 30 minutes walk with places to grab food and a supermarket. That's about 5 minutes by taxi or own vehicle. Sightseeing would also require a taxi ride or getting around with your own vehicle or public transport. It was not a problem at all for us, just for awareness when people book - be aware of the location and don't deduct points from a wonderful property based on your failed assessment of the location. I've been in Marrakech 3 times prior to that and would undoubtedly stay at this property again because of the comforts, value, hospitality and quietness it offers.

Fijn de rust buiten de stad. Met uber ben je voor een paar euro midden in het centrum. Zwembad heerlijk voor de kinderen. Het appartement heeft veel sfeer aan alles is gedacht. De douche en het bad helemaal top.

Complex ligt in een nieuwbouwwijk. Veel geluid van alle werkzaamheden rondom het appartement.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay, Nawfal would always get back to you immediately whenever he was contacted and helped us with transfer from the airport, minding our luggage etc. I would 100% recommend this apartment if you want to stay just a few minutes from the centre but have a bit of peace & quiet at the same time!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was really well-equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were spotless and super comfortable, and the balcony was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for having us—we really enjoyed it!

Perfect Stay with Stunning Balcony

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Todo estuvo tal cual como aparece en las fotos: las instalaciones son muy lindas, bien cuidadas y con un ambiente muy agradable que hace que uno se sienta cómodo desde el primer momento. A unos 20 minutos caminando también hay un centro comercial donde se puede encontrar todo lo indispensable, lo cual resulta muy práctico durante la estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de la señora Hayat, quien fue siempre muy amable y estuvo pendiente de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. También el dueño del apartamento, el señor Nawfal, fue muy atento: respondió todas nuestras dudas por WhatsApp y nos dio muchas recomendaciones útiles durante nuestra visita. Sin duda fue una experiencia excelente y recomendamos este lugar totalmente.

El alojamiento está un poco apartado del centro y del bullicio, lo cual para nosotros fue una gran ventaja porque permite descansar lejos del ruido y de la contaminación. Aun así, moverse es muy fácil: en taxi se llega al centro en unos 10–15 minutos y el costo suele estar entre 6 y 10 euros aproximadamente.

The apartment itself was amazing and the entire property was also very nice. Throughout our stay Hayat was amazing. Even though we spoke English it felt like there were zero communication barriers! Hayat and Nawfal were super accommodating and when we came across an issue (a bad smell) out of their hands they offered solutions and Hayat came over to help minimise the issue.

Just a little advice - make sure to grab groceries FIRST on the way to the property as malls and stores are not nearby.

Le séjour étais parfait l'accueil avec hayat était au top le propriétaire nawfal qui est top lorsque vous avais besoin de lui a n'importe quel heure merci a eux deux pour mon séjour au top

Everything was excellent. The host and Hayat were very friendly, they made us feel very welcome and were always helpful with all our questions. The apartment was warm, comfortable, with a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

L’appartement de Nawfal est parfait : calme, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité exceptionnelle de Nawfal, toujours prêt à aider, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de Hayat qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Un vrai plus : la mise à disposition d’un lit bébé, très pratique et apprécié lorsque l’on voyage avec un enfant. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour un séjour serein et confortable à Marrakech !

The apartment has such beautiful decor all around, very clean and all essentials you need! The pool area was so lovely and relaxed, very quiet and peaceful! Also clean which was a bonus. The host Nawfal was very accommodating, giving me tips on taxis and good locations for restaurants and activities. He also gave us a complimentary late check out as our flight is late at night. Hayat the lady who checked us in was so lovely, shown us everything in the apartment from starting the cooker and turning on the shower, when we were leaving for late checkout, she let us stay until 7pm due to our flight being late which was nice to know we had that extra time to relax for our flight home. Very beautiful place and would highly recommend!

The electricity trips when too many plugs are on, but you just switch it back on - mainly due to UK high voltage plugs

First, the owner of the Appartement was so friendly answer our inquiry directly through whatsapp, and the assistant there (Hayyat) was also so polite and very very cooperative. The appartement was over perfect , very clean, like new , I do highly recommended this appartement The appartement has all facilities, internet, refrigerator ,dishwasher, washing machine , oven , Microwave, coffee machine, 2 toilets and 2 showers ! Amazing swimming pool ... The appartement is 1000000% recommended I will come back again there for my next trip. Thank you Nowfal 🤝🤝❤️🌹 Thank you Hayyat ❤️❤️❤️👍👌🤝

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très agréable, tout comme l'hôte naoufel qui nous a donné des bonnes adresses. La résidence est calme et agréable. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Nous avons tout aimé du début à la fin l’hôtesse (Hayat) à était superbe nous à bien accueilli l’appartement était vraiment parfait si destination prochaine il y a à Marrakech sans hésiter ce sera le même!!!

The apartment was very comfortable , especially the bed, it was the best bed I used in Morocco I liked the pool, and it was quite environment.

It was far from the Medina and I didn’t have a car. I think it’s better to have a car.

Host – Great communication with the host. Was in touch with us even before we arrived with directions, and throughout the stay. Location – This is a new apartment block in an area that is seeing rapid development. Having said that, there was no construction taking place during our visit, and the area was very peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. Quite close to the airport (12 min drive) but we barely heard much air traffic noise. Apartment – Clean, modern apartment with rustic décor. Had modern amenities like washing machine and dishwasher. Funky lighting all around, and especially loved the automatic sun shades/shutters in each balcony! Air-conditioning available throughout the house, but we didn’t use it, as the temperatures were quite pleasant this time of the year. Bedrooms – Spacious bedrooms, with their own balcony. Beds were quite firm (if you’re used to medium-firm/softer beds) but this appears to be commonplace throughout Morocco (we stayed in 5 other cities and found firm/hard beds everywhere). Bathrooms – The en-suite was huge, with a bath and a great shower. Plenty of hot water whenever we needed to use the shower. Note – All dining areas are outside, in the balcony – there is no indoor eating table, if you’re looking to have a meal indoors.
