Beautiful view and super clean room!! And the owner was kind enough to take our luggage and put it in our rooms before check in time.

Seriously I don't know what to like other than we been waiting for almost 5 hours infront of the property in order to check-in.

Lux Suites ghosted me after double bookings issues. Even though it's not totally their fault but after I requested total refund and free cancellation no further action taken.

Ended up being moved to a different building, with poor communication as it was at short notice (day before check in!). We weren't given complete check in instructions so had to message and wait for a response to get the barcode to enter. Security wouldn't let us in as the booking confirmation was for a different building! Everything is a bit worn down/the place is a bit too dirty, it felt like it needs a deep clean. Other issues: Shower head leaking Toilet flush getting stuck Laundry drying rack is broken Ironing board has a bump in it and the legs are broken - unfit for use Shower behind the sliding door is dirty, and the whole bathroom was in poor condition Marks across the whole sofa 2 bed apartment but 1 key - difficult to manage

Location is good. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. Swimming pool is good, kids love it. Parking is convenient.

Could be a bit noisy because bars are nearby.

High rise, the view from the room was lovely. Being high up also helped drown out the noise from the bars, pubs and clubs that were 2 streets away. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. Location is good, not too far from The Pavillion and surrounding malls. There's a restaurant downstairs (Ceylon house) which made getting breakfast and dinner very convenient. The pool was also nice, with view of the city. The host was helpful when we got lost while looking for the place when we first arrived in KL.

The bedding needs to be improved. Those pillows, sheets, and duvets are really not up to standard. The towels need to be changed. They were stained, and we ended using towels that we bought. To be honest, the place looks like someone lives there, and they leave to stay elsewhere during the time you've booked it for. Other things should be fixed such as lights in the room. Not all of them were working. The name of the building is Ramada hotel/suits but the name on booking.com is Lux suites. That really caused confusion for us with the taxi driver when he had to drop us off from the airport. We really struggled to find the place, I ended calling the host and they sent the location. The check in happens in the "mail room" since we booked with a private owner/host and not the actual hotel, so we were pretty much on our own. The sliding door to the balcony had no lock, it was just constantly unlocked. It's a high rise building but still a safety concern. Only 1 room key is issued. You need to issue at least 2 room keys since people don't always stick together throughout the day and one person might unexpected come back to the apartment earlier than the other.

I had a fantastic stay here. The host was incredibly friendly, polite, and responsive, providing clear instructions that made the check-in process seamless. The apartment itself was very spacious, and all the furnishings were in great condition. The location is excellent—couldn't have asked for a better spot. To top it off, the host was kind enough to allow us a free late checkout, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

I like all about the location and it's nearby attraction. Walking distance to KLCC, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang and etc. Friendly and easy to communicate with the person in charge. Definitely will comeback

The room was very comfortable and beautiful ✨ Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay here. Just a small suggestion — if possible, maybe the TV could be mounted on the wall because sometimes kids come along and might accidentally bump into it 😊 Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again ❤️

The location was fabulous - easy walking to lots of great restaurants and cafes. And the space was huge with plenty of beds for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness of toilet was bad, many cocroaches...room too small for 2 double beds and 1 single bed. No space to walk. As the used towels had no place to be hung to air dry, by the 2nd and 3rd day of stay they were damp stunk. This sized room is good for 1 double bed or 2 single bed.

The view was amazing over the Merdeka 118. The apartment has everything we needed. The host was great, we had an issue with the air con and he turned up to help in just a few minutes. The apartment is in the Ramada suites and is a great location to many of the sight and close to all the shopping at Bukit Bintang and really close to the nightlife hub in the area. The pool area was also fantastic with an infinity pool overlooking the KL tower, great gym, laundry (although you don’t need that as washer in the apartment) and comfortable chill areas. Would most definitely recommend.

The unit had 3 beds in a row. Great for family’s but there was only two of us, we’d rather have had a settee. But it’s not a negative just a preference.

Very spacious and comfortable and in the center of the location, most of the restaurants are nearby more like an Arab food street. Good for short stay.

No microwave to hot the food and there is a water leakage in the washing machine which I informed owner about it. Near to Pubs and bars

Sheets had mould, pool was NOT private, also was dirty on the 9th floor, gym was dirty and badly kept, only one key for two rooms and need to use the lift

The place is comfortably big for family of four. Kitchen works good with dining table. Management responded quick. Overall this place is clean enough. Except the showerroom has moldy stain. Have enough hangers to hang your clothes. Kitchen has water filter. Air conditioner is good.

Even though she said it has washer and dryer, but the dryer does not work . She should've mentioned in her listing. Our water and electricity got cut off becus owner didn't pay their fees. But it got fixed quick. Bathroom has moldy black stain. don't check under the sink is so dirty. The infinity pool is kinda disappointing, we didn't use it. If you come back at a wrong time, with the tour like a bus full or tourists. Long wait at the elevators. Furniture kinda worn out Curtains kinda broken, bright in the morning, called management, she sent someone to fix it with a clip to close off the blinds.

The studio was clean and comfortable with nice view. The only unpleasant moment is the lock of the door is broken on the first night stay. Fortunately the owner was really helpful and comes to the studio even at 12am. And the lock fixed on the same night. Really appreciate that since it was girls day out and we are girl stay out alone, it really feel safe that the owner come and company us till it get fixed. Thank you so much.

Very bad internet

Its apartment at the corner, got nice view of merdeka 118 tower from both bedrooms..beds are comfy, clean.. got dryer washing machine but dryer is not function.. can dry clothes at drying racks at the balcony.. recommend for family, group got tight budget but want nice place to stay.. The location is at Ramada Suite by wydham KLCC..

The check in room supposed to be at 3pm but the room was not ready.. i have to wait around 15 minutes more till the room is ready.

Overall nice, clean. But got some badness. We drive and reached around 8pm, call for assist parking, admin no answer, but get a msg saying just can send msg. Parking not provided at home stay, need park beside Ramada Hotel with pay RM25. Parking full at night, we wait for half an hour waiting. The girl called Rosie promised will refund for us but after we check out almost 6 hours she got no reply in WhatsApp. Bad service. Some more, Shampoo, body shower and hand wash is same just different bottle.

Hosted my friend's bachelor's party there with couple of friends and they all enjoyed the stay. Very clean, cozy and well maintained. Nice view of Menara 118 from the room.

Overall the ambience was quite comfortable with a nice view of KL City. Cleanliness was on spot.

The leather sofa was all torn and making the seating experience not pleasant. Kettle was malfunction, couldn't make our hot drinks at all. It advertised as staying up to 8 pax but beds can only fits only 6 pax. Only 1 shower room + toilet, everyone has to queue up and follow shower schedule. Utensils are not sufficient.

Did not take breakfast.

Kindly inform that the client should remove their car from the parking lot first before they proceed to check out. As we need the key to operate the parking gate and it is a hassle for those renting cars. Thank you.
