Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Amazing location, nice beds, aircon, nice staff. The staff is pretty flexible with checkin and checkout and are happy to organize airport transfers. Quite a big fridge in room which is helpful. Housekeeping every day. Very nice. Stylishly decorated. Elevator in the building.
If you keep the windows closed (as is necessary for the AC to function properly and you need the AC in the heatwave) the room has a slightly funny smell. Also the elevator is up a short staircase, which isn’t ideal if you have a lot of luggage. They do have an elevator though. The door to the building is hard to open but again, manageable. For the price, I’d definitely stay again. It’s genuinely not bad at all.

Piano interrato, e con l'affaccio giardino, rendono la camera umida anche in estate. Il bagno presenta questi segni all'interno e all'esterno.

Assolutamente deludente lo staff per il check in: ho comunicato il mio orario di arrivo ricevendo la risposta di telefonare al mio arrivo che mi avrebbero aperto il portone da remoto. Alle 22 circa ho telefonato alcune volte senza ricevere risposta e quindi col portone chiuso sono rimasto all'esterno. Ho avuto fortuna che una persona usciva dal portone e sono entrato, poi con i codici sono riuscito ad entrare nella stanza. E' la seconda volta che ci vado ma non tornerò.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Date le recensioni un po’ altalenanti vorrei cercar di far chiarezza per lo meno per quella che è stata la mia esperienza. La struttura comprende diverse stanze e a noi è stata assegnata la numero 4. La stanza era pulita, fornita di asciugamani e c’era l’acqua calda. Avevamo anche un terrazzino. Probabilmente le recensioni negative che ho letto a riguardo erano relative ad altre stanze, ma noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima, vicina a Vaticano e metro Ottaviano.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Struttura pulita, ben arredata, silenziosa. Ampio bagno con ampia doccia. Staff gentilissimo. Wifi e TV ben funzionanti. La nostra stanza si chiamava Firenze. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, si sentivano gli uccellini nel cortile. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza del Popolo, il Vaticano è vicinissimo. La stazione della metropolitana di Ottaviano è a pochi minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar, trattorie e pizzerie. C'è anche un supermarket proprio a due passi.

Après 1 ère nuit , sommes contacté alors que nous venons de prendre des billets pour une visite , devons regagner la chambre dans des délais brefs pour en changer !!! Suite à cela , panne de courant en début de soirée . Le lendemain pas d eau chaude le matin !!! Donc bonne qualite /prix mais non content des désagréments occasionnés ainsi que notre visite payée du Colisée écourtée à cause d un timming à respecter pour la femme de ménage , à part des excuses, aucun dédommagement.

The room had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, we think coming from the shower. The bath was great but the water wasn't hot enough to fill it all the way.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026A doable walk to the metro. The room was clean. We were greeted by staff and she was very helpful with info on surrounding areas. We were able to store our bags before checkin and again before we left Rome, very helpful.
The walls were very thin and other guests were easily heard. We were on a lower level and the window was at sidewalk level—again very noisy. The front room area for gathering, had an unpleasant smell.

Brak jakiegokolwiek talerza czy też noża. Słaby internet przynajmniej w pokoju nr.3

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Clear and straight online communication with the owner. The instructions were easy to follow, so it was not stresfull to find the property and get inside. The location is great due to its close distance (3 min walk) of Ottaviano metro station. Vatican is apx 10 min walk, we very much appretiated as even after long sightseeing day, we made a short stop at the st. Peter square to observe the basilica. The accomodation was on 3rd floor (with lift). As a bigger family we have booked 2 rooms, which were spacy enough. Each room had its own bathroom with shower. The rooms were air conditioned also with heating, which we appretiated during our December visit.
Nothing to complain about except the size of showers 🙂

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Very good location. Basically 500m from Vatican gate. Lots of good places where to eat and have groceries if one wanted. Inside was clean and comfortable. Also see my comment below.
The camera had no bathroom window and poor, to no ventilation. Because it was at a half ground level, there was a constant moisture in the air to the point where clothes in the room felt humid when touched. Also this moist was accompanied by a certain smell.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025El personal fue encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo 5 minutos a pie del Vaticano. El jacuzzi en la habitación nos dio un momento de relax maravilloso después de caminar todo el día por la ciudad. La calle del hotel es es muy tranquila, así que descansamos de maravilla. Hay un supermercado enorme al lado. La cama y la almohada eran comodísimas. En resumen, una estancia simplemente genial.

Disonesti ! Come arrivati , abbiamo usato il water, che ha cominciato a perdere ( cosa evidentemente già successa per il calcare sulle piastrelle sotto il tubo del water), abbiamo dovuto asciugare ma è rimasta la puzza di fognatura tutta la notte, tanto da avere la nausea al mattino seguente. Abbiamo segnalato subito all’host ma non ha fatto nulla. Le foto su Booking non sono corrispondenti alla realtà, il pavimento di legno vicino alla vasca è rotto e mio marito è inciampato in una listarella sconnessa, soffitto scrostato, condizionatore/riscaldatore con evidenti segni di acqua persa e carta da parati rovinata ( sicuramente con spore di muffa sotto dall’odore). Aggiungo che ho preso questa camera per la vasca, ma purtroppo mentre la riempivo l’acqua è diventata ghiacciata. La risposta della receptionist è stata che probabilmente a quell’ora si stavano lavando tutti …. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso, ma hanno negato non solo il rimborso ma anche l’evidenza dei fatti. Purtroppo non penso di poter caricare il video. Ah in ultimo slealmente hanno cancellato anche la nostra prenotazione come mancata presentazione. Una vera truffa.
